    Boneless Buffalo and garlic Parmesan
    Josh M.

Meh. I was excited to try this place, but probably won't be back. I'm a huge fan of boneless wings (yes, I know they're just chicken nuggets with sauce on them), but some places do them very well. This place, not so much. The quality of the chicken was definitely sub-par. Someone mentioned that they just use pre-cooked Tyson nuggets, which I wouldn't doubt after eating them! Some of them were gross pieces that were un-edible. The sauces were ok. The buffalo sauce tasted good. The garlic Parmesan was just some Parmesan cheese and what I think was butter? Not very good. The prices were reasonable, but the low price makes sense paired with the low quality. Even their ranch dressing dipping sauce was some sort of store bought brand. Altogether, I was quite disappointed.

12 lemon pepper chicken wings and cheese sticks

This spot is very popular. We got there at 2018hrs and out food came out hot at 2047hrs . Not don't get me wrong the wings and cheese stick where good. The wings where fried a little hard but the lemon pepper wings wings were good but it took a long time to get. Another good thing is that you are allowed to eat in the inside. I gave this place 4 out 5 stars because I order 12 Spicy Lemon Pepper chicken Abbas received 12 regular lemon pepper wings. It took so long to get That order that I wasn't going to send them back.

    12 mild wings with fries

Very good fries but not so good wings. My friend and I decided to go to the newest wing restaurant in BR, but unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. The wings did not have too much taste to them, and seemed a little raw on the inside. The fries on the other hand were really good! The service was a little questionable, and it does not feel like the customer is the number one priority there. If you live in Baton Rouge you are better off going to Pluckers or Buffalo Wild Wings.

    Spicy lemon pepper wings

The service was great and the wings were too. I had the spicy lemon pepper wings. The wings were made fresh. I placed a to-go order and it took 10-15 minutes for the food to be ready.

Was our first time here and it was a good quick dining outing! The counter person was very courteous and helpful with all our questions as this was our first time dining here . The menu has a lot of good options. The food is prepared fresh when you order . The portions are generous and the taste was on point ! The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food you received! This will definitely stay on our radar as a quick meal option! So as I always say, if you're in the area, do yourself a favor and check them out! Hope you enjoy it as much as we did !

So check it out...y'all can't let me order food when I'm tired anymore because I swore I ordered an 8 wings combo, so when the order got to my house and I found 4 more wings than what "I ordered" I was ready to give praises. Then I started wondering "why did I pay $20 for an 8 wing combo?" Opened Uber Eats and realized, I'd ordered a 12 wing combo. Surprise surprise. But they were good! I moved to BR from Atlanta, home of the lemon pepper wings. So I figured it couldn't be hard to do. 12 piece, lemon pepper, fries w/ a Hi C Fruit Punch, and 2 sides of blue cheese dressing. Now that I'm looking at it, I know I was tired because I didn't even specify all flats, which is so unlike me. Anyway, for dinner, it was pretty good. I don't really remember the fries, but I never really do unless they're crinkle-cut...which these weren't. I'll probably order them again because they're so convenient.

I will never eat at another wing place! They have the best wings with the best service. I absolutely love this restaurant! Every time I order I get tons of food for such a cheap price!

Upon walking in I told the guy at the counter that I was on my way to albasha express next door and I just wanted to see a menu. Upon seeing the menu I noticed a lot of the food was very low priced and I was the first person in on that day so I decided why not order from here. I got the 4 pc tender combo and a cheeseburger to give everything a try ($13, not horrible at all). And then, I waited. There was a tennis match on, they were playing their hearts out and admittingly I was getting into it! But sometime around the third game of their match I notice "wait I'm sitting here waiting for my food" So basically 35 minutes passed and I was the only guy in there for the majority of it. Finally my number was called so I scooped up my food from the counter and headed home. First thing I noticed is the guy at the counter didn't offer me ketchup or any sauce for my fries so I'm like "guess I'm raw-dogging these fries" I pick them up and they were extremely limp. Ate them, they were bland and soggy and with no ketchup on hand I decided those would be for later, onto the tenders. Oh man, those tenders. Those poor tenders. The namesake of this place is "Wings n Things" so tell me: why is the chicken so mediocre? I tried buffalo mild to set a standard and man did that sauce take the day off. Also, I hate when I see reviews that say "the chicken was so dry" because I think that's a cheap way to knock points off a restaurant. Alas, here we are folks and I gotta say, the chicken was very dry. At this point I had spent 35 minutes at this restaurant, 15 eating, and 10 writing this review. But then I noticed "wait one second I forgot about the burger". So, with every bit of doubt this place had given me today, I took a bite of the burger. Fantastic. And absolute home run of a burger. Strikingly similar to the burgers found at Akasha Market and those have been close to perfect for years. So in closing: was it a good value? Well I suppose you get what you pay for. Are those fries going to sit in my fridge until I inevitably throw them away 4 days from now? Probably. Did anything stand out? The burger for sure, kind of weird since it isn't in their name. Will I be back? Most likely no. But would I recommend it? I mean to each their own, maybe you'd like it but to me they're doing things other restaurants are already doing but much much worse. If you do try this place do yourself a favor and call ahead, or just show up if you're really into tennis.

I was actually skeptical about this wing place because I'm very particular about my wings. I read some reviews, and decided to check it out. If you're in this area and are craving wings, consider this place. The cashier was friendly. Their food is made to order, so be prepared to wait for your wings. The good thing about wings made to order is that they come out fresh. You can order multiple flavors for your wings. I got the Honey BBQ and Garlic Parmesan. I wasn't a huge fan of the Honey BBQ. They were good, but to me the Garlic Parm was better. Both the Honey BBQ and Garlic Parm had just enough flavor. If there were any less seasoning, they would've been too bland. The fries were good and hot. I did not like their dipping sauce. The ranch they sell with their wings is kind of ugh. I didn't get a chance to order any of their burgers because if wings are on the menu, I'm always choosing wings.

6 wings and fries with a drink comb!!

The service was great (S/o to Macy and the man at the front counter who I'm assuming is the owner). When I asked for more information on certain flavors and how good they were, the server was extremely honest especially when it came to the valley bread. The owner also gave us free samples of the valley bread (first picture below) which is a fresh garlic and Parmesan bread. The vibes were definitely there. Back to the Future and Jurassic Park were playing on the tv, and the writing on the walls gave a unique touch. It kept us entertained by reading different names and sayings. NOW TO THE FOOD!! The pink lemonade was good. It wasn't overly sweet which I love. The kool-aid (not pictured),on the other hand, could have used more sugar personally. There was also blue raspberry lemonade which we didn't try. I appreciated that these drinks were additional options besides the traditional coke products that they do have. The death valley meal was a 12 wing combo w/ fries and a drink. My friend decided on garlic parmesan and the valley sauce as her two flavors. The valley sauce was a light, sticky bbq sauce. It was amazing compared to traditional bbq sauced wings. The sauce wasn't over powering like traditional bbq sauce making the eating experience way better. Now that garlic parmesan?!!! Nothing like wingstop for sure. It's hard to explain but it taste exactly like garlic and parmesan. It doesn't taste fake like other garlic parmesan flavors. One thing I really appreciate about this business is their use of fresh garlic because it's not hard to miss. It adds an extra spark to their dishes. My 10 piece combo with half lemon pepper and honey hot was equally amazing. That flavor was unexplainable!! Usually when I get honey hot (or hot honey) it's always too sweet with no kick. Valley Wings honey hot was a perfect mix of both. The "kick" really got my friend, but for a regular spice consumer this would be great for you. The lemon pepper in my option lacked. I don't know if they didn't put enough season on it or my taste buds were off from the other previous flavors, but I barely tasted any lemon pepper. It was still good chicken but the flavor wasn't present. The regular and Cajun fries had a nice crunch to them but nothing special. They do offer a lot of loaded fry options that looked and sound amazing like chicken Alfredo, Cajun shrimp Alfredo, etc. Definitely another BR go-to restaurants on my list. Pink lemonade: 8/10 Garlic Parmesan: 9.5/10 Valley sauce: 8.5/10 Lemon pepper: 5/10 Honey hot: 9/10 Cajun fries: 5/10

The spices/sauces were delicious especially the sweet heat, such a nice sneaky little heat. Food. I knew the moment I walked in that it was going to be good. It was a no non-sense, simple setup with a cashier, an extensive menu on the wall (very good prices by the way), and a heated bar setup that drew my attention immediately. Nothing more, nothing less. In today's world where for many new establishments, it feels like all the budget goes to marketing with paid influencers on socials to draw in customers, most times I feel the food falls short and underwhelming. I can taste the effort put into the food here at Lee's. The hot bar had all of your classic staples, freshly fried. As I walked in, they replenished the trays more as they were running low from the customers in front of me. I could hear the fryers hard at work the entire time I was there. I found out that some things are also actually cooked to order. The staff were very friendly. I made sure to try a bit of everything I've been craving since I moved away - Fried chicken, pork cracklings, chicken cracklings, and even the egg roll since it had just came right out from the kitchen fresh and I had to get some. Everything was seasoned well and had that crunchy, crispy bite I was looking for. My cracklin crave was satisfied. Definitely going to make sure I stop by anytime I'm in town. I'm so glad the area has been seeing a lot of development with lots of new food options and I hope it continues.
