No customer service skills and dirty. Waited almost 40min and they still hadn't started making my food. The cooks don't wash their hands and don't use gloves. Asked for a refund and the manager couldn't even figure out how to do that. They saw us sitting there waiting and all the employees left the kitchen to eat the wings they made for themselves. Only giving them a 3 star because I'm from the south and buffalo wings are my favorite food and this is my favorite place to eat. Wings are just the right size. Fries are great. The prices are good. But the service, OMG THE SERVICE.... I had to pause, but the service is terrible. They say they close at 12 but I think they lock the doors at 11:00, no one answers the phone. I have ordered 2 orders on 2 separate occasions and they told me the price of both order on the phone and both times when I got there to pick up my wings, one order was forgot about and never put in, and the one order they did have wasn't even what I ordered. They never have ranch. I could go on, but you get my point. They need new management at that place, and their business will actually be better than what it is now. read more

I move from Illinois a while ago and was super bummed since I though there were no Wingstop in Minnesota. But to my luck we found out there were 2!! We drove 50 min just to eat some wings. We didnt mind the trip since we LOVE Wingstop. But, once we arrived our excitement quickly vanished. The restaurant was extremely dirty. There were a few kids that spilled their drink and it took the employees a good 15 min to clean it up. There were also wings all over the floor. The soda machine was out of over 30% of the drinks and had no ice. The ketchup was out. And our order was super cold. They didn't have veggies also. And their ranch was extremely watery. Gosh I just don't see how this place even stays open. It's located in a dying strip mall on the west side of Blaine. I come in, see a guy working and start asking questions about the place. He says it's owned by some guy and then just walks away. So right of the bat story time ain't happening. Just wanted to know a little bit about the joint and where it came from, I'm not the cops. So they have a lunch special and other specials on a chalk board when you walk in it's 4 wings, French fries, slaw and a drink. I bite in the special and ask for a larger slaw. Guy pulls pre made pints that sit in a cooler for days. Mine was marked to be thrown out days from now. Most joints do their slaw atlest every other day. It's was so so and tasted old. I'm guessing these folks do it weekly. Then after siting down they bring me the food which is fried on order. It's turns out just to be regular sized wings with a dry msg rub on them. Dude if your going to sell wing charge 4 bucks more and go nuts you don't have compete with subway next door. I'll pay dude. Then they ask what dipping sauce I want i say blue cheese. You get like 1 ounce of sauce per order. This was a disappointment to say the least. The fries and wing were too hot to touch for 5 min and dry. I had to ask the guy fur more sauce which is usually extra but he gave me it for free and all around the service was solid. + 1star. Just don't get what they are trying to do...... read more

Last week stopped by there with my kids (8 & 9 yrs old) to get some wings to go. Waiting a long time for our food when they clearly weren't busy. All we could hear was a group of kid employees having a conversation with "Mother F#ck'n" in every other sentence. Not sure why the employees feel this is appropriate in front of customers especially in front of grade school aged kids. Sounds like from other posts I read this place has an issue with immature staff. Also, makes me wonder about the food that's being made by these kids when there's such an "I don't care" environment. read more

Wingstop is usually my favorite wings and the fries are usually delicious. BUT, not last night! First I tried calling in my order several times and no one answered. When I got there all the employees were standing around chit-chatting! Plus the restaurant was empty! I got home with my order to find my fries had not been seasoned! This place is a joke, dont get me wrong love wingstop just not this location. Brooklyn Center staff are horrible. Place an order for pickup online. Waited 5 mins an my order was way off (half the items). When i pointed it out they argued with me. I got my money back and will never return! I should have known it would have been problematic when I realized every order in front of me about eight of them were all messed up with half of them question their money back, this place is a nightmare!!! I don't often write reviews for places. So, when I do it means it's either beyond terrible or beyond fantastic. I am writing this review for the former reason: beyond terrible. Wing stop has a very limited menu, this is not why I'm writing this review. I came to this place with my wife-who loves wings, so it seemed like the perfect place to try out. Wrong! We were the only two individuals in the restaurant-you can see their kitchen, so we knew they weren't cooking any online orders. And yet somehow, someway it took them to 35 MINUTES to cook our food!!! All we ordered was wings and fries!!! There was definitely not an employee shortage either, as they kept coming out from the back room-whatever all 10 of them were doing back there is beyond me. To top off their unbelievably terrible service, the food wasn't even that good. I recommend to everyone, never eat at this place! Avoid at all costs!! Not even comparing services, Buffalo Wild Wings blows this place out of the water without even trying. read more

This is a first review for me. The food is really good. Been here several times, because I like quick a access to boneless wings. Thought there fries were kind of soggy, so I get beans or potato salad which are good. Even the ranch dip is good. Order online ahead of time is the only way to go or you will be waiting. Pretty pricey. The reason I only give two stars is they screwed up my order the last two times. Forgot the ranch dip and then gave me regular wings instead of boneless. The staff seems very distracted. It's not busy all the time so I get having nothing to do, but they could at least get my order right then. I'm not surprised others are having customer service issues. read more

WORST SERVICE I have ever received from any restaurant, EVER! We ordered online, and picked it up. Brought it home and they didn't even make our order right, only two out of six items we ordered was correct. When I called the store, the lady was extremely rude to me and was like 'you have to bring the food back to the store to get it fixed'. Manager was slightly better, but again not helpful, customer satisfaction is not their priority. The food was also soggy and wasn't that good. Do not recommend!! Best place for wings around here (not that there are many options.) The service isn't always the best and expect to wait a while if you walk in and order. I had an issue with a previous order, but the manager addressed it and offered a free combo. They used to have the best baked beans in the world with a touch of bourbon. The new beans are pretty much the same as Bush's, which aren't bad, just not something I want to pay for at a restaurant. I love wings, so I will continue to put up with the downfalls of this place until a better option opens. read more
