Long story short. The management at this location are THE WORST. Rudest service I have ever received in my life! Completely insane and rude, I walked into pick up my order and they had made an error and I asked them to correct it they started shouting that they would have it corrected in a very rude way and as I asked the manager, Jeremy to please stop shouting, he shouted even louder that he was not shouting and I was not getting my food and to leave the restaurant ( mind you I had already paid) PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. read more

This place has gone down hill severely. Been here for 30 mins with a "25 min wait". Have had multiple folks walk up, order, then receive their meals. Some have returned them for being wrong. Ours was a 50 wing, boneless party pack. Still waiting. Sad shape this place is in. The corrugated tin on the walls is falling off. The tables are nasty, wet and sticky. The wings are solid but this chain isn't anything spectacular. There aren't any TVs or many tables in this tiny establishment so it's definitely a 'stop' to pick up wings on the way home. I think that's what I'll be doing from now on with Wingstops. The staff were too busy taking phone calls and their orders first to deal with the customers that were standing right in front of them, but when one guy finally did help us he was friendly. They are quick with the wings, and all of the food is very good. read more

After buying wings, all the sauce spilled in the bag. Took it back in for them to re-package. Went home and realized they never put any sauce on the wings. Called the next day and they said they couldn't do anything About it. Had to ask them to at least give us the sauce for they wings. They agreed. Therefore i had to drive all the way back just to get sauce. Poor customer service! read more

Been going to this Wingstop for years and it seems like it's just gone downhill. Picked up my order this evening, fries undercooked, rolls crispy as can been and no ranch as well as wings undercooked too. I wish I could say this was the first time but it's seems like the past 3-4 times my family has picked up something from there it tends to be terribly made. I usually get good service at this location. Last night was a major disappointment. First, it's a Friday night and there was no manager on duty. Every employee appeared to very young and they definitely had no positive customer service knowledge. Second, They got a very large order wrong and had to stop the other orders to fix the one. Third, a customer's wings were cold and an employee put his bare hand on the food to confirm the complaint. He brought the wings back and denied touching the wings before admitting that he did but justified it by saying that he had reheated them in the fryer before returning them. Lastly, the front counter staff told me my order would take 20 minutes. At 25 I asked for my food and got it at 37 minutes. One of the employees mocked me because I was unhappy that my order was a few minutes late. read more

First bad experience here. Made an online order and showed up about 5 mins before it was ready. I was then told my order is not ready and have to wait 17 mins. There's no one in line and a few customers eating. All I was told "hey, at least it will be fresh". Lol wow. read more

Hadn't been to Wingstop in a long while, and tonight's experience will guarantee that no more of my money will go to this company again. I placed an online order at 6:15 PM for an 8:00 PM pickup, had no problems there. Email notice said what I can expect when I get to the store, you know the whole social distancing spiel, stay in your car, we will bring your order out when it's ready. Anyway, drove up, several cars waiting, some folks in cars, some inside the restaurant, front door propped open with a heavy syrup box. From what I could tell, no employees running food out to cars, not surprised. Anyway, I went inside, paid for my order, and got it pretty quick. I should have been suspicious right then and there. Get home, open the bag to serve the family, only to find cold fries, cold tenders, cold boneless wings. So, I popped the whole order into the oven to reheat it and went on from there. But, it was as if the order was made at 6:15 PM when I placed the order online, my order sat around until 8:00 PM. Considering that there are plenty of other food establishments in the cities of Burleson and Crowley, my money will go elsewhere. read more

Used the app to place my order. It tells me ready at 7:54. I arrive and pay for it at 7:58. At 8:22 I was still sitting waiting on my order when they asked what my name was (again). We haven't been here in FOREVER.. so we decided to order online for pick up since we had just got off work. Before hand I had actually called and asked the lady about a coupon I found online and she asked me my name and she said she would keep an eye out and give me the 10% off when we came in. So I placed our order, got the confirmation number as well as my wait time and headed up there. She tells my husband that there's no order under my name and that she can put it in for us to be pushed out. But there would still be a long wait time. (Keep in mind it was also 8pm and there was a huge line picking up and ordering) so I was like.. well maybe she needs my code so I gave him my phone and she didn't even look at it. She proceeded to keep saying "well the name isn't here" over and over so my husband finally walked out. I'm SOO glad I didn't pay before hand. So the Crowley location is getting a 1 Star from me and I'll just take my 30 min drive to the cleburne location instead. read more

Pretty disappointed in this wing stop! Always been my go to on a busy weekday for my family!! Not to mention this is like the 3rd time to complain. This time went on a Friday night with a friend and my daughter.... a family of four behind us... my friend ordered then my daughter and I.. my friend got her food, pretty much finished eating. The family of four got their food.... and then I asked how long I had and they said 5 mins... for 6 piece & 2 baskets of fries.... not to mention the family of four with a large order... i was very disappointed with my visit. i've been to this location multiple times and am always satisfied with the quality of the food. but i got togo food tonight and practically had to throw away $30 worth of wings because they were over cooked and dry. i will most likely be a returning customer i am just very disappointed in the quality of my wings during my visit read more

I was craving wing stop for over a week. What a disappointment. Fries where bunt and cold. Lemon pepper wings broken open and burnt. Only flavor I tasted was awful. Will not fome to this locstion again, msy even be turned off wingstop all together. read more

Ordered Wing family pack with large cheese fries with light seasoning and we got a large order of plain, cold over seasoned fries. Wings were dry and over seasoned and so salty we could not finish them. Over priced garbage. read more
