Sadly, the excitement only distracted them for a short time while we waited. A little more attentiveness and communication from the staff would have made a big difference. Waiting that long, especially with young children, made the experience really difficult. We were really hoping this would become a place to visit regularly, but unfortunately the long wait and lack of service made it a very disappointing first experience. Every single week, the staff is incredibly friendly and on top of everything. Service is always quick, even when it's busy, and they consistently make the experience feel easy and welcoming. Trivia night is such a highlight for us. It's genuinely fun, well-run, and something we look forward to all week. David and Asia are amazing hosts. They keep the energy up, make it engaging, and you can tell they really care about creating a great experience. One thing that really stood out to me was how responsive management is. I mentioned that the changing table in the women's restroom was broken, and by the time we came back the following week, it had already been replaced. That level of follow-through is rare and really appreciated. We actually drive in from Wheatland every week just to come here, which probably says it all.
