My husband ordered the 5 piece tender combo with Cajun seasoning. We had the choice of seating, we were the only ones there at first. The drink station is the computerized where they have endless choices. Our food arrived quickly and hot. Both of the chicken choices were tasty. The fries were way too salty. Hard to eat they were so salty. The seasoning they use is good, there was just way too much of it. I hung up and called again and Deniche (Denise) answered and tried placing me on hold. I told her I was calling because of the mistake I made and was wondering if they could put it as Delivery. She said no because they do not deliver and if I want the food delivered I have to order through a third party. I decided to go in person to pick up my order, and I asked her if she is the woman I spoke with on the phone and she said yes. I showed her wingstops website on my phone and showed her where it says that they have a 0$ delivery fee if you order for delivery on their website. I also showed her a order I made last week through their website that they delivered to me at $0 charge. She said I explained to you on the phone you have to order through a third party because we do not deliver. I asked how did they deliver to me last week and why does it say $0 delivery fee on their website? While I asked her that she began speaking over me- i told her not to be rude, and she said B**** do you not know what a third party is? I immediately demanded to speak with a manager, and she walked to the back and three other females came to the front to speak with me. While I was explaining the situation, she was being vulgar and using profanity. They had to tell her to walk to the back. I did contact corporate and BBB and plan on going as far as I have to and ensure she gets addressed. When I contacted BBB the agent I spoke with advised me to stand clear of all wingstops because apparently they get an overwhelming amount of complaints about their customer service. Stay away from this location. It's full of young, disrespectful, immature, ghetto, uneducated individuals who have ZERO customer service. We order large orders, have a big family and we definitely mix it up with boneless and bone in. These guys nail it everytime. Pick up is ready when we get there, sauces all correct. Sides always there and don't forget the extra ranches ever. Walked in around 5:30pm, saw several dirty tables, a young man taking a phone order, four other employees in the kitchen, and a couple in front of me. As soon as the young man was off the phone he promptly took the couple's order and then mine. After that he stood there and held up the counter. Taking no initiative to clean any of the tables. I waited my turn to get a drink, and every option that was not diet or sugar free was unavailable. Assuming that they must not have them in stock or it would have been replaced, I chose an underwhelming option and found a seat that was only slightly dirty. The customer who came in after me, decided to say something. The woman, I'm assuming is the manager, looked at a screen and told the young man who was standing there holding up the counter again, to go take care of it. He only replaced the one that the customer was wanting and left the rest. From the time I ordered until the time I received my food, I waited 30 minutes. Fries were done well before wings, and were cold when I got them. Wings were hot and fresh, tasted good. Manager was nice, the other employees seem hard working. Sat there for 45 minutes after ordering and noticed a shift change and several employees leaving. She said I added things after I was given my total. I told her that was untrue, I was looking right at my receipt and the subtotal was $21.67, that their staff could have waived NINETEEN CENTS in the interest of good customer service & PR. Told her I was not looking for reparations (although she told me to come to the store for credit) but that more intensive training would be a good idea for anyone taking a phone order to include "the total will be $X without tax".
