I've been back three times since my first review and this location has vastly improved. Employees seem well trained and service driven. My wings take 25 min to cook so I order online then go to PU to avoid the long wait. My wings are cooked to my liking and orders so they haven't messed up. It's a tiny spot so if you need to wait so it in your car to give seats and tables to those who eat in. My orders are for the combo of 15 classic flats only cooked extra so they are crispy with a soda and carrots only. Then I get 5 more added for just a few more dollars. Meal for 2 for under $30. Their wings are normal in size instead of the tiny ones at KFC and Popeye's which I like bcz I try to avoid caged chickens' wings that come so tiny bcz they don't get to run and fly inside small cages. read more

Never again! I was standing at the door at 10:28am, they open at 10:30 so I was waiting for them to come open the door. At 10:26 after watching two employees, just chatting and looking at the door I waved to him like are you going to open? The guy walk out to the back and the girl just stayed looking out the window. A couple that was also waiting. We looked at each other when she said it's open. I was the first one to place my order and did not receive my order until 1105, and that was after me asking about the status. Two customers that came after me receive their mail first and when I asked, they said they were waiting for the sauce really you would think they would prepare before they open the doors. All it was was lemon pepper, wings and buffalo wings. so frustrating especially since I was picking up lunch for my grandkids Because today is grandparents day at their school and that was the meal they requested. I Ordered a 10 piece bone less meal just mango habanero and they still messed it up.I got lemon pepper which didn't even taste like it.And they also have me half of some wings that tasted like bbq.I just wanted my mango Habanero wings. read more

Great staff, super friendly and helpful. Wings were bigger than usual wing stop . Giving a 4 because their isn't much room to sit inside. This is more of a take out location but if you're looking for quick and good wings, with a nice staff taking your order, this is the one. read more

Workers are very nice. Food was not up to par. My original flavored wings were not doused in the normal amount of sauce that I normally receive from other wing stops. As well the Cajun Corn was not flavorful with seasoning and the corn was soggy. I was in the area and thought I would order here because it's closer. I don't recommend this location. read more

Hadn't ate Wingstop in over a year. Went in on Friday 21 of April 2023 ordered a 8 piece combo of boneless wings and asked for them well done. However when I bit into a wing I noticed a hard texture but by then I had swallowed. I ended up getting food poisoning and was throwing and and going number 2 non stop for 2 days. Wouldn't not recommend this place to anyone ever. They're reviews speak for themselves and the fact owner puts contact us for any reason under bad reviews what purpose does that serve after going through this horrible experience. I usually love going to this place. One of my favorite franchises. I live on Bellflower boulevard across from the new IN & Out. I've ordered about three times. Every time I order and get my meal to go it's never ready. Or they say they got it mixed up with the other Wingstop. Even though there's pictures that clearly show that it's THIS Wingstop. The girls also have a huge attitude. I'm done spending my money on this establishment. Buffalo spot is better! read more

I am so glad this place is close by from school! Before the pandemic, I usually went here after a long day of school to fill my stomach up! The staff is also very chill and willing to help you with anything you need. I usually order lemon pepper and garlic parmesan and they are definitely worth it. Not to mention that their creamy ranch is a 10/10! This will forever be a takeout spot I will recommend many to try. Quick service, friendly staff, good food! What more could you ask for! read more

Glad they put a Wing Stop right here (around the corner from my house). This location isn't big but the food and service is OUTSTANDING. Taylor and her manager are very friendly and very accommodating to their customers. I placed a phone order with Taylor and when I got there ( a few minutes earlier) after I paid for my food my order was ready. Taylor is super sweet and friendly. Ordered online for delivery. Waited almost 2 hours for the scheduled 35 minute delivery before contacting WingStop by phone. The automatic delivery notification kept changing the estimated delivery time. Was told "my dasher had my order". I said ok, then when will it be delivered? the cashier told me its very common for dashers to pick up and keep food but also didnt provide a resolution. Finally, was told i can pick up my own food after already having paid for delivery and tipping the driver. i said i couldnt because i didnt have car. She said should could give me credit. Credit instead of a refund for an order i never received. The girl on the phone sounded young, i dont remember if i asked her if she was the manager but i honestly felt bad. i'm sure she was trying her best but there was no real customer service skills there. i never felt like the situation that was clearly not my fault was made better. who wants cold wings? who wants to have to drive in after a 2 hour wait and after paying for delivery and a tip. i am a regular at this WingStop and service is usually ok. However, they need their own delivery team because clearly DoorDashers are not it. read more

I've got to say this is definitely the best Wingstop I've been to. Other Wingstops should definitely take note of this locations customer service because they're phenomenal. Every time I've called them they were patient and super nice even when I had to make modifications to my order. Also the food is wonderful here too. I haven't had a bad experience with the wings and their original hot wings are great. I haven't had the lemon pepper wings here but my dad said they're good.
