Saw this place in a feed somewhere. It's a bit off the path for me, but I wanted to check it out…read more Went in during the 2025 NFL playoffs to catch a couple games and check the place out. Have been back since then. Talk about your corner hole in the wall type places. It's located in the middle of an L shaped strip building. Inside is clean, and spacious. Nothing fancy here, but plenty of tables and a few booths. They have a covered outside patio, which might even be fully enclosed, with some pool tables. The bar location is on the back wall, with lots of seating. Full bar, with a reasonable amount of draft beers, and several good ones along with the normal commercial swill. I sat at the bar both times, and got great service. First time I did the usual and checked out the salsa and queso. Both were good and didn't taste like pre made stuff. If it was, well they picked a couple of winners. The serving was more than ample, more then I could eat over the course of the visit. Second time I went back, I was going to make a point to try the onion rings since they looked so good in the pics. As I was looking at the menu I noticed they had a Montecristo sandwich. As I've mentioned before, I have yet to find anything that even remotely comes close to the holy grail of MC sandwiches, the one and only made by Bennigan's. Of course, I ordered it, and the onions rings. I'm happy to say the MC here is the closest I've ever come to find. It was really good, and the jam served with it was also pretty dead on. It was a little nasty like it should be, but not as greasy as it should be, and I enjoyed the hell out of it. The onion rings were really good, even if the batter was flaking off a bit. Anyway, I like the place, wish I could drag myself out more. Been customers here every time I've been, but not as many that should be. They also have a digital jukebox so if you're here and ever hear something bizarre playing, it's probably me. Service and staff have always been very good. They know how to make a pretty good margarita as well, and prices are very good.

The bar is in a "shady" part of Fort Worth and I cannot bring myself to get a drink here by myself. Always with a group or somebody else to keep tabs on each other. Beers are cold and cheap and service is always with a smile. This is what you may call a "my neighborhood bar" if you live in the area. It's pretty far to call it that for me.

I've always had great experiences at Pluckers, which is why this visit was so disappointing. The…read morefood was just as amazing as always, but unfortunately the service completely changed the experience. Our server, Hannah, became upset when my mom poured the strawberry lemonade she had purchased into her own Yeti cup simply because she prefers drinking from it. Hannah told her she wasn't allowed to do that. My mom immediately responded, "That's fine," and poured the drink right back into the Pluckers cup without any argument. After that interaction, Hannah's attitude noticeably changed. She was rude for the rest of our meal, set our plates down carelessly, and we constantly had to ask for drink refills. Even when we did, she repeatedly told us to "hold on," and we were left waiting for long periods of time. I've never had service like this at Pluckers before, and I regret not speaking with a manager while we were there. We enjoy coming here because the food is consistently great, but this was by far the worst customer service we've experienced. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests don't have a similar experience.

Staff were friendly and working together to serve us. It was their Happy Hour and a Tequila Tuesday so I went for a House Margarita ($7) which was good. We got the CORN DOG NIBBLERS ($12) that are served with Green Chile Queso & Bonnell's Chili. We really enjoyed this. My Mom can't do any spice (which is why we chose this item) so she didn't eat the queso but was able to enjoy the chili. We also got a regular order of SWEET POTATO FRIES. They were really good. Portion was big so she had leftovers to take home. We're looking forward to going back to try some of their BBQ & delicious looking burgers. Read the Info about the business on yelp or their website.
