I guessed either this place was good or there ain't much options in Salmon Arm. Why two stars? The food was not that good and the tables were quite tight. People kept bumping my chair when they walked behind me. Not sure why they could not walk on the other side of our table which didn't have anyone sitting there. It was quite annoying. The service could also be better. Our water glasses were not topped up unless we flagged down our server. I had the halibut burger which sounded amazing in the description. Poached in white wine and served with lime aioli. Unfortunately the fish was on the dry side and I barely discerned any wine at all. The saving grace was the yam fries which I upgraded for 1/2 Caesar salad and 1/2 yam fries at $3 more. Those were good. Very small portion of the Caesar salad though. My travel partner didn't like the fried chicken burger at all. The chicken was hard and dry. The server gave extra chipotle Mayo sauce but it didn't help much. Popeyes chicken burger was way better. Overall this was quite a disappointing meal. Maybe people come here for the beer only.

I also ordered a Caesar salad and the dressing had virtually no flavor. When the entrees arrived there were no utensils. We sat at a table, fortunately our waitress was awesome, so the service was top notch. They had Keno everywhere, so we donated a bunch of money to the Canadian government. What was really odd, and kinda funny, was that the two large screens were off by a few seconds. One had neat graphics, the other was all business. Not used to that. I would go back for sure.

It was the best chicken burger I've ever had full stop. Cajun style chicken on a brioche bun with fresh mixed greens, fresh tomato, smothered in bacon, real cheddar, and topped with a gorgeous pesto mayo. So freaking delicious! Oh and the Bellini was HUGE. Tasted awesome and there was a real fuzzy peach gummy at the bottom, nice touch! The kids menu is wild as it's not a "kids size" burger it is the same epic burger as the adult menu. Well done! And their fries were seriously delicious, with special fries seasoning. The onion rings were good too but I honestly preferred the fries, to which I'm usually the opposite. Our service was fast and the staff were great, even got my daughter a cool mini dresser of crayons and a picture to colour.
