We have yet to have a bad experience here!! Our fries were clearly freshly fried and so delicious. The sandwich was too hot to eat initially because it was so fresh. Everything was sauced very well. The staff went above and beyond to make this the best experience possible. We love you! read more

UPDATE: They did NOT give me my refund for our last visit where they had us wait up to over half an hour and canceled our order! There are so many other Wingstop locations with better service and food quality. Avoid this one at all costs! read more

It sucks that this is the only wingstop in Buda but my experiences here have always ended up with me getting a refund or having to go back for missing items. Their customer service is always great and they are always helpful, I've only had 2 times where their staff was rude. But every time I order from here I have missing items or if I get it delivered half of my order is wrong and I can't even count how many times I've had to call up here bc my order is wrong. It could be bc they are always super busy but it's always something and I wish there was another location in Buda. Actually let me update, the manager Tony needs to go, I went up there for missing items and as I'm talking to two young ladies abt the situation he cuts me off and says "I'm not dealing with your f**** attitude" again nobody was talking to him and I wasn't being rude or disrespectful, the workers were wonderful and were apologizing on his behalf so nothing against them. As a manager it's your job to make sure your orders are ready to go. He was going back and forth with me and refusing to help me so the other staff (Fatima and Tyler) helped me. They were great. TONY is also touching his hair and beard then going back to make the food. This wingstop is no longer getting my money. That's unsanitary and nasty, I threw my food away. PLEASE DONT GO HERE read more

Please don't eat at Wingstop. I got raw wings to where I got real sick. Went to the Doctor for food poo and still having stomach issues. I reached out to the mgr at the store. I called corporate 2 times and no one has even called me about the issue. I've been to the dr 2 times. Given medication. They said someone would call me and nothing. It was Aug 12. And still no calls. The wings were door dashed paid extra for express delivery. They got here late and raw with blood coming out. Door dash said the order wasn't ready and they had people waiting and they were throwing orders together. Yeah raw. read more

It's 10:48 our order was supposed to be ready by 9:45 been two hours and my husband had to go in for them to start making our order. More people keep showing up and waiting. Many have left as well. Avoid at all cost not worth the money or the headache. There is no manager in sight and they continue to take orders. If you have placed a DoorDash order prepare to wait for your food for more than two hours. Honestly ridiculous can't help but feel bad for the employees. Definitely need better management. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Buda, Texas

Whoever is frying up the wings at this location is killing the game! In recent months, I have ordered on three different occasions and each time the wings have been hot and crispy deliciousness. Today in particular we were celebrating a family event and chose to eat from here. Having great food to help us celebrate made our event even more special. Will continue to order from here! read more

Waiting 1.5 hours for a DoorDash order is ridiculous. What made it worse was overhearing the manager say to ignore DoorDash orders because they were backed up. If the store can't handle the dinner rush, there needs to be a better system in place instead of letting customers wait endlessly with no updates. Very frustrating experience. read more

Avoid this location at all costs. They can't get an order right and it's never ready on time. they need to close this show of a location. They owners are a joke. complaints never get a response. read more

2nd times a charm. First time, I was told on the phone it would be 20 minutes...I waited over an hour (with many others who had the same experience) The second time was tonight. Again, I called ahead and was told 20 minutes. When I got there, they said there was no order called in with my name! I will not go back to this location, EVER! I met the owner when it first opened (nice guy) too bad he hires poor employees. read more

We love wingstop and get it regularly. Today we ordered wings to go, 20 for $20 but when we got home there was only 16 in the box. Such a bummer. read more

Food is idk because I still haven't got my order. They said 15 minutes and I have been here for 30. I am about to jump over the counter and make my wings myself. read more

Wingstop - Oops wrong photo - Chicken Wings Near Me - Buda, Texas

This wingstop is absolutely terrible. Ordered from here about 5 times since moving to Buda and every order has been wrong. They never have enough workers. It takes an hour to get your food to dine in and about 3 to get it delivered. Shut this MF down or get a new manager. read more

Food was cold and barely tossed in hot honey rub. Missing both dips. Paid extra for dip. Sprite was flat. Every time I order from this wingstop something is missing and cold. Customer service was awful. 10/10 wouldn't recommend. read more

Wingstop - No rub... - Chicken Wings Near Me - Buda, Texas

I asked for a side of two ranches, and sauce and they took more than 20 minutes just for ranch . I paid $5 but I ended up leaving .

Terrible service, management and owner. Ordered online pickup at 630. Arrived not ready so I sit and wait. Watching the kitchen staff is like watching a WWE royal rumble 15 people running all over with no purpose. Finally call my name 20 minutes later. Grab the food ask the lady if my chicken sandwich is in the bag( did not see it go in while sitting) was told yes all there. Drive 8 miles to home open it up - not there. Call in told to hold and get hung up on. Finally get the manager explain the situation and she say you can come back and get it. It would cost me more is gas to come get it. So no supper for me!! Worst service ever. Will never go back. Go to the Kyle location way better service and food done on time. read more

Workers are unprofessional. One seems like a high schooler and let his friends all in the kitchen, then they all went to the bathroom together... where are all the workers making the food? There was only 1 out of 5 or 6 making the orders. My order was due at 11:57 and it's now 12:14am read more

Idk whats up with all the negative reviews but when I went the food was great everything fresh and hot and came out exactly the way I ordered it read more

We ordered large fries and 8 count of wings. We waited 30 minutes wanted to get home from getting off work just to look in the bag for a few fries and 6 wings.. I tried calling them and they put me on hold for a while so I called again just for them to pick up the phone then hang up... multiple times Don't recommend as middle age people act like teenagers read more

Very impressed with the customer service at this location; several employees gave a friendly greeting upon entering. Lots of people in the kitchen working! I placed my order online and it was ready at the estimated time. This was my first time ordering to go and the only complaint is I wish they packaged the fries better because they were cold by the time I got home. Otherwise, everything was great, easy ordering& efficient pick up. Clean inside and decent parking lot. read more

Don't go there save your time !! 50 minutes to walk in order !! But all online order less than 5 min !! Done in should be priority! After that time waiting I had to get my money back , not good place no management, avoid if you wanna eat in , but probably good if you order online I guess read more

happy to say buda has great wingstop, it's a little smaller than your average wingstop and they don't serve alcohol, yet. but the food and service are 100% on par. i will be back for more wings. read more

The service trash and waited almost a hour for my food and this teen worker kept getting off saying it's "too busy" but is off talking to other people saying how busy it was. IF IT WAS SO BUSY DO YOUR JOB. The food was good but not worth my time. read more

Poor management and staff. Saw employees drop chicken right out of the fryer onto the floor and put it back in the bowl.

Absolutely Terrible experience! Wait staff sucks I was actually a DoorDash order waiting for my food for an hour and a half trying to figure out what was happening I'd text the dasher to see any updates the dasher would change 3-4 times before anyone Answered. That someone stole my order and wing stop let them? And who couldn't forget they wouldn't remake the order even though I was present. I had several people trying to pick my order up this place has terrible service, lack of communication and compassion. The team members joked about it being so common but they won't do anything to prevent it from happening in the future. Crazy. Be careful here I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy tbh. read more

Customer service was HORRIBLE, + they gave me all drums , and they also had no ice. Would not recommend.

i get its free wing day but its been 3 hours for 15 boneless wings and a regular fry. smh

We were told 15 minutes, but waited about 45 minutes, still no order. When we still were several orders away, we asked for a refund but there was no one there authorized to give them. So they asked for my number and added my receipt to a stack of others waiting for a refund for their regional manager to issue (he said, honestly they may not get to it for 3 days). Terrible experience read more

The wings here were so soggy. They were really small. They also tasted raw. Idk if it's just me or i've never liked the original hot because they have no flavor. The service was horrible. They had long lines and the people working there looked really tired cant blame them really .Also the AC stopped working for a few minutes. The atmosphere was alright from customers but the employees looked tired. Overall i give it a 2/10. DID NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS read more
