This was my first visit and I would like to give it another try. I was not very satisfied with the restaurant or food. Upon walking in, I was greeted by very sticky floor and employees arguing with each other. We placed our order and while waiting for the food I sat down at one table only to move two more times because the tables were sticky and the seats felt damp. I can't figure out why the restaurant was one big room of humidity. It made it uncomfortable to sit considering my legs would stick to the chair every time I would attempt get up. The food was served quickly and the server was very polite. I ate an order of cheese fries and tried the wings. The wings were average. The cheese fries were loaded in garlic, not thoroughly cooked, and drenched in "concession stand nacho cheese" as another yelper stated. It was not a good combo. I'd have to maybe try this again another time and hope that things change. UPDATE: 3 visits later and nothing has changed. I complained to corporate only to receive an automated email apologizing and claiming to send a gift card to compensate. This wingstops workers have got to get it together..... I called to put a order in and they IMMEDIATELY put me on hold (which is fine) but they are constantly doing this when they are not busy and then I managed to order my order online before they even got back to me. I get wingstop here quite often with my family and friends and they have got my Order wrong, missed things in the bag, or just been rude to me at the counter. read more

I came in with my significant other to get some wings since other wing places were closed today for Christmas parties. Well we had come in and said we were dining, the cashier laughed in my face and she proceeded to "okay and?". So it was about 11:35 pm and I figured I'd call in to order some wings considering I'm only 5 min away. I called and immediately someone answered and asked if I could hold. I replied yes and am still currently on hold as I write this review. I've been on hold for over 21 minutes waiting for someone to come back to the call in hopes of trying to get the employees name that placed my call on hold. This is clearly a tactic to not have to take orders 25 minutes before closing time. It takes them about 10 minutes to cook wings and fries.... clearly, that's too much for this employee who would rather place a call on hold to avoid taking an order 25 min before closing. read more

"Wings and other things". I am seriously not sure why boneless wings exist or why they are called "boneless wings"; formalities, for sure. To me, they are just chicken nuggets or premature chicken strips. I am still asking myself why I ordered the boneless wings to begin with. Could it be because I wanted to avoid the sloppy mess that is associated with eating bone-in wings? Yes, exactly! I just wanted to stick my fork into something and not deal with getting my hands dirty. As for bone-in wings... eh, I have had better. I know they have a variety of sauces to choose from, but I was just not turned on by anyone I had. The garlic-parmesan was waaaaay tooo salty, the Hawaiian did not remind me of Hawaii at all and the teriyaki flavor was the least bit impressive. I went here hoping for a wing of a time. Will I be back again? Probably not, unless it's a food emergency! Coming here made me feel like I was in college again desperate for food. There are far too many fabulous local businesses in Baton Rouge to come back here anytime soon. For the amount of money I spent, I could have gotten a spectacular meal elsewhere. read more

I wish I could provide less than one stars. They forgot part of my order and would not provide a means for refund or even a future credit because doordash was used for delivery. They expected me to come up to the store...nullifying why I decided to get delivery in the first place. The workers and management are imbeciles. read more

Ordered online and arrived 20 minutes later to pick it up. They say they have no record of my order. I show them the confirmation email with order number and they then admit their system crashed recently and my order must have been lost. I have to wait another 20 minutes for my family's order. They apologized but how can their ordering system be this fragile? read more

It's a great place with super friendly staff. Wings are also just as good as the customer service.

Don't waste your time. For a small order of 20 wings, some fries and 2 things of ranch it took 40 minutes. We could've gone to Buffalo Wild Wings and had better service with our food out quicker. The tables and floor were sticky, windows were filthy and it seemed like half of the staff was goofing all the whole time. Won't catch us back in there. read more

The first time I ever ate here I thought the wings were terrible, now they have grown on me and they are now my favorite wings in Baton Rouge. What I really appreciate about this place though is the service. The people that work here are some of the nicest people I've ever met in a restaurant. Order togo and don't expect 5 star service. If they greet you when you walk in, don't act foolish, and give you a kind farewell, I think that's good enough. The food is always hot and the ranch is house-made and delicious. I like the garlic Parmesan flavor, and I typically only order plan/naked wings. read more

Tralaisha is unprofessional and her customer service skills are the worse I've ever experienced! When I walked up to the counter, she didn't greet me so I proceeded to place my order. Soon as I began to order, she cut me off in a very nasty and rude tone and asked me what was my name. I then placed my order. When I looked at the receipt, I realized it was wrong. I brought the receipt to her attention and instead of accepting it as a mistake, she argued with me that she was right and I, the customer, was wrong. The other two gentlemen intervened and attempted to make the order right but I declined. When I asked for a refund, I asked if my card would be needed, Tralaisha said, "I don't need your card, I'm bout to give you your lil $9 back". At this time one of the guys said "ma'am I can remake it for you" the other said "you don't have to bring the food back, keep it", Tralaisha interrupted them both and said "No, she ain't keeping nothing, throw it away, I don't care". I appreciated them trying to right her obvious wrong but I again declined. I am still embarrassed that she spoke to me in that way and I could not defend myself. I feel that she should not be a face of your business because from this day forward, I will never spend another penny that I earn at a Wing Stop and I will share my experience everywhere I go as well as online! read more

Pretty generic flavors. Having had the real anchor bar wings the original can't compare. Teriyaki was unflavorful and had a ad aftertaste. Potato salad was bland. Let me tell you about this place. This place is better then ya mom's cookin. Sweeter then baby Ray's sauce. The bones got more meat on them then the strippers downtown. Their Cajun rub could make Colonel Sanders turn in his grave. I wouldn't recommend taking a girl there or she'll sleep with the chef. It would make an Alabama fan kick his sister in the mouth. This was my first time going to wing stop. The fries were very soggy and soaked in oil like they were left in just long enough to heat up. This is because the grease isn't hot enough when they drop the fries. I threw them away. I see another patron referred to them in the same way in a previous review. I wonder if they are always like this? The lemon pepper was so thick and salty, I had to peel it off. Unfortunately, that took clumps of my meat with it. The hot ones were delicious, albeit soggy. I utilized the rest room while I was there. There was soap dried to the floor and clumps of hair on the floor. The toilet seat looked ready to fall off the hinges. The sink was even dirty on the side like something had sat there and dried up. This wasn't one day filth. It appeared to have been dirty like this for at least a couple days.The seating area table tops looked clean, but some of the seats were dirty, and the drink station was sticky. Needless to say, I will neither return to nor recommend this establishment. read more

Audit the store and the employees. Bottom line. Horrible employees and service. Place was dirty with spills everywhere. The open sign was turned off I think on purpose so the employees could eat. When I walked in I had to wait until one employee was done eating before I could pay my order. Their attitude, service, everything, was disgusting.
