We ordered the meal for 2 I think. 20 boneless wing in up to four sauces, large fries and two dips. Plus there was an email coupon for 10 free wings. There wasn't much sauce on the wings, a bit dry. The fries were a bit overcooked. The restrooms were closed so that sucked when I needed to wash my hands after eating wings. Most of their business seemed to be Doordashers picking up food. We were the only customers eating in restaurant. At dinner time. We prefer this location over 10th Street. Maybe next time we should try the Plainfield location. read more

I ordered my food the same way I always do normally through the app and paid for a combo meal that included a drink. When I arrived, the location had no drinks available at all. i even compromised and was going to take a sweet tea, but the sweet tea was watered down. Despite this, they still gave me my order without the drink that I already paid for. What made this experience worse is that no solution was offered. I wasn't given a substitute, a partial refund, or any real assistance. I was essentially expected to accept less than what I paid for, which is unacceptable. When a business can't provide an item included in a combo, they should automatically refund or adjust the price. that didn't happen here; so i was scammed. This also felt careless and VERY unprofessional, and it left me feeling taken advantage of. this business scammed me. If you're ordering from this Wingstop, be aware that you may not receive everything you pay for, and customer service may not help resolve it. I've never had an issue with this location until today. Young lady at the counter is very rude! The fries are totally different and weren't fresh. When I asked for fresh fries. She rolled her eyes and swapped them out quickly. Soda machine had no carbonation. So I settled for a fruit punch. Please change the fries back to the original ones asap! read more

My daughter gets the wings here all the time. I'm not sure why people don't score it higher. The classic wings are excellent. Her favorite is Smokey barbecue and second favorite would be the lemon pepper. Their ranch is exceptionally good. It pairs well with their classic wings. When I do order for myself too, I get the boneless wings. They are very good. My favorite part is dipping, their fries in the ranch sauce. Honestly, I could get the fries and make a meal out of them. They are so tasty! Be prepared to wait for your order. Even if you order ahead, it's usually anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes after they say it will be done before it is. My main complaint here is the trash outside on the grounds. The parking lot is full of trash. We always get carry out so it's out the door we go. We placed an order for pickup. When we got home part of the order was missing. After calling the store they said there was a second bag that they didn't give us. Then the manager was very dismissive and said come pick it up after we had drove 20 minutes home. When we informed him that we were not driving back to Avon he said come by tomorrow. I have put off on writing this review in hope that Wingstop Corporate would contact me and give me a reason not to. Unfortunately, I feel I need to post this review because it's real and raw. On March 13th my husband and I ordered wingstop through doordash. I got an 8 piece Louisiana rub / lemon pepper order and he got a 10 piece original hot. I was excited to eat because we LOVE wingstop. We used to literally joke about being their biggest fans and wearing merch for them because we would eat there so often. I loved their wings, I loved their fries. They were just so exceptionally delicious, I couldn't get enough. This day was odd. I opened the bag and the fries looked so old and dark in color. It put me off and I was disappointed but I got over it. I started to chow down on my wings and I was in my second Louisiana rub piece , about to bite into it when I looked down and noticed what looked like eye lashes or hair. I was taken aback, and almost brushed it off as being a part of the seasoning. However, I couldn't shake the feeling it was a bug. I pointed it out to my husband and he dismissed it, but he went to show his mother. She moved the bug and it was still alive. It's little legs or whatever they were, moved. But it was obviously hurt because of the grease and seasoning so it wasn't running full speed or crawling anywhere. Once he confirmed it was a bug I was so disgusted. I called wingstop and informed them and told them I was going to Yelp it and report it to doordash. I let them know what wing flavor it was on so they could pull the seasoning from the shelf. The manager asked me to come to the store to show them. I packed up our uneaten orders and went down the street. When I walked in with the bag in hand, the workers were standing in a circle and they all stopped and stared at me, noticing I had the bag. None of them greeted us. None of them even said hello. They just stared, as if they had just been talking about us. It was very awkward. They went and got the manager and she took the bag. I told her the wing was separated, in a plastic baggy for her. She called me back shortly after, and pointed to a piece of seasoning asking if I thought that was a bug. I flipped over the wing and pointed out the literal bug with legs. She was silent. She then said it couldn't have come from them. She showed me the seasoning bottle and moved it around fast, so I couldn't even see in it. She didn't dump out the whole thing. She didn't dispose of the bag they got it from. She didn't do anything. She said it must have came from the door dasher and that the store owner said there was "no way" it came from them. The manager seemed annoyed with me. And didn't seem like she was taking it seriously. She asked if we wanted another order. I hesitantly said yes. She said it would take 15 minutes. It took 40 minutes. She brought out the bag, opened the sealed bag and showed us our food. And then resealed the bag. During this whole time, none of the employees acknowledged us. When this wingstop first opened we were HYPED. It's 5 minutes from our house. So we would go here on sundays or Saturdays with our twin daughters and enjoy a meal. The employees were always excited to see our kids, even asking to bring them to the cook window to admire. So for them to completely ignore us on this day just shows their character. I did not cause a scene. I was not mean to anyone. And I did not receive the treatment as a loyal consumer I felt I deserved. They took NO responsibility. And the manager was lowkey implying it either came from the doordasher or from us. But most definitely not from them. Just know, they left this seasoning on the shelf. This bug could have came from the building, from a person, from anywhere. But she dismissed the idea entirely of it being their responsibility or doing. I have no had wingstop since and vow not to. I spent a lot of money and time enjoying their food and they treated us as a nuisance, even though I was the one that almost ate a literal bug. If you decide to eat here, check your food. And if the owner is reading this, do better. Your team was unapologetic and rude. And you're also rude for saying it couldn't have came from you when the wingstop order arrived in a SEALED bag. It came from you. Take responsibility as a business owner. read more

I'm never returning to this location. I ordered lemon pepper extra crispy & there was literally no lemon pepper seasoning on the wings & was definitely not cooked for longer. Plus the wings were abnormally huge and bloated I couldn't even tell a flat from drum. The wings were also sitting in an olympic size pool of oil. read more

I spent $67.30 on food I didn't even touch because I witnessed your employees digging in their beards, eyes, and rubbing on their face and proceeding to prepare food without washing their hands. Since February I've purchased food here three times. Each of those times my order has been correct, tasty, and timely. This is so much more than I can say for the other two locations I've tried. Those other two were nightmares (over an hour waiting times after told it would be 35 min, wrong order, sauces mixed wrong or barely any, missing food, or giving someone else our order, and extremely rude staff). First off, the food is normally quite great. However, the management and order fulfilling structure need incredible amounts of work. I have been to this wing stop 4 times in the past 3 months. 3 times ordered from the app, and once in store to order. The one time ordered for sit down took approximately 35 min to get the food to us, a group of 2. I let that one slide because again, the food was quite good. The next 3 times from the app was very poor. Generally speaking, I have found the estimation of time remaining in the app is about 20-30 min too short. I intentionally showed up 10 min late on my second pick up order and still waited 15 min in the restaurant. My orders have been incorrect every time I have picked up. Once forgetting the two ranches I ordered, once forgetting my side item, and the last time forgetting an entire order of wings. This last instance was a delivery order, so I had to call and then go pick up the wings anyway. In every instance of the order being incorrect, I was told that "I have new workers in the kitchen." 3 times I was told that. I get it the first time, but this seems to just be the excuse for poor management and training. No compensation was given in either of those instances, just FYI. In my experience, there has been no quality check of the orders. It seems there are items thrown in the bag and thrown to the pickup window as fast as possible. I'm already waiting 20 minutes past when the order was said to be ready, why not take the extra 2 to make sure the order is actually correct? I truly cannot recommend this place. For a business who's product is "Wings" their wings are pretty mediocre. The Lemon Pepper is ok, but really greasy (had to towel them off). The Atomic are not that flavorful (for those who eat hot), and they are more messy than they are worth. I understand the first time was super bowl Sunday so I knew that I probably wouldn't get my wings on time I did an online ordered and paid over the phone they told me that it would be ready at 530. I didn't get my wings until 845. I know ordering wings on super bowl Sunday was a bad idea so I thought I would give them another a chance on a normal day. So we ordered take out wings and they told my wife it'll be ready in 45 min then when we went there they couldn't find the order my wife waited there for over an hour just to find out that they accidentally gave are order away.
