There were about 15-25 people in the store lobby, just standing and waiting in "Covid air" and many more outside. When a customer asked for a refund they ignored him for about 45 mins, then called the police on him when he got upset. He ended up leaving without food or a refund. The box with the mild wings only had sauce on the bottom, not a drop on the wings other than the ones at the bottom sitting in it. Issue 2. This particular location is EXTREMELY slow. No sense of urgency at all. You will wait 45 minutes to an hour for your food (sometimes longer if it's evening or on weekends). Staff can be very rude and short with you as if YOU are the problem. It took an hour and a half for my food and when I asked for a refund, they told me I couldn't have a refund because there was no manager present. So not only do you have to wait... but you can't get your money back after waiting extended periods of time. The wings are normally good, but the fries are always soggy and over-seasoned. First timers going to any Wingstop. Walked into an empty store, and the cashier sitting off to the side. She looked pretty bored since she was playing on her phone. Doesn't welcome us, just asked if we already placed an order and my husband said not yet. My husband said we were just going to wait for it and she said we couldn't and it was going to take 25-30 min. If we knew it was that much of a wait time we would of not went. After sitting in our car for half an hour we received a called "this is wingstop, your food is ready" click. Not professional at all. Get home and the food was hot, but mostly flavorless. The hot and mild had no flavor what so ever. The parm garlic just tasted like grease. The Cajun and their ranch is what got my review two stars. I enjoyed their fries, my husband thought they had a sweetness to it and did not like them at all. We will not be a returning customer.
