Chicken was dry fry's were good Service good the place was clean But the conversation between the employees and subject was inappropriate talking about someone who wanted a job came in for an interview today which the manager was not available and they were critiquing his résumé after he left. The words of cursing was ridiculous.

the customer service is nice and the facility is clean, but other than that it's a no go - the last three times I've ordered, Ive specifically made mention regarding the lack of seasoning on fries and chicken. The first time, the order was perfect. the second time the fries had no seasoning - NONE. The third time, 3 wings had good seasoning, no seasoning on fries, and the rest of the wings were... I don't even want to say lightly seasoned. won't be coming back - will find a better location or just make them at home. tired of wasting my money.

3 tenders ? Yeah more like 3 boneless wings ...

So honestly I should've read the reviews before coming and the only reason I came is bc cousins BBQ next door was out of ribs . I ordered a 3 tender combo and this is what I get... 3 boneless wings . Yall are SO lucky I live 30 minutes away other wise I would've been up there right now . This is trifling tbh , and I won't be back . You have a bunch of young ppl running this store and it shows . Yall need to do better . If I could give 0 stars I would . Very trifling fr . Do yourself a favor and go to another location.

Non extra crispy or spicy lemon pepper wings .

Have not been to this place in a long time because they always seem to mess my order up . I figured the crew changed and maybe my order will be done correctly . We try calling , no answer. We decided to drive up there and order. The place stunk, the kids are standing in the back like they had nothing to do . I order what I wanted . Once again I was disappointed in this location . Iam not the person to complain or make a big deal out of things . I still sucked it up and ate what I didn't order . I will not recommend this location .I guess I will not be eating wings from that location until there is better management .

This location suck! They gave us the wrong order (without a receipt) and had to drive all the way back. The wings only had a drop of sauce so we requested more and was given a hard time by the manager. He was rude saying that he was trying to help us but he in no way helped. We had to pay more to get the proper amount of bbq sauce on chicken. Also they were out of tea, another fountain drink and ketchup.

Dry strips

Why? Like the entire job is looking at the order and doing what's been asked! Does this look wet? It's not!!! Sometimes I get great food here, other times it sucks...like today! Management you need to do better at this location...oh and tell those folks to stop picking up the phone and putting people directly on hold without a greeting or salutation. I waited on hold 5 mins to ask that my order be wet...and for what?!?

The piece of gravel

Ordered online for the first time since they opened this new location. My fries were cold and after eating 4 fries I felt a really hard crunch. I thought it was just pepper chunk or a crunchy piece. NOPE. It was literally a rock? Or a piece of concrete?? About cracked my teeth on this. Tried to see if it would leave a residue or fall apart. It did not. Accidentally posted the review on the other Buffalo Wild Wings location. It was here off 1187. If the manager would like to reach out your more than welcome.

Staff did not give the correct order, the chicken was over cooked, and the fries were cold. Do not order from this location.

If you like Thai food your options are pretty slim in south Fort Worth. This place is pretty good…read more I live in Burleson and drive to this one when I'm not worried on time. It's also next to McDonald's which I can grab for my son.The food just has slightly more flavor than the Burleson location, I have a thing for Thai basil fried rice and this place hits the spot pretty regularly. I also love spicy food so Thai hot is my go too. Definitely recommend.

It is affordable which is much appreciated during travel. We had garlicky wings and spring rolls (vegetarian deep fried) to open. Wings were crispy and tasty - not buffalo in size. Had Tom Kha soup, pad see ewe, green curry, drunken noodle, vegetable fried rice, Thai iced tea, lime coconut drink, and the ice cream sandwiches macaroon. Thai iced tea was pretty standard. The soup was sour and yummy. My family is mostly vegetarian so all of the dishes except the drunken noodle and wings were with tofu. The green curry had warmed up green beans and peas from frozen-nothing to write home about. Pad see ewe and drunken noodle were decent. I didn't try the fried rice. The fried spring rolls were more wrap than vegetables. The vinegar sauce was a little bland. The dessert was delicious - lighter in sugar than a usual macaroon. Cookies n crème was dairy, and the blueberry was nondairy, tasting like a blueberry bagel, per my niece- and at the end had a floral lavender rose note. The wait for the food wasn't too long. The takeout containers vary from plastic utensils to bowls, to cardboard box for wings, to foam for smaller bowls, and wooden chopsticks. It was disappointing to not have the option of fish sauce with peppers. But the sriracha sauce and separate dry peppers were offered.

I ordered the pork chop plate, and the server kindly let me try both a fried pork chop and a smothered one since I couldn't make up my mind. I also had fried cabbage and yams. The cabbage had a little unexpected heat to it, but that's actually the same way my family cooks theirs, so I ended up really enjoying it. One thing that stood out to me was the staff. I'm not sure if the restaurant is always staffed this way, but I was genuinely impressed that all the front-line workers were men -- and every single one of them was courteous, respectful, patient, and mindful of each customer. While I enjoyed my meal, I watched them treat each person who walked in with the same positive energy and attentiveness. If you're in the area, go support this restaurant. The food, the atmosphere, and the service all made my first visit a memorable one.

The young man who answered the phone was very kind and ensured he had my order correct. Even verified I was ok with paying over the phone before he took my order. I arrived about 15 minutes later and once inside the cashier called for my order number then requested to see the card I paid with and my ID. In today's world it's comforting to know there are businesses verifying identity! Kudos!! Once seated at home I opened my container to hot fried catfish, tomatoes and okra, Mac n cheese and hot water cornbread. My first bite of everything was very good and seasoned to perfection. I got so full so quick that I wasn't able to finish but it made for perfect leftovers later that day. On to the desserts! My mom got a slice of pecan pie and I enjoyed the strawberry cake. Both were tasty and prepared perfectly! I will stop in again for fried pork chops when it's time for an off plan meal.
