Went for wings today and husband a smash burger and I must say they were all delicious. Our waitress was so sweet and kept our glasses of tea filled and even brought extra ice without us even asking for more . The service getting food out to us was a little slow but they were busy and of course probably under staffed since people won't get off their butts and go to work these days . Took my daughter out of school for a daddy daughter day. We decided it's been ages since we had Buffalo Wild Wings. It's always a fun place to go together. We used to frequent the Mansfield location quite regularly. It's always a fun place to watch games or play trivia on the screens. I prefer the trivia over sports. We had a wonderful together on this trip. There was only one waitress and the place was packed on a Monday afternoon. Told her might be awhile before we got the food. She got the 5 Garlic Parmesan and 5 Orginal hot. I ordered 5 Spicy Garlic (my favorite) 5 hot and 5 Asian Zing. Food came out super fast!. My daughter liked her Original Hot better than her Garlic Parmesan. We both really enjoyed our wings and spending time together. The last time we were at this location the wings we ordered here were SUPER small, this trip they were HUGE lol we way over ordered on food! Was glad to see this trip they improved the size of the wings! Like I said earlier there was surprised that there was only one waitress working the entire floor. She had to work super hard and fast to keep up! She also was busting tables. so mad kudos to her!! She was very attentive and friendly. I did have one issue at this location is that the bathrooms were pretty dirty. Probably leftovers from a busy weekend. I'm sure we will visit this location many times more in the future. I'm usually a big fan of BWW's, but this location needs work. When we walked in we were not greeted for several minutes, despite an employee being at the front desk. No one took a moment to say "we'll be with you shortly" or "welcome!"--both are quick to say and can even be done while helping another customer. When we were finally acknowledged, we were told that there was a 30 minute wait to be seated. The place was busy, but there were still lots of open tables and no one was in the waiting area. There didn't appear to be a shortage of staff on the floor. The wait ended up being 5-10 minutes, but telling us 30 minutes felt like they were trying to dissuade us from eating in. Once we were seated, the waitress was attentive and polite. The food was tasty and to the BWW standard. However, nearby tables had not been cleared after their parties left (and stayed that way for the entirety of our meal) and the floors were very dirty. All in all this BWW appears to have fallen victim to a lack of leadership and a general lack of care by the employees. Next time I'll just order food for pick up. read more

Ate here yesterday for dinner. The service was below average, not the worst I have ever had, but not good. We ordered a burger, it was so greasy I couldn't eat it. I also ordered fries and they were not even warm. I added bacon and cheese and they looked nothing like the picture, but as they were cold I didn't eat them anyway. Husband got wings- he liked them and did like the fact they gave him all drums. He ordered veggies with his meal as a side. Server forgot them and by the time she brought them back he was done eating the wings. Server didn't refill drinks. Overall, I thought the food at this place was gross and I had to get extra napkins to clean all the grease off my hands. The first bite of the burger resulted in grease just pouring out of it to the point the bun became wet and soggy. If the server had ever come back to ask if the food was good I would have asked for something different or another one, but that didn't ever happen until she brought the veggies and I didn't want to wait another 40 minutes for another disgusting burger. I don't think I will spend money returning and giving them another try. Unbelievable food from bww tonight. Can not believe we received our take out and received nothing but uncooked chicken. This is the worst thing you can do in the food industry, to send uncooked poultry. We tried to call the restaurant but no answer, we ended up air frying the rest of the wings to insure they where properly cooked. I'm sorry to say that BWW in Burleson has really gone in the wrong direction. This visit was on of my worst in several years. Food was cold, some of the wings didnt have hardly any sauce on them. They are always behind in the kitchen. Very disappointing and only able to sum it up in two words, it sucked! Only good things was the cold drinks. The server didnt even give us her name but did a decent job of taking care of us. I hope that not all location are like this one because if that is so, we may not visit them anytime soon. I mean one girl waiting on the whole restaurant half the time.. not to mention it takes an hour to get our food out.. and waitress can never be found again due to being the only one waiting tables. Seated quickly....main area was crowded, satin the bar. Lots of tvs w a variety of sports for everyone. It wasn't as packed either so it was better. Server came quickly and was helpful and had suggestions. Twisted.....YUM!!! Refreshing on a warm day of soccer! has strawberry chunks in it as well. Food was good. Shared the traditional and boneless combo....was plenty for a snack and to have some left over (we don't eat too much). Portion was good. Restroom- Men's was clean, not spotless, but clean. Let me begin by saying I never had a problem with any of my servers that I've had at this location. However, the hygiene of this location needs a lot of work. There's always flys, dirty walls, dirty tables.... just not as clean as other locations so it raises my concerns for what the kitchen back there even looks like. Another thing I find really odd is, hennesy is on their menu, yet they do not serve it here at this location. That is disappointing... When asked why they do not, they didn't really have an answer why. It wasn't a "we sold out of it today" it was just a simple, we don't serve it here. When I first moved to burleson, 2 years ago, the food was great here, but as time passed the food has gone down a lot... I hope things improve/change soon. read more

I placed an order from a restaurant called Bird Dawgs which is operated by Buffalo Wild Wings via DoorDash. I ordered the buffalo and blue dawgs with fries. Again this order was placed through DoorDash so my blame for the order goes to the restaurant for sending out a less than stellar product. This food was not only cold, unappealing to the eye but so expensive for the amount of food that I received. It was a joke. I've already notified DoorDash to let them know of my utter and complete disappointment with your company and the quality of food you send out to your customers. This is the second time I've had a poor order come through DoorDash from your company and I guarantee it will be the last time. Before I get into this it should be noted that I do NOT have a high bar on expectations, I'm talking a squirrel would be able to step over the bar, that's how low my expectations are when it comes to food/service industry - I know it is not an easy job. I know everyone has good and bad days and I try to keep that in mind. That being said, I don't want to sell anyone short but here's how our visit went over the past weekend: We had a rager in Fort Worth the night prior, our dear Bellville Brahma's lost in the state championship to the Gilmer Green Bay Ohio St Buckeyes - the loss clearly expediated said rager. Needless to say the next morning was not the best so we figure the only solace we had was to pull over while driving South for a decent lunch/beer/whatever. The first choice was Twin Peeks but they had some maintenance issues and would not be open until 11:45 or so. It was alright, life happens, I understand it. Maybe some gentleman blew up the pipes, who knows. Our next best (what was assumed at the time) choice was Buffalo Wildwings right down the road. In hindsight, reliving the decision was like watching a scary movie where the actors make a dumb decision and we're all like "Ohhhhhhhhhh boy y'all are stupid for going into that dark cellar". Cellar in this instance is Buffalo Wildwings First off - we couldn't even tell if the place was open or not, barely and signage or lighting. I didn't deduce it was open until I opened the door. We walked in and it had the same feeling of a funeral home, not even kidding, we didn't know if we were getting wings or literal human remains. Dark, damp, unwelcoming, I'm running out of bad adjectives that don't involve cuss words. Maybe I'm over reacting, maybe it's maybelline, not the end of the world we figured. Maybe it will get better we firgured (spoilers: it did not). We had our pick of the litter once we stated we would like seating at the bar. We didn't have to fight anyone because we were one of the few folks there at the time. When we sat down we were greated almost immediately by the waitresss, who could not have been more professional and prompt, I believe she was dealing witht he same issues we were. She took our drink orders and we all felt like it was time to relax, time to take a load off and hair of the dog this s*** to try to get rid of our hangovers. The thing is it was not time to relax - it was time to watch the bartender take 25 minutes on three bloody mary's. I'm talking I've seen molasses run an 800 meter sprint faster than this bartender was moving. The funny part is even after they were ready to serve THEY STILL SAT BEHIND THE BAR FOR 20 MINUTES. I don't know if the drinks were picking up frequent flyer miles or what but good god they took forever to arrive at the table. I feel like I could've filed the whole tables tax returns faster than the drink order. It's whatever, the drinks, were on the table now - time to enjoy ourselves and relax. NOPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE We were 30 minutes in, there was no turning back now (we thought). We decided to order an appatizer for the table. Needless to say that was by far one of the worst decisions I've been a part of - and I've spent the night in a drunk tank previously. Now that I think about it the drunk tank would of been a vast improvement over what we had to deal with. The only thing I can deduce for how long we waited was if the kitchen individually cooked each piece of the appetizer in a rotisserie. A miny rotisserie, not even regular size, a rotisserie for ants. This is strike two for those of use who are counting. Appetizer came out, from what I recall it was decent but the kinda decent you would expect from a guy finding a drink of water after being in the Sahara for two days. We dug in, started munching and what not, and then from left field our waitress said "Would y'all like to try our beer chasers?" - being already over the experience I was like "Sure, nothing could possibly make this experience worse". GUESS WHAT - she brought out five small glasses of beer for a dollor EACHHHHHHHHHHH. Not only did it take four scores and 13 years to get our drinks. Not only did it take the gestation period of a bull moose to get our appetizers. These cats absolutely brought the house down when they charged us a dollar EACH FOR A SIP OF BEER. It was at this time I was absolutely defeated. We didn't bother ordering food, we didn't have any more time to wait on what would be equivilant to the Mesozoic Era coming and going. This visit could not have gone any worse. We asked for the check - ONE CHECK - we didn't want to have to wait for the big bang to occur again for our checks to come. We tipped our waiter, again she was a sweet heart and we don't believe it's her fault, paid for our meal, and left. Manager Ron Hastings tried to tell me I could only use $10 Worth. I asked him to show me where it said that, he couldn't. Then he said, "the system" wouldn't let him. She was very rude and we had to wave at other waitresses in order to get napkins, ranch, and silverware. She never gave us refills. It wasn't busy when we were here either.
