Every once in a while, it's nostalgic to have some of their thin and crispy crust pizza. We ordered a meat lovers and a supreme. Both pizzas LOOKED like the crust we loved and the outside rim was crispy. But the dough in the main pizza was so doughy. It didn't seem to be cooked all the way. The pizza was flimsy and the toppings were sparse at best. We laughed because the mushrooms looked like they were added after it cooked and looked like they counted two mushrooms per slice. They didn't seemed cooked. They were just lying on top. The entire pizza had so few toppings, it made it seem like this location may be on its last leg before closure. It just didn't seem like a business that was doing well. Sadly, this will be our first and last time to order from this location. I hate that a chain that we grew up loving, has evolved into something so disappointing. I hope the right people read this and turn their business around. One final thing that was a red flag...when we called to place our order, the person barely spoke English. They were difficult to understand and I even asked if this was a call center and I was told it was the Burleson location. When we arrived, we saw nobody that had that accent. If PH is now using a call center, please stop. It sends the wrong message to the public and leaves a very uncomfortable feeling.

She got the 5 Garlic Parmesan and 5 Orginal hot. I ordered 5 Spicy Garlic (my favorite) 5 hot and 5 Asian Zing. Food came out super fast!. My daughter liked her Original Hot better than her Garlic Parmesan. We both really enjoyed our wings and spending time together. The last time we were at this location the wings we ordered here were SUPER small, this trip they were HUGE lol we way over ordered on food! Was glad to see this trip they improved the size of the wings! Like I said earlier there was surprised that there was only one waitress working the entire floor.
