Decent customer service , Employee "Braden" asked for gay anal . Not bad 10/10 but didn't bring total order . good but could be better.

Last week I wanted either pizza, or wings, or both. Since we will never go back to another "B-dubs" as fans call it, we decided to try this Wing Stop. I've never been to a wing stop location before but I figured if that's what the place is called they must at least do them right! Right? Wrong. We walked in and the counter has two registers, right next to each other. At these registers were two girls, and both girls were taking orders at the same time. This might be a good idea because it gets people through the line faster. EXCEPT, when one of the girls is literally SHOUTING across the counter to take the order from the people standing next to you, and our girl was barely whispering, it just started the experience off on a negative note. I myself am not one to yell, I don't even like to talk loudly, so the fact that I had to stand there with the other female employee screaming inches away from my ear made me very uncomfortable. It's not like the place was even that busy that they needed two girls up there at the same time. Whatever. So I'm ordering, and it was some special deal night where the boneless wings were 50 cents each. I go with 5 teryaki, and 5 bbq. I ask if it comes with ranch. She says no, ranch is $1 extra. I ask if it comes with celery. She says no, it's $1 extra... Then she informs me that only the meal deals come with a sauce. Fine. I get a side of ranch for a dollar. Then my boyfriend orders ten wings for himself. I had ordered a soda, and he thought about getting a beer but decided on a cup of water. They charged him 10 cent for a water cup... it was on the receipt. 10 cents. This better be some delicious spring mountain extra purified water if you are going to seriously CHARGE PEOPLE. We get our drinks and go find a table. The water is nasty from a tap, who would have even guessed? I think we waited about fifteen minutes for our food to come out. Here's the funny thing, I ordered the teryaki, and somehow they also had Hawaiian, which my boyfriend saw and decided to try as well. So what is the difference? Don't these two sound exactly the same? I don't know. Maybe that's just us. The teryaki ended up being bland and the sauce was just plain plain plain. I think I had one and that was it. The BBQ were slightly better because they had flavor, but it was way too sweet, not a zesty hint of heat and tangy BBQ. I will say the actual chicken inside was hot and cooked well which was a shock, but the breading on the outside wasn't like anything I've ever had before. First it was coated so thick that I think there were equal amounts of crunchy breading, and chicken meat. Biting into it was like a piece of candy and the outside was the shell, not a chicken tender were it just has some chewy crust going on. It was seriously weird! I don't know if they ship these frozen and just fry them so they are all uniformly coated, but they ALL tasted this way. The only flavor that was somewhat decent was the original hot. But you know what would have been great with them? Some friggin' celery! Seriously the fact that they can't just include ranch and celery with some hot wings is a disgrace against the institution of wings itself. I can say I will never be coming back to this Wing Stop location. Management needs to train their employees on voice volume etiquette, and think about giving people water for free. read more

I would like to start off and say the overall service and value is poor. The wings (like most wing restaurant) is overpriced for what you guy, and has little value to it. No matter who is working the counter, they all seem to have an attitude and are pretentious/rude to customers. The manager is even rude himself, along with most all of the staff. When you call in orders, the staff seems to have an attitude as well. Wings are poor and fries taste like lard with brown sugar. I'd rather eat cat feces than at this Wing Stop. I will not be coming back, and do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more

Went on a Sunday (around 3-4 pm). My fries was cold and saggy. Wings was cold. I called to complain about it, and I was pretty much told that I was lying and they make no mistakes. Worse experience ever. read more

My favorite place to eat in Abilene. One reason it's my favorite is because of the customer service. The owner is ALWAYS talking to customers who come in and treats them like they are her only customer. Maybe everyone who has a bad customer service experience is part of the problem! The second reason I like going in here is because they have the best wings in town. I love their flavors and so do my wife and kids. The best ranch in town as well. The ranch goes best with the fries. I don't care what anyone says, this is the best place to eat in Abilene and I look forward to every time we go there. read more

I'm staying at a hotel nearby, that's why I've been here 3x in past week. Upgraded to 4 stars. I've not had any issues with this place and the folks have always been real friendly. At dinner time they do get quite a line going. The trick is to order online or mobile app and it's ready for pickup or sit down in 20 minutes. You can pay when you get there too which I like. They have a special line for call in, online, and app orders. read more

This location is always "fast" they do take about 15 minutes + for each order but everything is fresh. My favorite flavors are original hot and garlic parmesan. read more

Love Wingstop. My family and I are regulars every Friday night. The staff are very friendly and know us by name. The wings are exceptionally heat hot and perfectly seasoned. I've tried all the sauces and my favorite is the Honey BBQ. I always order veggie sticks, because wings without celery is just not right. Hoping one day that the owners open a second location with a drive thru. Great food - great staff. read more

Worst place. The lady who took our order was rude. They forgot to get us our drinks, so after waiting ten minutes we finally went up and asked for them. Then we got our food, which sucked. It tasted and looked bad. Our wings were laying in so much liquid we couldn't even finish eating them. Absolutely disgusting. Just horrible food and servuce. Oh the Mango, oh the Habanero!! I love it! If you havn't tried the Mango Habanero sauce you are missing the most awesome wings ever. This place is awesome! Their wings were medium quality but I will say that there vegetable sticks and blue cheese dressing was the best I've ever had. I think I might just go back there for vegetable sticks and blue cheese dressing it was very authentic and made with blue cheese and not a liquid you get out of a squeeze bottle. I think this restaurant needs to have someone working the floor like a manager or a server who was permanently out there attending the people's needs cuz all the employees seem to be behind the counter and not really out there helping. I am reasonably certain the wings they serve here are taken from severely malnourished pigeons. They are tiny and have virtually no meat. Flavors are good but with no meat holding the sauce, they are pointless. Now, let us discuss the prices. You are going to spend roughly $20 a pound for the very cheapest meat that can be purchased. Go to the grocery store. Cheapest meat on the shelf? Chicken wings and legs. Usually less than $1 per pound. Spam costs more. Then throw in another pile of cash for the cheapest vegetable you can buy, potatoes. Lunch for 2 and leaving hungry is over $30. Be reasonable. read more

Wingstop's food is always great when it is fresh, however we will never return to this store because they are unbelievably slow and we made the mistake of calling to tell the Owner that it took us 45 minutes to get a small order, some of the food was cold and the employees offered no apology. His response was to bark at us and tell us twenty minutes is not enough time to make a small order and we should be more patient. So if you have unlimited time and patience and don't mind a rude and disrespectful Owner, give it a try otherwise settle for lesser wings. read more

TERRIBLE customer service. I was there alone with my one-year-old and they seemed to go out of their way to make things as difficult as possible for me while there were only a few customers there. I got situated with the high chair and everything while 3 of them stood and watched, they called my name over and over, clearly annoyed and as if I was deaf, apparently they couldn't be bothered to walk my food a few feet to my table as I clearly had my hands full. I went over and got my food, back to the table, put the baby in the high chair, sat down to start eating and the MOD came over to tell me I needed to move because we were too close to the door and a fire hazard. So I passively aggressively moved to another table, then realized we had no napkins, so I pick up the baby and my purse, walked to the counter to ask for some napkins and overheard them talking about me. WTF? I was so mad by the time I got situated at the second table that I wasn't even hungry anymore. I know that my having a baby is not someone else's problem, but would a little kindness kill you?! Just standing around and watching as one of your paying customers struggles is a little crappy IMHO. read more

just ordered wings. they didnt take our order correctly so we got what we didnt want.. didnt label which wings were which... i went in to pickup order and the 3 or 4 chicks standing in front of register didnt say anything till about a minute or two..because they were too into the baseball game rangers vs cardinals..world series.. so thats probably d reason why they also didnt take our order correctly...bad service. d chicks need to pay attention to customers more then the game...in my opinion. read more

GREAT customer service. Very attentive staff. Gave me an accurate wait time. The food was delicious. I had a 10 piece half garlic parmesan half Louisiana rub. Reasonably priced. First time going to this location but was very impressed, and the designs on the table provided a nice local touch to take away from the big franchise feel. read more

My wife and I decided to check out the wing stop finally. The staff was very friendly and attentive from the second we walked in the door until we left. We told them it was our first visit and the manager came out to welcome us and chat. They ask for your name to take your order, which makes it more of a personal experience when they address you by name. I ordered a 10 piece combo meal with fresh cut fries and a fountain drink. I wanted a beer but they wouldn't let me substitute it for the fountain drink. Well I ordered a shiner bock and almost immediately spilled the entire thing on myself, the table, and the floor. They were quick to clean it up and pour me another. I ordered the original hot wings and the hawaiian boneless wings. My wife ordered the parmesan garlic chicken strips. Both of mine were very good. Hers were a little too seasoned. The staff recommended the rolls so we ordered two. They weren't anything special. We shared a side of cole slaw and it was nummy and I really liked the fries. The store was clean and I liked the interior design. It was a nice alternative to buffalo wild wings where the staff is not always so nice and the restroom is always gross. read more

Normally we enjoy grabbing wings at the Wingstop for parties or just a snack...but today grossed me out. When I went to pickup my called in order @ about 3:07pm the cashier (name on the ticket was Neelam, but the name tag she wore said Desiree), I noted that she had these obscene on very non-hygienic tooth picks sticking out of piercings in her cheeks. Yes her cheeks...how mature. I thought this nasty stuff was not allowed while performing food service, but maybe that is only in states where they have advanced past the stone-age. Why not bones in the nose as well? This may have been a one-time thing, but if I go to Wingstop and see it again, it will be my last visit. This might be considered a "clue" when we consider the hygiene of the food servers! read more

I've been a diehard wingstop fan since 2003. I worked in a salon n we would have group orders for lunch there almost everyday. When I moved to Abilene over 3yrs ago I continued being a dedicated wingstop customer. Our family averaged eating there at least once a month for over 3yrs. The owners at the Abilene location seemed nice greeting customers whenever they were there n they appeared to take pride in running their business which was refreshing to see. Then on Wednesday, September 10, 2014, I had the most horrible experience in customer service I.ve ever encountered. I took my 13yr old twins to the Abilene wingstop for their birthday, as Wingstop is one of their favorite meals. We spent nearly $50 on our order. Then later that evening throughout the night and into the morning we all came down with symptoms of an upset stomach then diarrhea. Not just one but all four of us who ate Wingstop. Again as I mentioned previously, the owners appeared to take great care n pride in their business but when I contacted them to inform them of our reaction n symptoms after eating at their establishment they politely replied to me that I have no proof their food made us sick n without a sample, a lab report, n a medical report THEIR WAS NOTHING THEY ARE WILLING TO DO.... Even with knowing exactly who I was, cause like I said we've patronized this location for over 3yrs on a regular basis, as well as knowing it was my sons' birthday they dismissed our experience with a page full of legalism n technicalities. This is horrible inexcusable customer service. I am upset to have paid $50 only to end up on a toilet all night n disgusted with the Abilene owners for not evening offering my 13yr olds a do over for their birthday meal. Again, these people appear to be nice n care for their customers but don't expect them to care if you have an actual problem concerning their store. They could have offered our money back, partial money back, complimentary meals, at least replacement meals for the birthday boys but the only thing they mustered up was a fat SCREW U!!!! We got your money already therefore this is your problem, not ours unless u have medical records to prove otherwise.... I now have to wait til I travel to enjoy Wingstop cause I can't stomach giving my money to people who respond with such lack of respect n concern for a customer they know by face n name who has been loyal n brought them repeated business.
