Well I placed a online order and knew that this place takes years to get the the order complete. So I waited 30 minutes after I placed my order then proceeded to head over. In addition to the drive, when I got there, they said the order is not complete and that it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. It doesn't matter the time of the day, this place takes years for your food. So if you want to place an online order, place it two to three years before you get it. Well, it finally happened to me. The service level that the other reviews experienced finally hit me like a bug on a windshield. Wanted some wings and I place a to-go order. We order 30 wings along with other items. Get home and noticed we only had 21 wings. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. Call the store just for a credit of the missing wings. The person who answered the phone was not the manager and had to relay my information to the manager. I was told no refund would be given. They were way too busy and to call back if I wanted. This was not doing it for me. Hop back into my vehicle and head back. Ask for the manager and a person comes from the back. I explain that my order was shorted 9 pieces. I called and no resolution was provided. The "manager" told me my order was packaged correctly and I was wrong. So in not so many words, I was lying. This "manager" forgot to pack Customer Service in their toolbox that day. She said she would give me a credit just this time and disappeared into the kitchen. Stood at the counter for a while and was ignored. Someone else came from the back and asked what was going on. I explain again I was missing 9 wings. This other employee asks what flavors and headed into the kitchen and prepared my missing wings. She looked me in the eyes and apologized for the error. Terrible Customer Service and Management I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Wingstop. I called to place a simple order and the young lady who answered the phone was very rude, dismissive, and condescending. The way she spoke to me made me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by asking a question about the ordering options. My issue was that online, customers are given the ability to customize their order the way they want it. However, when ordering over the phone or in person, I was told I had to follow the preset combos and could not place the same type of order. I was simply trying to understand why those options were available online but apparently not available to customers ordering directly through the store. What made the experience even worse was speaking with the manager. I approached the situation respectfully and specifically framed it as feedback. Instead of listening, taking accountability, or acknowledging the customer's perspective, the manager backed up the employee and essentially dismissed my concern. I understand that the customer isn't literally always right, but good customer service means listening to the customer, taking feedback seriously, and making an effort to resolve the issue. None of that happened here. There was no accountability, no attempt to understand the situation, and no real customer service from either the employee or the manager. The attitude I received was basically, "This is our policy, and that's that." The food may be good, but customer service starts with how you treat people. Tonight I walked into my local wingstop to pick up my online order. As I had some playful banter with Kia and Marisol, the two young ladies at the front, I had given my name and we couldn't find it. Turns out someone had snatched it and took off. The girls were so apologetic and had my order out in such a quickness and handled the situation perfectly and ensured I had a great visit despite the order being taken to begin with. I've been to a dozen Wingstops across the valley but this was the first time for this one. I arrived at 11:45 on a Thursday and there were two other parties, both arriving after me. I ordered my usual: 6 piece combo, bone-in, with no extras. It came to $14.35. The cashier was very pleasant, attentive and efficient. She said it would be 15-18 mins, which was consistent with other stores. I returned from filling my iced tea cup and my order was ready. Uh, oh. It was about four mins, so obviously I received some precooked food. Sure enough, I got very limp fries and should've asked for a redo. I didn't eat them all. The wings were fine, if a little tough from sitting in a warmer somewhere. The ambiance was pretty rough. The music was blaring, and I mean blaring. I think it was to cover up the loud radio in the kitchen, which competed with the lobby music. The kitchen played something Hispanic while the lobby played 60's. I give this place 3 stars because of a few factors. One, the wait is always 20-30min for traditional wings. Twice I've waited 30 min. Been here 5-6 times and almost every time the fries come out nearly cold. The chicken is half the time in point the other times the chicken comes out tough. I came in on Sunday afternoon, as soon as I walk in the 2 ladies at the front greeted me. I already felt welcomed there, they were so polite and nice, I'm not sure of their names, I waited 20 minutes for my food , and it was for dine in, they bought my food to me and The ladies came to ask me if everything was going well. The fries were nice and crispy, I got 20 boneless wings, 10 lemon pepper, and 10 mango habanero. Saucy and well done, Facility was clean, bathroom was clean as well! What really set me over the edge to write this review is this; I order a 10 piece with french fries and blue cheese, I waited 10 minutes for my food, awesome everything is good so far. I see there is only 1 blue cheese in the bag so i go purchase an additional blue cheese because i use alot. When i get home and dip my wing... the sauces were ranch..... both of them.
