    Tried to call ahead for some wings but nobody would answer. I thought to myself man this place must be good since they are so busy. So Came to wingstop on a Sunday evening, 12/3/23 and placed my order in person tonight. The place was completely empty! The open sign was tiene off too. (See pics) Workers are just hanging out doing nothing. Food is so not worth the waste of time and energy. Won't be back ever.

    I have put off on writing this review in hope that Wingstop Corporate would contact me and give me a reason not to. Unfortunately, I feel I need to post this review because it's real and raw. On March 13th my husband and I ordered wingstop through doordash. I got an 8 piece Louisiana rub / lemon pepper order and he got a 10 piece original hot. I was excited to eat because we LOVE wingstop. We used to literally joke about being their biggest fans and wearing merch for them because we would eat there so often. I loved their wings, I loved their fries. They were just so exceptionally delicious, I couldn't get enough. This day was odd. I opened the bag and the fries looked so old and dark in color. It put me off and I was disappointed but I got over it. I started to chow down on my wings and I was in my second Louisiana rub piece , about to bite into it when I looked down and noticed what looked like eye lashes or hair. I was taken aback, and almost brushed it off as being a part of the seasoning. However, I couldn't shake the feeling it was a bug. I pointed it out to my husband and he dismissed it, but he went to show his mother. She moved the bug and it was still alive. It's little legs or whatever they were, moved. But it was obviously hurt because of the grease and seasoning so it wasn't running full speed or crawling anywhere. Once he confirmed it was a bug I was so disgusted. I called wingstop and informed them and told them I was going to Yelp it and report it to doordash. I let them know what wing flavor it was on so they could pull the seasoning from the shelf. The manager asked me to come to the store to show them. I packed up our uneaten orders and went down the street. When I walked in with the bag in hand, the workers were standing in a circle and they all stopped and stared at me, noticing I had the bag. None of them greeted us. None of them even said hello. They just stared, as if they had just been talking about us. It was very awkward. They went and got the manager and she took the bag. I told her the wing was separated, in a plastic baggy for her. She called me back shortly after, and pointed to a piece of seasoning asking if I thought that was a bug. I flipped over the wing and pointed out the literal bug with legs. She was silent. She then said it couldn't have come from them. She showed me the seasoning bottle and moved it around fast, so I couldn't even see in it. She didn't dump out the whole thing. She didn't dispose of the bag they got it from. She didn't do anything. She said it must have came from the door dasher and that the store owner said there was "no way" it came from them. The manager seemed annoyed with me. And didn't seem like she was taking it seriously. She asked if we wanted another order. I hesitantly said yes. She said it would take 15 minutes. It took 40 minutes. She brought out the bag, opened the sealed bag and showed us our food. And then resealed the bag. During this whole time, none of the employees acknowledged us. When this wingstop first opened we were HYPED. It's 5 minutes from our house. So we would go here on sundays or Saturdays with our twin daughters and enjoy a meal. The employees were always excited to see our kids, even asking to bring them to the cook window to admire. So for them to completely ignore us on this day just shows their character. I did not cause a scene. I was not mean to anyone. And I did not receive the treatment as a loyal consumer I felt I deserved. They took NO responsibility. And the manager was lowkey implying it either came from the doordasher or from us. But most definitely not from them. Just know, they left this seasoning on the shelf. This bug could have came from the building, from a person, from anywhere. But she dismissed the idea entirely of it being their responsibility or doing. I have no had wingstop since and vow not to. I spent a lot of money and time enjoying their food and they treated us as a nuisance, even though I was the one that almost ate a literal bug. If you decide to eat here, check your food. And if the owner is reading this, do better. Your team was unapologetic and rude. And you're also rude for saying it couldn't have came from you when the wingstop order arrived in a SEALED bag. It came from you. Take responsibility as a business owner.

The ambiance was laid back at the time, the music was at a moderate volume (I feel like it may get louder during peak hours) and the TVs and wall decorations keep you intrigued while during wait or while dining in. They have plenty of free parking but I didn't notice any charging stations for electric cars.

The interior is warm and comfy and family friendly with a divider between the bar and family dining area.

At the time, basketball and nascar had the most coverage. I wish they had the closed captioning on, since that makes it easier to tell what goes on if you're not right at the bar.
