This is a poorly managed location, when I had an issue of not receiving my ranch sauce with my order and my pregnant lady had to go all the way back to the location they became argumentative and threatened physical violence when I demanded an apology for messing up the order and thereby ruining our evening. The crappy thing is I used to go here on a weekly basis but they have no concept of customer service because it's run by ratchet no class employees. Ghetttttooooo, I have been coming to this location for years. The lady name, Ruth, and other staff would always take care of me. That's why I would pass another Wingstop just to come to this one. But this experience was different. I did it over the phone order and ordered 10 wings extra crispy and I always ask for them to cook it for 20 minutes because I've been going to Wingstop since I was 14 and it always comes out right with that cook time. When I get there the order is already ready which was only 15 minutes later so I asked to check the food. The wings were rubbery when I said that the wings weren't to my satisfaction another lady told me is because of the wings are new I was confused, she told me that these wings take longer to cook, but they taste the same so I asked that they be remade she told me it would take 40 to 45 minutes, I assume she wanted me to not want them, but I said I was fine and I didn't mind waiting. When the lady went to the back a man by the fryer said no, I'm not remaking these, this man's name was Mike he said he was the general manager. I've met him before and had a pleasant experience this time he was rude. I had to ask him to come speak to me because he was ignoring me, and then he had an attitude as he said, he wasn't gonna cook my wings again. I asked for his name, and proceeded to walk out the door, as I'm walking out the door he says and don't come back. We bought a 15 piece bone-in chicken wing meal and the lady proceeds to tell us that ranch dressing is extra. Wait whaaaaat???!!! My husband says, "But don't we at least get 1 with our wings?" She says "No, you have to pay for it?" He continued with, "I've always received at least 1 dipping sauce here in the past". Her response, "Oh, then I wasn't working that night!" Really Lady???!!! The WORST service I've experience in a long time. The "lady" who took my order had the WORST attitude. She never said hello or even asked how can I help you. Her face was all twisted and she mumbled under her breath. Once she actually took my order, it was, of course, met with nonchalantness and uninterested. Very off putting. When calling to put our order in, we were put on hold for over 15 minutes before we were hung up on. We called back and the person who answered the phone apologized profusely and then handed the phone to his manager to the manager to take our order. Was just going to chop it up to them being busy and still went down there, they said it would be ready in 10 min. We gave them 20. When we got there, the cashier asked me for my name and we paid for our order. We stepped to the side and then he asked to take our order again, which was a little weird. We then saw him take a pan, put some old wings on a skillet, put some sauce on them and then hand them to us in the span of 5 min. We thought maybe he had just made the wings a bit ago or something, so we didn't say something then. I asked for an extra ranch from one of the ladies working and she tossed one over the counter at me instead of giving it to me. The worst part was that when we got home, the wings were over done and seemed like they had been previously cooked and then re-fried to get them hot again. The lemon pepper was unbearably salty, the mango habanero ones were overdone and hard to chew, and the korean q ones were stale. WOW! I was all excited to try Wingstop for the first time. I saw specials online, so I thought I'd check it out. I order the 25 piece special for $15.99. Chose my 3 flavors and 3 dips. Fried hard, like I usually get my wings. Customer Service was great....until my order comes out. First of all, the order comes out in one container, so I'm a bit skeptical. I open it...what are these funny little things? "Boneless wings", I'm told. What??? There on the sign...in fine print..."boneless wings". Glorified chicken nuggets! for $16!!! OK, I'm not happy, but I ain't mad. I'll take them home...and we'll try them out. I get them home...and OMG! Fried hard was my order when I thought I had real wings coming. (Myesha, at that point, you could've told me they were boneless). Anyway, they were hard and horrible. I hate to throw away food....maybe my neighbor's dog will eat them. My first and last visit. I love Wing*Stop and the location is so convenient, however the staff was not clean and extremely lazy! I stood at the counter for approximately ten min. waiting to pick up a call in order as two employees were in the back talking. One on the phone and the other just sitting ignoring anyone entering the front door. Eventually one employee decided to bring the mop and bucket to the front counter, then placed the mop against the counter and asked if she could help. I should have taken the empty parking lot as a warning. On a day that every other wing place that we went to was extremely busy, I stopped here because there were zero patrons in this restaurant. The website shows that this location closes at 11:45p (no lobby hours nor were they posted in the store). I arrived at 10p to place a small order consisting of 2 sides. The person that helped me was very short and had a horrible demeanor. I ignored it because I was craving the sides I wanted and my usual store was so busy that they had to stop orders for a while. I placed the order and waited as I was told it'd only be 5 minutes. 10 minutes later my 13 year old told me that she had to use the restroom. I told her that there was on inside. She came in to use the restroom and the man (never wearing a name tag) was in the back side of the lobby immediately told her that the restroom was closed and she turned around and told me and went back to the car. I asked if the rr was closed or out of order because I saw no signage alluding to either. He immediately jumped to the offensive and in a raised tone said "IT'S CLOSED". I asked what time it closes and again in the same tone he stated " WHEN I SAY IT'S CLOSED, IM THE OWNER'. I told him my daughter had an emergency. His response in the exact same tone "WELL IF YOUR DAUGHTER DIDN'T COME IN HERE WITH AN ATTITUDE AND TRY TO WALK AROUND ME LIKE I'M JUST A WORKER I WOULD HAVE LET HER USE IT". I gave him a side eye and I sat back down and waited for my order for another 5 minutes. Once my order was ready I got it and began to have more thoughts about this interaction. On the way to my car I decided that if this is the owner of this store I would not choose to spend my money with his establishment. I turned on my sound recorder and I went back in and was greeted by him again (same irritated demeanor he previously had). I told him that I would like a refund. He began processing the my refund and snatched the bag from the counter and threw it behind him into the garbage can. The only next thing he said was tap your card without asking for my receipt or telling me the amount that was being returned to my account. I asked how much I would be getting refunded to verify that it was the same amount. He verified the amount and I tapped the card. Then he kept working on the register and told me to tap the card again with ZERO explanation. I asked why am I tapping it again and with the same attitude he said "because it didn't go through the first time". I let him know that he had a horrible attitude and his response with his neck rolling was "You're just mad that your daughter came in here with an attitude and I wouldn't let her use the restroom". I let him know that was not the only reason that I felt that way. He had a couple more snarky remarks and I said thank you (which I am kicking myself for continuing to remain polite after being treated this way) after he handed me the refund receipt. Normally we have leftovers. Barely had any sauce on them. The fries were undercooked and soaked with grease. My wife had to put them in the oven on broil to make them edible. I'm not sure why both of the reviews were so harsh for this Wingstop. This location is almost brand new and all new restaurants take some time to get all the kinks worked out. The location of this Wingstop is on my way home from work, so I ordered online. The website told me the food would be ready at 11:25 and I got there at the exact time to find my food ready to go. The wings were huge and the sauces (teriyaki and spicy korean) were very flavorful. The fries weren't very crispy, but that is just a personal preference. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick bite to eat and highly recommend ordering online. read more

I'm a big fan of this place. It's quick, and they have a great, easy to use online ordering system. The food is good as well. The biggest standout here is the fries. The seasoning they use is awesome. The wings are usually really big too. The sauce on the wings is pretty good but nothing to write home about. I've tried most of the sauces, and I'd say the best flavors are Mango Habanero and Lemon Pepper. You can get 8 wings and a yuuuge order of fries for like 9 bucks, which is a really good deal. My only qualm with this place is that the online menu gives you the option to make specifications on the way your wings or fries are cooked (i.e. Extra crispy fries), but it seems these specifications usually go completely unnoticed by the cooks. Nevertheless, I'm all-in on Wing Stop. One of the reviews on yelp says that the service is terrible, and that really has NOT been the case in my experience, and I've been there at least 10 times. I'm not sure why people are ragging on the wings. They are big, meaty, and cooked just right. Flavors are good. I judge a wing place by their Lemon Pepper wings and these are great. Four stars bc the fries are iffy flavor wise. I don't care for their normal fry seasoning. Almost a bit malt vinegary although slight. They have Cajun and some other fry seasonings which I'll try next time. Service both visits was stellar. We have three wing eaters in our house and we all love the ones here. We have never eaten at this location before, but we were at the dog Park and wanted wings on the way home. First off, their order quantities and this whole combo thing was super confusing and frustrating. I just wanted a dozen of hot and half dozen lemon pepper. Instead we ended up with 15 hot and 10 lemon pepper. No one wants to buy wings in qualities other than dozen of half dozen. Let's be clear on that point. The wings were not good. They were fatty and the skin was really thick. The last thing you want it to bite into a wing thinking you have a big bite of meat and it's a gross glob of fat. Almost all of them were like that. The hot flavor was not good and the lemon pepper was okay but the texture of the wings couldn't be overcome.
