Poor Customer Service store #76.|8725 Roswell Rd STE M| I was not greeted & was made to wait to order while employee was on cell phone. I took two photos silently to send to corporate. Other employee by the name of Manuel claims to be the manager and owner took my order all in the same sentence threatening to have me arrested because he saw me take a photo of employee on her phone. He began to speak in Spanish telling the employee to do something to my food and so I requested a refund and that I would wait for the officers since he threatened to have me arrested for documenting poor service. The police came and of course I had no issue leaving once I was refunded and I waited for them because I was not in the wrong. The police ran my information and let me go on about my day. To have a business call the police because you documented their wrong doings is UNACCEPTABLE and ruined my lunch break. read more

Do not give this place your money. They seem to prioritize to go orders over done in orders. We waited 30 mins for wings which is unacceptable. Especially when we had a small order. It's 15 wings and fries it shouldn't have been 30 minutes especially when I see employees serving to-go food to people who came in at least 5-10 minutes after us and they also waited 15 minutes. Terrible service. We will never come back. read more

The quality of the chicken wings was very good (meaty but not fatty) and the seasonings were very tasty. Prices were reasonable also.

I would like to start out by saying; "Wings are my favorite food." I have recently decided to try WingStop on Roswell Rd. I had time to kill so did not care that it took 20 minutes to get my food. Upon opening up the boxes of food, I noticed a strange smell from the inside of the containers. I then tried the wings and boneless wings and was immediately grossed out, unlike anything I have eaten in my entire life. Like I said before, I love wings and now my breath smells like the doo doo I just ate from the WORST, MOST TERRIBLE, HORRIFIC, GROSSEST place in all of America. That was terrible. Make sure that if you ever think about eating from WingStop to make sure that you immediately destroy that thought in your mind before you make on of the worst eating decisions EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE PLACE!!!! read more

Wings were ... ok. But the girl taking orders.. (11:02pm on 3-16-14) is completely slow, anti social and incompetent. Very rude and just overall...just rude. She may put on a good front for her bosses but it's obvious when no one of authority is around she doesn't give a .... read more

I stopped going to Wing Stop about 1 1/2 yrs ago because the service was horrible. Everyone had an attitude. I decided to stop in on 1/9/16 because I was in the area. I'm so glad I did not only because the wings are good but Bernard Hall has the the best attitude, best customer service you have had in a long time. He was happy, helpful, and I watched how he greeted other customers and made them feel welcomed. Bernard helped them understand the menu and the pricing. It was a pleasure going back to Wing Stop I will return because of Bernard. read more

I stop by this location every once and a while for my lunch break. Each time I've received pretty decent customer service. I would recommend ordering beforehand; I personally use the app and and able to get my food as soon as I walk in. The wait takes quite a bit longer otherwise. But overall, a really convenient location. read more

Wings are obviously amazing as is at every Wingstop but I called in today for a 20 piece at 6:21, they said 10/15 minutes. I got there to pick up my wings at 7:05 expecting them to be ready and getting cold obut when I paid they said I'd be coming up shortly. I dialed the number again to make sure I was at the right place since it had been so long and they acted like I was crazy when I asked what was the problem. I don't typically complain about places but what the fuck people? They didn't even start my order until I got here clearly. They won't be getting anymore of my money. read more

Never had an issue with this place, wings are always delicious and I've tried a few flavors. Lemon pepper is the best and then the hot. Their ranch is amazing, and so are their fries! read more

I love wings. I usually visit this Wingstop at least once a week and order the exact same thing. 10 pc classic mild with extra mild sauce on the side with a side small baked beans. Well when I calledmy order in last night I got a new person - a young lady. I had to give my phone numbers several times because she kept hearing and saying "404" and I was actually saying "443". It happens all the time down here in Atlanta - no worries. I gave her my order and reinterated the extra sauce on the side. She read it back to me and confirmed my order. When I arrived, I paid as normal. The first thing that took me a back was the fact that the cashier threw the pen on the counter for me to sign. But I chaulked it up to young and inexperienced. Then when he turned to get my order, he stated that "Denise has finally arrived to pick up her order." Again, I let it go. I opened the bag to check my order and he said - "yeah go ahead and check it." OK. When I checked I immediately noticed that they did not put my extra sauce in. Now in the past whenever they forgot, they just apologized and turned around and gave me a cup of sauce as ordered. However, this young man said no. He said it was not on my order and He was not giving it me. I told him that I did order it. He said well it was not put in on your order and you didn't pay for it so I am not giving you something you didn't pay for. Keep in mind we are talking about a small side order of sauce. I then requested numerous times to speak with the person who took my order, he said no. I informed that I was a regular customer who comes to this Wingstop at least once a week and I order it all the time. I paid for what I was asked to pay for. He still said no. At this point, I was becoming upset. Now other customers were coming to my defense. He still said no. Finally someone from the back came out and told him to take care of the customer. Told him that he was wrong. He then went in the back and gave me two cups of sauce. I thanked him and left. However, after all of that, I was afraid to eat it. I was two seconds from just leaving my entire order and asking for a refund. Now I have to really wonder if I can trust their food to go back again. They know me and I know they have all now discussed this incident as it was not nice. I don't want nothing happening to my food. This childish, immature employee is capable of doing something to my food as soon as he sees my order come thru. It is experiences like this that ruin a business. read more
