Food is great, but the restaurant needs help! During this visit I visually saw many problems with the restaurant. First, there was a puddle of water on the floor by the ordering area, which looked like it came from a leak in the ceiling, this potentially could be dangerous for someone! The men's restroom was completely in disarray! There was a broken standing urinal which was leaking and a hand written falling off sign which said "DO NOT USE." Again with the leaking water, the restroom smelled soooo bad, they should have just closed the restroom. I attempted to use the women's restroom because, but the handle was broken! A worker even used the restroom and did not place a sign stating that the restrooms needed to be serviced, but just looked and walked away! They all just hide behind the counter and talk amongst each other. They all look unhappy to be here. This was a dine-in visit, and the food was made in less than 15 minutes and tasted wonderful. I love my wings and my favorite flavor out of all the ones I have tasted is the lemon pepper. It is salty, sour, and pairs well with their house french fries. Okay, I may be wrong about this, but I swear they put sugar on their fries! It sounds weird, but there is a sweetness to their seasoning that just sets it over the top for me. I like salty, sweet, spicy in combination. I usually get the 35 family piece pack. It comes with vegetable sticks, 35 wings of any flavor and quantity you like, fries, and 4 complimentary dipping sauces. I recommend the honey mustard! It goes well with everything. The staff here are friendly and my only problem with this place is that the food often takes a while to get to your table. But, I usually just phone in an order and they usually have it ready within a good 15-20 minutes. Call ahead! But, sometimes they don't answer so you'll have to drive down and make your order. I left a voicemail, of course no call back the next day. Whoever is the owner (if franchise) or a district manager for this location should fire the crew they had last night except for Harold.. Let me start with "terrence/ "manager" per him.. We ordered 70 wings at 10:45pm and harold was our cashier, he was helpful and nice, as we ordered he stated it would take 20-25 minutes and we waited.. The order never came on time which we didnt mind but then at 11:00 "terrence - the said manager" stated that the wings isnt going to be ready till 20 more mins and that they are closing so he asked away if we still wanted to eat in "YES" is the obvious answer.. On top of that we were waiting for more than 30 mins for you to point out that you didnt want us to eat in... On top of that: even if we stay you are open till 12am!!!! Nevertheless, terrence refused a customer at 11:20pm to eat in the restaurant as they were closed he said.. BULLCRAP - their sign said hours of operation is till midnight... Also, the phone was ringing and rather than answering it and putting it on hold, the girl at the front would just reject the calls. My wife and I had heard so many good things about the wings at Wingstop. We finally took the plunge last week and needless to say, we were underwhelmed. We each ordered the ten pieces (original, BBQ, lemon pepper, and garlic parmesan) with a side order of regular French fries. Aside from the distraction, she seemed pretty pissed off at something and it showed in her attitude. What was pretty inconvenient about dining in was that the soda machine is behind the counter and you have to ask the employees for a re-fill (in our case, an employee in a bad mood is not someone you want to ask for favors). The wings were pretty small and it made me postulate that Wingstop ordered their hens from a dwarf chicken farm. I could finish a drummette in one bite tops. For $6.19 plus tax for 10 pieces, I expected more. However, what lacks in size is made up in taste. I was pretty satisfied with the flavors and tenderness of the meat (hence the extra one star). What was most disappointing about our experience were the fries. I'm not sure what the cooking style is, but I'm confident it is close to "burnt." Overcooked, flat, and stale cooked in days old oil is how I would describe the French fries. And oh, don't forget overly salty. I'm not sure why we took the leftovers home as they are still sitting in our fridge, rotting away. This wing stop is super close to my old high school so I've gone here a couple of times and the food is what's to be expected of any wing stop establishment. When I get it for dinner with my family, we usually get the 30 piece family pack with majority lemon pepper and some original hot thrown in. It's about a 15 minute drive from home so I thought I'd call before getting in the car and driving over. I was immediately put on a "brief" hold but when I saw it had been over 10 minutes (and we were already on the freeway) I called with another cell phone and was about to be put on hold again when I stopped him and told him I was on hold on the other line for over 10 min already. He apologized and said he was the only one working and he'd take my order as soon as he could. We parked almost 5 minutes later and decided to pay before walking next door to target so we could just pick it up before we got back to the car. When we walked in, we saw that almost every table wasn't clean but there were at LEAST 3 people working behind the register. I understand it can be a little busy, but don't lie to a customer and tell me you're the only one working behind the register. It also doesn't give a good vibe when all your empty tables have trash on them and no one is cleaning it up. I called my order in and was told it will be ready in 20 minutes. I arrive just under 20 minutes later and the order isn't ready. I waited an additional 30 minutes. Despite the long line, there was only one person working the register, and call in orders (there were two registers available) while the rest of the staff including the manager, played around in the back within full view of many customers. Coming from ex employee of a wingstop in Long Beach, this is by far the WORST one my family & I have been to. To begin, my family did three transactions at this location. (My brother in law ordered first, then my mom, & I did the last transaction) Cashiers we super friendly. But DO NOT get me started with the cooks/packer of the food & the so called "shift leader" My brother in law had ordered his food to dine in & when they called his order it was in bags. When he told the "shift leader" that his order was for dine in, the "shift leader" said, "we don't have any trays." Literally 2 mins had gone by when they called my order & I also asked for dine in & tell me why they gave me a tray but not my brother in law. (Mind you not, my mother had placed her order before I did). Once I realized they had give me my order before hers, I went up to the counter & I had asked "the shift leader", "why hasn't my moms order come out yet if she ordered before me?" His response was 3 more mins. It had been about 20 mins & her order still wasn't out. From my experience of working at Wingstop it takes 14 mins to complete a order. When I told him that I used to be an ex employee of a wingstop & I know the drill into how wingstop runs, he called me liar. Then I asked to speak to a manager, he said okay walks away & turns around & says that he is a manager. I told him that he isn't a manager because if he was he wouldn't be rude to me nor talk back the way he did with attitude. Then he stated that he was NOT a manager but a shift leader. When my mother opened her side of cole slaw, they gave her potato salad. She went up to the counter & they changed it to what she had ordered which was the cole slaw. When I went to eat a boneless atomic wing, THEY WERE BONE IN !!!!!! At this point they had already fucked up about 4 times. Me being patient I walked up to the counter & told the "shift leader" that my atomic were suppose to be boneless. He looked at me dead in the eyes when I had told him & he just turned around & didn't even acknowledged me at all whatsoever! So then I said excuse me & he had still ignored me. So that's when I lost my shit. I legit threw my wings at him, & that's when he finally said you can't be doing that. Then he called security on me. Once security came I asked security for them to ask for my food they said that the employees of wingstop said no, so I asked for security to get my money back from the employees of wingstop & the employees also said no! Ordered my food on the Wingstop app. The app said that it will be ready by 4:33. I get here at 4:55. Food is not ready. I wouldn't write a bad review. But this happens every time I order from this Wingstop. The guy tells me 3 more minutes. It takes them double that time. I had to wait 6 minutes. I love Wingstop. But this Wingstop needs to have better time management. Why have an app and a time that it will be ready. When it's not ready. The one thing that they did was apologize.
