We ordered food in amarillo tx at the 45th location at 640, here it is 800 pm and no food. My driver said she has been sitting there waiting and they havnt even cooked it yet. This is beyond obsurd that throwing some chicken in the oven and splashing it with sauce takes this long. My family are all now digging thru the pantry looking for food after spending 100 dollars. If you eat here make sure you take a snack. Im also pretty sure it will be cold or burnt when it finally makes an appearance. Wingstop is a chain restaurant , when the wings and fries are fresh, they are absolutely the best! I usually come for their fries. They are salty and sweet and when you dip them in ranch, its amazing! The wings are pretty standard, I recommend the bbq, teriyaki, and mango habenero. However, this location is TOO SLOW. The workers are unfriendly and rude. When I ordered my 10 wing combo, they forgot my fries! I started eating my wings (because I'm too much of a fatty to wait) and they were already cold! My fries were a little too soft and soggy. I don't know if it was just a one-time fluke or if it is the staff here that made it junk. read more

Need to post on the door walk-in orders are not an option at this time. Waited close to 30 minutes for my order. I understand those with phone in and online orders will be served quickly. However, 6-7 walk-in orders came in after I did and left before I received my order. I finally asked how much longer my order would be and informed, "A couple of more minutes." Two more customers received their orders. When I did received my order, no apology, "kiss my foot," or explanation. Very disgruntled! To their credit, staff was engaged. No phone scrolling, chatting it up with friends, or anybody taking a smoke break. Must have been a communication break down between FOH and BOH operations. read more

This is by far THE BEST wing stop I have ever eaten at, the cleanliness and the service was outstanding. The food was hot and fresh. Even with the whole COVID-19 issues at hand the owners and employees are going above and Beyond what is expected of them. I have read the other comments and some of them don't understand the issues at hand with the snow and Covid-19. The owner lost me as a customer in Amarillo by adding $3 to my online order. The online says that they charge $3 for all drums. It has no charge next to all flats. So for $3 that she would not take off of my invoice she has wings sitting on her counter and I will file a better business complaint and a suit in small claims for bait and switch and fraud. I want to be her biggest headache. After talking to the owner she sent me a gift certificate and made everything right. I'm about to leave a savage review. The entire staff seemed to be high, like they all smoked before their shift. The girl at the counter taking our order almost got it wrong multiple times, we had to slow down and slowly break it down item by item. She was so confused about what sauces we wanted, she asked multiple times. Our order took over 15 minutes to come out, so if you are stopping here on the road, don't; it will only add to your time. The wings were very under sauced, like dry and I didn't get a dry rub. So I asked for ranch. The fries were good, the fries with garlic Parmesan wings would be a good combo if you made sure the wings were seasoned. The guy asked if the wings were good and he's lucky he asked my boyfriend because I would not have lied and told him yes. Honestly very little food for the price. I came to this location because the other restaurant actually had worse reviews and I'm located right in between them so it didn't really matter. I saw bad reviews about the online ordering process so I decided to just go in and order food to go and wait. I was told there was a 45 minute wait. They had guests at one table in the restaurant, but several bagged orders sitting on a counter by the register, no hot box or warming table to keep them warm. When I sat down I put my receipt on the table, and looked at it a little bit later and it had several spots I could see through because there was grease all over the table. When the only group of guests left, someone walked out and picked up their trash from the table but didn't wipe it down. I got my food in 28 minutes, that was the only plus that night. I feel like they were giving out that wait time to turn guests away. They had 3 groups of guests walk into an empty restaurant (besides myself) and be told they had to wait 45 minutes for food. Insane. One group did decide to stay and wait. When I got my food my fries were soggy and nothing was hot. They had big baskets of wings up out of the fryer just sitting there so it was pretty clear my food wasn't going to be fresh. I didn't feel I would be served anything better if I complained and waited again so I took my sad meal and left. The cashier was mostly friendly at least. The kitchen had around 10-12 people in it, the majority doing absolutely nothing. I only came here because my son wanted wing stop for his birthday and we were going to get it to go and eat at home. Really bad birthday dinner. This was last night (10-8-16), I will contact management to report this experience as well and will follow up/update review if anything changes. read more

This was the worse service I have ever received at any wingstop location. I called in an order for a total of three people 30 minutes before arrival. When we arrived the food wasn't even ready. After working in the service industry I knew that things may happen so we were nice enough to give them some slack. However, when we were about to pay for our order I politely asked if we were able to split the bill between the three of us. The young lady at the front stared at us and yelled, "are you serious?" then rolling her eyes at us. We should've left at that moment but we really wanted some wings so we gave her some more slack. The restaurant wasn't busy and there were no clean tables! We stood there for 10 minutes before we cleaned our own table. When we were finally able to sit down our food came out 25 minutes later and majority of our chicken were undercooked! In conclusion, don't go here unless management does something to help their horrible service or go to their other location on bell and hope for better service.
