We haven't been out there in a while , the chips the server were good til she brought the 2nd basket and the chips taste rancid like they were fried in old oil. She replaced them but it was the same and they were barely warm. We got the beef fajitas and for 25.00 the meat portion was small and was not very hot, they were not hot and sizzling like before when we have went . Do not eat here! My boyfriend and I got takeout after a long day of driving. The food was cold, there was no cutlery or napkins included. My order was missing pieces and the burrito they described as mild is even too spicy for my boyfriend who loves hot food. We called to let them know how bad our experience was and they put us on hold for 5 minutes, telling us they would put us in touch with a manager, only to have to speak to yet another employee who was not a manager and finally transferred us to one (Ashley I believe was her name). Ashley then said in order to get a refund we would need to drive all the way back to give them back the awful food, otherwise there was nothing that could be done. I had a more local style of stewed meat and the chili verde pork was tasty. No in house corn tortillas but that was a stretch wishing for it. The spicy salsa was pretty good as well. It may be a marinade. The mashed potatoes were homemade and were mixed with mild peppers. The corn was mixed with mayo. I have never tried that before and found it tasty, but very rich. The salad was also perfect.They used high quality lettuce and their dressing was great. You got nacho chips and 2 different salsas immediately. Don't get anything from the brunch menu. We made that mistake and the result was some very sub par food that tasted like it was straight out of the freezer or a box. The eggs didn't taste like real eggs, likely egg substitute, Potatoes were soggy, and the presentation was less than appetizing. We've eaten a lot of migas and chilequiles through the years, and these were by far the worst. I'm sure the lunch and dinner menu is fine, though we didn't bother reordering we were so disappointed by what we were initially served. After all it can't be hard to beat the slop that they put on a plate. As a side note, the service was not good for having what looked like 10 waiters on staff and only 12 tables full in the whole restaurant. This restaurant is in desperate need of a manager on staff, and a complete removal of the brunch/breakfast menu. Stick to fajitas and enchiladas folks. read more
