This is definitely not the Wingstop experience I'm accustomed to. When I came in a staff member was berating a customer loudly with language that made me and my foul mouth blush. Over the next 30 minutes I was there, the room was filled with explicit and inappropriate language. This came not just from staff, but from very loud music being played in the kitchen and even customers. The guy taking my order couldn't have cared less. He was even on his phone while talking to me. After about 25 minutes my name got called; my food had just been sitting there in the kitchen all bagged up. The other weird thing was happening adjacent to the drink machine in the lobby: you can view it in the photo. How was the food when I ultimately got it? So I've been to this location three times. The first time they had just released their new chicken sandwich and it was BUSY. I placed my order online and showed up and still had to wait a really long time. I've been there two times after that and both times my order was ready when I got there and everything was delicious! Got the wrong item. When I called and asked for a replacement they wanted me to bring the entire meal back so they could fix the one thing. I got them to say OK just bring the wrong thing back and talk to the manager when I get there. I tried to call back when I was on the way to ask them to start making my replacement so I wouldn't have to wait longer, but they put me on hold for 14 minutes. This was my first time trying wingstop and I was so excited but this location isn't it. We ordering to eat in and the location was very busy and hectic. The seating isn't very good and everything seems crowded. A staff member was just sitting up front on the computer but wasn't helping or taking any orders and didn't even say a thing if you were standing waiting to order. The person taking the orders was clearly rushing around and could have used the help but she was nice. We waited a half hour for 15 wings, 1 fry and 1 order of corn... it was excessive. Quality control? While Covid has provide known food shortages.... this was unacceptable. Ordered a 24 wing plus large fry. Have had the order in Wisconsin and Texas with consistent size of wings and amount of fries with a large order. For some reason this location had smaller than normal wings (I'm assuming it's a shortage issue due to Covid and chicken production?), the wings were over cooked and dried out and a large fry order which looked more like a small personal order. The restaurant said they would get another order of fries but being so far away we will attempt to reclaim some other time. Overall disappointed being that there are only two locations in the Twin Cities. I hope this overall was just a bad day to order from them. Questionable about returning. They know exactly how to ruin a person night. I ordered my food online around 10:30 and my food was going to be ready 21-26 minutes later. I get there with high hopes of a decent meal but that didn't go well obviously. The girl at the register tells me they ran out of fries so they replaced it with 2 boxes of corn. I really wanted fries I even ordered a whole separate order of fries with cheese sauce. I ended up trying to get to the other location (Roseville) for fries but they were already closed (this was around 11:30). Horrible customer service & poorly managed if even. When I arrived we waited about 10 min to be greeted. At that point I knew I should have turned around and walked out. Once we were able to place our order it was about a 45 min wait to receive our food. During this 45 minutes I seen the cook run in and outside several times. Which is super unprofessional. I told my cousin (who really wanted the lemon pepper wings) that I could have made her wings at home in less time. A lot of people coming in and out of the restaurant but not ordering food or anything. So if anything this is the hangout spot. I don't think the food is all that great. I tried the Roseville location years ago and didn't like it, but I always hear about the lemon pepper wings. Both times I tried them the wings were soggy & super salty. Same with the fries. I assumed the driver was complaining about the wait and they took my wings out knowing they were NOT FULLY COOKED despite me selecting "WELL DONE" 4) I have called several times but the location refused to answers 5) I paid $62 and did not get what I order. Terrible. Do yourself a favorite and order wings from ANYWHERE else but this location. My daughter and I have given this location a lot of our money over the last few years. Each time something is wrong with the order. I ordered with a credit card so I will be disputing this order with the credit card company. Chicken must be fully cooked. I must say, I'm impressed with the management. After my previous review they called to remedy the situation. I ended up giving them another shot. I showed up, placed my order, and watched three people who placed their order after me walk out before me with their wings and fries. Not sure how that worked out but it was a little frustrating. Cups were on the floor which probably could have been cleaned/picked up. I switched to traditional bone in Wings this time and tried hot and the raved about lemon pepper. I also got fries as well. The hot was actually pretty good, but nothing more special than I could make at home with a bottle of Frank's red hot. It kind of annoys me when places call something hot and there is absolutely zero f'ing heat to be found. Just call it mild, seriously. The lemon pepper was the most stomach turning wing I've ever had. I love lemons, I love pepper, yet I HATED these damn things. The smell alone made me sick. Fries were limp and sad, but that's my fault for bagging them and taking them home. All in all, the management cares about their customers, but the product just can't stand up on its own. I have seen this restaurant get hyped up time of times on social media for being so good but when I went, I was like I said, severely disappointed, the food was giving school cafeteria food and I promise you whatever recipe they use for the chicken sandwich that ingredients is the same one that my school cafeteria uses two out of 10 not only was I severely disappointed and the quality of the food the flavor of the food was lacking. The fries were heavily seasoned although they were just spicy. There was no flour there. They were just spicy and the chicken sandwich sandwich had almost know that I mean the fries the chicken sandwich had no flavor was expecting high quality top-notch food and that is not what I received. Oh man! I love wing stop! Originally introduced in 2008 out Nevada and I was hooked! When I found out this place added a second location and it was closer I had to give it a try. I even mixed up my order and went boneless this time. Wow! Yummers! Wait time is the normal 15is minutes because they make them fresh. Venue was very clean. Ahhh the disappointment continues. Called in to place an order to go as I'm on the way and they ask me to hold. They leave me holding for 5 minutes until I finally hang up. When I call back she goes: "oh I'm sorry I forgot I had you holding." Sigh...... OK so I came back a 3rd time (I know, brave me) to pick up for yet another work function. I called 90 minutes ahead and reminded them of last time I had to wait 30 minutes and asked them to have the food ready by 7 sharp. I showed up at 655 and voila food was ready.
