I understand Mondays aren't the best work days for any one, heck, not even myself ,but when you work with the Public, Customer Service is #1. Customer service is no service at all at this location. Service with a attitude, including the cashier rolling her eyes, sighing, looking away like she has other things to do when I place my order. The food is good, wings, fries and the side of potato salad. No complaints about the food. But I will not return to this location. The Wingstop on Sepulveda Blvd. and Dolores St. is way better with customer service, inside dining cleanliness, atmosphere, and speed of service. read more

I love wings stop, however at this location my average wait time of ordering to dine in is 45 minutes. Everytime I call in to order i arrive 20 minutes later to pick up the order they tell me they didn't receive it..I end up waiting another 25 minutes...everyone here hates their job, and I would too with the traffic they receive here but at least be able to function if you are being paid to do so. read more

This is the second WS location that I've been to, and it was dissapointing. I had a GC, purchased online at a discount , so that eased the pain. Sauces were OK, not as flavorful as I remembered. Seasoned fries were surprisingly good. But the wings are miniscule, not so fresh, and got the p!ss fried out of them. Let me reiterate that they are very small wings. I would say about 1/3 the size of a Hooter's wing. I got the 50 wing family meal: 50 wings, cole slaw (watery, sweet, likely from SE Reykoff), fries, 2 veggie packs (obviously soaked in preservatives), and some dipping sauces (ranch, blue cheeze, honey mustard). It was barely enough food for 4 - my wife ate 5 wings total, and I think I could have polished off all 50 sans sides. Unlikely that I'll be back to this location. read more

Tried something new today and got the lemon pepper. It was good, I liked the lemony taste but it was way too salty. Theyre tryna kill a girl with all that salt. Anyway, I love the bbq and original hot flavors. I love how the bbq has a tangy flavor with a touch of spice. Called in my order so I didn't have to wait. The facility was clean today. I give the food 5 stars. Yes, there is a minor wait. Food needs to be cooked. Have never used the phone to order but I've never had an issue with showing, ordering, and getting it. Again, there is always a wait involved when waiting on food. It takes time but I'd rather have my food done well than to receive it quick and poorly done. Alright Wingstop, let's have a little chat, shall we? Now I've been to several locations over the past few years, and they've for the most part have not disappointed me. This time, though, you made me actually think about not coming back to this location. Why, you might ask? First of all, the employees seemed a little ... lethargic? They just seemed unmotivated and really gave off the vibe that they didn't want to be there. That exhibited laziness carried over in to the food preparation. Now I know that the average Wingstop order takes about 9-10 minutes to prepare and be served. I get that. But today's order took almost 20 minutes, and it wasn't a big order, just 8 boneless wings and fries. It shouldn't have taken that long, especially given that it wasn't busy. Now let's talk about the food quality. The wings were a bit chewy, as if they not only had been slightly over cooked, but also left out for a little while. You know that feeling of when something that is breaded and fried and then left out for a bit? That's the texture that I was getting from it. Since the sauces are pretty standard, they tasted alright, but the texture and temperature was a little off putting. Oh, and the fries weren't cooked all the way through and had a HEAP of the seasoning salt on top. Now don't get me wrong, I really, really like their fry salt, but this was to a point of no return that made them unappetizing. I walked in at 11:38 pm to order fries only and was told they were closed. However, they aren't supposed to be closed until midnight. You should change your hours to 11:30 pm if your staff is in a rush to clean and leave for the night. read more

First time here ! For the 45 minute wait that I did waiting for the wings ! It should of been much better . To much salt in the fries ! The boneless wings were old and soggy. The fries were over salted. Best part of the meal was the fountain drink. My friend ordered "bone-in" chicken wings and they took about 10 minutes longer to make fresh. His were hot, crispy, and flavorful. I wish I could give zero stars! I can't believe I'm writing a review for freaking Wingstop but, for this place to be black owned I'm always excited to support. But they need to get it together with who they're allowing to represent their franchise. This was the worse experience ever Not only was the girl who took the order over the phone was completely RUDE. She was talking so fast she just ended the call. Not only did she not follow through with my requests with BONELESS wings when I arrived (light skinned black girl, dark spots on her face, stank face on cashier) had by far the WORSE attitude. I walked in being nothing but, polite and she looked at me as though I was being a nuisance. I work at a very popular restaurant dealing with a variety of different moods from customers and common courtesy is when a customer is polite even though you may not be having a great day at work or overall you're still polite to the CUSTOMER. She just had an attitude for no reason! It was horrible! On top of that when I arrived home I didn't realize my food was so poorly packaged. Everything busted open in my bag. The ranch was completely spilled over all my items, the fries weren't even cooked!!!! They were cold. Certain spots of the wings were cold as well. After the fact of having a few bites enough was enough. I felt sick and had a headache. This wingstop was better when it was near Jamba Juice for some strange reason! I have been attending this WingStop for years. The first thing that drawn me to this location was the Jamba Juice next door! What, I call Jamba Juice flavor enhancer, the two combined set it off. Back to the review two things you must know customer service and taste: Customer service has declined in the last two years. In the past the staff knew my name and order when I hit the door. The owner use to work the register and we would chop it up all the time. It was clean and enough room for a couple of groups and Jamba Juice was next door, so I would order and walk next door. Perfect! In recent experiences the staff seems mad and angry, like they don't want the job. I rarely see the owner, I don't know if they are under new management. I try to skip the customer service experience by calling in my order and it is working for me. This is one of the worst locations I have been to. Every time I call I'm on hold over 15 mins before my order is taken. When you walk in the male workers pants are hanging off their ass, undergarments exposed. Who wants to see that while they are eating?? Very unprofessional. So on 6/9/16 I ordered a 10 piece bone in lemon pepper combo. I get home and begin eating in the dark when I'm down to 2 pieces left my daughter walks in my room, turns the light on and I realize I have been eating raw chicken. ( see picture below) . If I could give the food no stars I most certainly would. The wings, all of the flavors I got were TERRIBLE! They had a weird stale taste and texture!I got the original hot, garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper. They were so gross that I had to throw the food away. The fries were hot but barely seasoned. If you want your wingstop fix satisfied, and don't want to WASTE your money, go to a different location- AVOID THE CARSON MALL. I forgot to mention that they got my order wrong too. First time I tried this place and I was pleasantly surprised. I got the boneless wings with the original hot sauce. You have a variety to choose from and you can choose a dip such as blue cheese or ranch. They give you a huge portion of fries. The food comes out a little slow because they cook it to order. But good place to try wings. read more
