so i wanted to try the app ordering since they recomend you to use it for faster service. very disappointing experience!!!!! so i will say i placed my order at 10:22 pm i arrived to the restaurant at 10:31 just to find out my order wasent ready because she never noticed she got the order and was sitting in the fax machine. she said "oh it just came in!" with a smirk! i said really i placed it like 10 min ago!. she didnt know what to say so i asked if she can please start on my order since i was over the explanation. It took additional 30 min for me to get my order! she didnt even apologize and try to say i had just placed it. The food quality was okay! a bit dry and kind of hard. The beer is over price! The restaurant is okay when it comes to atmosphere but the front counter was too dusty and had food stains all over it. The cookie dispenser was dirty and not fully stocked. I have come to this place a couple times and they have bad customer service. It takes for ever to get your order. When I complained they suggested I order online to be faster. I did this the next time I ordered and it was worse. It took 50 minutes after I had arrived to eat hot wings. They again suggested to order online and I said I did order online then one worker apologized. They just kept saying your order is coming up but nothing. Finally got my wings after 50 minutes and they gave me a free hotwings coupon because of the wait. Try another location besides this one you will probably have a better experience. read more

I've been to the Lake Forest location and it is a lot better than this location in all aspects. Granted that we came in at around 9:30-10:00pm, and the workers could be tired, but I was expecting at least some customer service. A customer had to call out the staff to point out that I was there to make an order. I got a girl who just walks up to the register and stands there staring at me waiting for me to order. Not one word. I say my order as she punches in each order into the register. I had to tell her I was done ordering because she continued staring at me in silence. Then finally she utters the bill. I wasn't very happy about the service. At least a "Hello" or a "Thank you" would have been nice and respectful. As for the food, we got Lemon pepper/garlic Parmesan wings and fries. The lemon pepper wings were too oily, there was too much Parmesan on the wings, and the fries were oversalted. Not good things I tell 'ya. One star for satisfying my craving for wings. Lake Forest was consistent. Staff was very friendly. And the food was consistently well made--never too salty or oily. Maybe it was just the time that we came and just got unlucky with disgruntled workers who would rather go out seeing a movie than frying up some wings on a Saturday night. But if this is how the staff is like all the time, you can find me satisfying my future cravings somewhere else. read more

This is "the" worst Wing Stop to EVER stop at! They never have your food ready (that's if they have paper in their printer for online ordering). They take FOREVER to get your food done. Management of the team is atrocious. Line will be long as heck but they'll take phone orders before helping people in the restaurant. Time estimates are always off. I have come here too many times to have to wait an extra 15 minutes on top of the time I had already given with the estimated time pick up. DO NOT waste your time coming here. This will be my last. I would come here because I live around the corner. However now I'll either drive all the way to the Compton site or South Carson. It's such a shame that I have to do this. I really don't like any wingstop. It feels like a rip off everytime I go. It just so happened that some friends wanted to go because it was the only thing open. So my rating is based on all wingstops and not this particular one. This one is nice and clean and has a good location. One thing I can say is ATTENTION ALL WINGSTOPS IMPORTANT INFORMATION : because your facilities are so small you really have to be on top of your clean up especially because you don't have trash cans. Nothing bothers me more then waiting for a table, the people finally leave and it still has their bags and empty drinks and containers there. Also with that the places only has 6 or 7 tables that aren't hard to fill. So please please PLEASE stay on top of your cleaning so people can have a seat and eat. read more

This is on the south end of the SouthBay Pavilion. If it was not for the space itself I would give this 5 stars, because I believe they have the best wings, fries, and awesome sweet tea. The food is awesome and they have tv were they are always showing the games. With that being said it is extremely small restaurant compared to other restaurants I have been to. The times I have gone is has been really crowded and kind of dirty, which ot makes no sense. You figured if it is small it would be easier for the workers to clean the tables faster. After living down the street from a Wingstop in Newport, and seeing countless commercials for the restaurant, I finally got around to trying one this weekend. It was about 12:45pm on a Sunday afternoon when we stopped in, and although we were initially the only ones inside, it got full quick as we were staring at the menu on the wall. We ended up ordering the 35-wing family pack (for 4 to share), which comes with fries and veggies. The flavors we chose were lemon pepper, original, and garlic parmesan, with ranch and honey mustard dipping sauces. I wasn't overly impressed with the service here. My sister ordered two large drinks and but the guy ringing her out didn't give her either of them. He also didn't ask her what dipping sauces she wanted, so when our food was served (which took about 15 minutes) we didn't get any and had to request it. I think the best thing on our tray was the fries. There's some kind of sugar seasoning on it that's really good. The chicken wings were so-so.. definitely not as good as Troy Aikman wants me to think they are. They were kind of tiny, and the original buffalo was more vinegar-y sour than actually hot. Garlic parmesan had absolutely NO garlic flavor AT ALL and was completely covered with grated cheese that looked like the kind you get from a can. The lemon pepper was the best flavor of the three, but it was so greasy that a pool of oil had formed at the bottom by the time we were done eating. Given the choice, I wouldn't come back here again. It was ok, but not something I would pay for twice. Oh.. we warmed up the leftovers in the oven the next night and the chicken actually tasted better, day old, than it did fresh out of the fryer. read more

She informed me that when I come back they would simply add the missed items to my order. I called to place a new order later and was informed by the new manager on duty, Misty, that they don't sell wing orders smaller than 10. I write this as I sit at another Wing Stop who knows what they're doing. I understand that this is a new location, if you consider moving from the outside of the mall to the inside. When I got there, there was a line to order. After standing in it for at least 10 minutes and not moving an inch, I decided to place an online order so that when my turn to pay came up, my food wouldn't take as long. 13 minutes later, (after the first 10 minutes) I finally had a chance to pay. My receipt was blank because the machine wasn't working. The receipt was blank blank, a plain white piece of paper. The guy asked if that was okay.. Well, would I have had any other choice? After asking him how long my order would take, he said it would be coming up in about 5 minutes. While I waited, the 5 minutes turned into 10 and many customers looked upset because there order was taking loooong.. 40 minutes long! So I make my way back to the cashier to get a refund. That took another 7 minutes, in which my order still never came. Unfortunately, based on the other reviews here, this seems like the norm... The only thing I left with was an empty stomach and a side of annoyance. read more

I order from this Wingstop all the time and I usually get good service. Unfortunately the service thus time was so horrible, I had to write a review. I called to place a take out order. The girl who answered the phone just picked up and said, Thank you for calling Wingstop please hold." Then she hung up the phone. I called back and she did it again. I could not get a word in edgewise. I waited a few minutes then called back. This time, she placed the phone on hold correctly. The only problem is that she kept me on hold for 10 minutes and 29 seconds. I was driving while holding, so I pulled up to Wingstop, parked, and went inside to find one customer sitting down eating and two employees standing at the cash register. Joanna, the cashier (and the only female in the restaurant) was unapologetic when I told her how long I had been holding. She said, well we were busy. Hmmm....The restaurant was pretty empty when I walked in and Joanna was just standing at the register looking out the window. My phone call was still active and she made no attempt to attend to the calls on hold. Wingstop, customer service is key! The two stars are for the poor service from Joanna. read more

They soon told me that they just received the order and it would take about 20 mins to make. And instead of being concerned about the situation, I was given an attitude, even by the supervisor. They had took an hour beforeI received my order and even forgot about my friends order, so there we were waiting an extra half hour. Yet I gave them a second chance and went in today. Once again my order took an hour, my friends order took an extra 20 minutes because they forgot to call out his name, because the girls were too busy gossiping. I woke up wanting WingStop to watch football with my family which included wings, fries, cajun corn and veggies to watch the Saints vs Rams and Patriots vs KC game on Sunday, 1/20/19. I requested delivery of my 40 classic wing package by 1 pm. The delivery came but I was missing 10 wings and the Cajun corn. I called and they agreed to give me the missing food plus 10 more wings. I understood this would be delivered to my home in 20 minutes. The order never came so I called back. This time I was told they could not deliver but they would provide my entire original order if I picked it up. I asked if I could get my order another day and was told it had to be today. It was 2 pm. I gave them a time of 3:30 pm for pick up. I picked up my order and the server reads what is in the bag but I do not physically check because I ask if everything in the bag and he says yes. I get home and I am missing 10 lemon pepper wings. Ugh! I call back and now I am put on a list for credit of 10 wings and this time I insist picking them up another day. The customer service was less than perfect but they were courteous enough to help me through the bad experience. This was actually the first time this location got my order incorrect.
