I start with the rude teen worker Bon Que Que that answered the phone and took the order with less than one ounce of professionalism or care in the world about her job or the customers that she is paid to take serve. They always under quote on the amount of time it takes to make the food so I didn't go and pick up the order until 10 minutes after they told me to but still had to wait for another 15 minutes. The three girls were up front and two of the girls were whispering and making fun of customers names and then literally covering their mouths with receipts whispering about one of the other customers. They weren't busy as they had time to be on their phones texting. They again had the worst communication, were rude, didn't smile, were having their own side conversations, didn't offer me my drinks, or offer me to sit down, didn't close the transaction at all and then gave me a dirty look when I asked to get my drinks and they continued to whisper and talk about customers and other side conversations. One of the girls was literally eating right in the kitchen with extremely long neon green fake nails while she was "working" and while they were preparing my meal. Digging something out of a bowl and putting them in her mouth while her mean mugging face was saying "I hate customers and working here" The girls were standing around while there were two dirty tables and a disaster area of slick floors that were so slick I almost fell; I initially thought it was water but it was grease, ranch, and other food debris. A Manager came out with my food and laughed at my ticket and pointed at it and said "who wrote this" which led me to believe that they wrote something inappropriate or rude on my ticket about me. My order was incomplete as they forgot a whole box of wings out of the three that I ordered. A manager walked it out, three associates or "mad standers" could have checked it as well but they were busy standing and talking with each other. When I confronted them they acted like I put them out for having to give me what I ordered and already paid for. I then got home and 6 of the 30 wings were good. The others were so dry that it sounded like I was biting into a hard taco. There were a few I couldn't eat bc they were so dry, hard, and tasteless. There were about 15 of the 30 wings that were absolutely tiny, I am talking about drumsticks and wings, tiny with very little meat on them. The fries were soggy, cold, and weren't fully cooked. Again, you are paying $1.00 per wing which is absolutely ridiculous as they have one or two bites of food on them so the last thing you want is rude kids, dirty facility, inappropriate notes, and bad food. I knew better than to go back to this place but it is the only one near Burleson; you have to go to Crowley which is also a huge bummer. Save your money, buy some wings next door at Kroger, season them yourself, cook them yourself and make 4 times the amount for the same cost and you won't have to deal with these people or poor quality food.
