This is now the only wing store I go to whenever I crave them!!! I usually always come here after work because I forget to eat beforehand. Restaurant is exactly like how a diner would look like with booths and TVs on the corners. Staff is very efficient with their food and everything is very organized. I usually order 12 traditional wings with half Lemon Pepper Rub(a MUST TRY) and the other half with Homicide(It's the right amount of spice for me :) Very good sauce for people who want to challenge their spice tolerance). I then pair it with either celery/ranch, all ranch, or all celery. - Their celery is actually very tasty and I've noticed that it's much better than any celery you find at any grocery store. I've come to like eating celery as a snack all the time because of this. Anyway, all I have to say is: Good restaurant, good staff, good food, good vibes. Had chicken tenders, fries, and celery. * The tenders were ENORMOUS. I couldn't eat 5 and I'm a glutton. They were super crispy, juicy, perfect. Heavily breaded but that's okay when the breading is amazing. * Fries are top shelf (even though they are lamb-weston from a frozen bag). * Blue cheese is cheap and tasteless. This is my go to place when I'm craving anything fried chicken. Whether it be bone in wings, boneless wings or chicken tenders, this is one of my favorites. I usually try to go for the early bird chicken tenders as they are a great value. The tenders themselves are huge and they are great with their Asian Fusion sauce. Every time I have their boneless wings they always are way too oily. Flavor is good though. Fries are okay could use a tad bit more salt. They are stingy with the ranch as well. Containers are small they could give two. I'll give them one more try if it's still oily i wont eat them again read more

Was in town to visit Sesame Place. We left the park hungry and went looking for grub. Ended up at a burger joint (5G); while parking the car, some guy drove past, lost, looking for the "wing place". I told him I didn't know and proceeded into the burger joint. After leaving 5G, I thought to myself "dang, I really want wings now". So I googled "wings" and Wings To Go popped up. We drove over there, placed order at the counter, and waited. About 15 mins later, my 8-piece was ready: 4 garlic buffalo and 4 garlic Parmesan. Ate one in the car; it was delicious so I ate another. Ordered ahead via Chownow and when I got there they couldn't find my order so I had to wait while they made it. Was supposed to get 16 boneless and 16 traditional, but they gave me all traditional. Really enjoy the food here but I always get emails from chow now which is apparently their online order service and app , they send me promo codes for 10 percent off or it say on the app that there is a special of 20 wings for 19.99 but when you try to add the promo code it says it isn't valid. Let me first say I love the food here and I love that the wings are discounted on Tuesdays. We usually order from here every other week . I also enjoy following all the social media and seeing new menu items. Infact, the reason I got hooked on the food is from a contest they had a few years back and they gave me a free meal! From following the Facebook page, it is clear they're struggling to fill positions especially during Covid and I'm sure it has not been easy to show up to work short staffed and over worked. I have managed at a nearby restaurant for over 11 years so I know the restaurant industry can be brutal so I will try to be gentle with leaving my review. My biggest frustration about this location is always being given an inaccurate wait time. Whenever you're waiting they will tell you another 5 minutes no matter if you're waiting 1 minute or 20 minutes. A few weeks ago they said 5 more minutes to me, 3 times. The time before that I was told 5 mins and it ended up being 20 mins. Id much rather be told "I'm sorry we got slammed it is going to be about 15-20 more minutes" than to be constantly given an inaccurate wait time and then worry that my order may be forgotten. Today I ordered and called from the parking lot to see if my food was ready and I explained I'm calling becuase I have a dog in the car. She politely told me 3 more mins. I figured I'd wait 5 mins bc telling me 3 minutes seemed to be such an accurate number that if I waited 5 mins it would likely be ready. I walk in and the girl tells me 5 more mins. OF COURSE it's another 5 minutes bc I'm never given an accurate wait time. I explained I had called and was told 3 minutes 5 mins ago and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. It might seem like a silly complaint but it's literally EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Again, love the food, and I know the restaurant industry has been through the wringer the past year which is why I am trying not to rip apart the staff, but I'm certain I can't be the only customer who has this problem and I feel like it could be resolved so easily with some coaching from management. read more

How in the hey do I review this, it is a two for one, B & V's Backyard Grill that has won awards for eight straight years for their baby back ribs, which I had a full rack of along with a pint of Cole slaw, while hubby had thirty some wings from the Wing's To Go side of the fence! Between the two of us we also polished off a huge container of garbage nachos, some cheese and bacon topped fries, a Philly burger and a pint of Bernie's back yard chili! Who am I trying to kid? We did in fact order all of these things but we'll be eating it for at least one more meal, if you're not into the things we ordered there are plenty of other choices with wraps, subs, boneless wings, shrimp, crab cakes, perigees, huge salads, sandwiches, quesidillas, paninis and cheesesteaks. The wings come with your choice of twenty two different flavors, fries can be topped with just cheese, bacon and cheese, chili and cheese or go for the whole shebang with garbage fries, plus you have your choice of regular fries, curly or waffle cut. They have won awards for their various grilled or chicken fried sandwiches. We did not know but a huge regular order came with the rack of ribs. Thirty five awesome, plump, very meaty wings, half mild, half teriyaki, hubby is not very adventurous, looking at all the choices I would have at least tried the garlic parmesan. I am not a wing person, but I could not resist when I saw how big and meaty they were and Wings To Go just might make a wing eater out of me yet, hubby thought they were outstanding and some of the best he has had. 5 easy stars. The baby back ribs were so lean, moist, loaded with meat, rubbed, sauced and then thrown onto an open flame to char a bit. When I got home and picked them up they fell into pieces! The flavor was mouth watering and I could not wait to start on the next bone. Seeing my excitement hubby quickly snatched his share and we are terrible finger lickers, while we looked at each other and just muttered moans and yums. Some of the best barbecued baby back ribs I have ever had. 5 more easy stars. Bernie's back yard chili is loaded with ground beef, beans, onions, peppers, tomatoes, chili powder, garlic and cumin, it is wonderful and reminds me of my Mom's chili or something that I made when my children were younger, a delicious chili and I can understand why they are keeping it mild, I just like my chili with a bit more heat. It was topped with lots of melted cheddar cheese and I added some of the jalapenos that came on the side of the garbage nachos and some diced red onion. 4.5 serious stars. They have quite a few selections of freshly ground and hand formed burgers served on a good Kaiser roll with your choice of toppings and cheese. Each burger is eleven ounces and flame broiled on their huge rack over hot coals, you would never know this burger was not made at home in your own back yard. Very thick, juicy and it was perfectly cooked to order. I chose the Philly burger which had sauteed onions, peppers and provolone cheese, I liked how the shredded lettuce was on the bottom along with the mustard and mayo, no sliding when you eat this burger. 4 solid stars. The cole slaw had a bit of bite to it, could have used more carrots and some red or green bell peppers, dressing was okay. 3.5 stars The fries were covered in cheddar, Monterey jack and mozzarella and more crisp applewood bacon than you can imagine. 4 stars The garbage nachos came with a trio of corn chips, very colorful and store bought, lots of chili, cheese, onions, peppers, tomatoes, jalapenos, olives and with sides of sour cream and salsa. What one would expect and since most order to go, I do like how everything is on the side, if you would like and they are fairly generous with the toppings. 3 stars This was my first time at Wings To Go and from what I understand it is a chain, but they are all different. Some are huge and have a sports bar, this one does not, but ir does have limited inside seating and clean restrooms. The owner of this one also owns the one in Fairless Hills and both have the B & V's Backyard Grill locations. I was able to order on line and choose my pick up time which I love because of the convenience and no waiting around for my order. I ordered online last night and was extremely satisfied with this Wings to Go! I called to verify pickup time, and called second time to get fries along with the order, and the woman on the phone was extremely helpful. The wings and fries were great! Cooked crisp and covered in just the right amount of sauce, and fries were delicious. The only downside was that I ordered 3 side sauces and only received 2, although I was charged for 3. We got fries with old bay, and some were completely covered in seasoning while others were almost bare (still tasted good!) Despite this, I will definitely keep ordering from here whenever I need wings! I was still craving them the next morning. read more

Once had one problem a year or so ago and called the store they quickly solved the problem. But tonight was far different we Ordered wings tonight on half price boneless night. Order them to be cooked but not over done. When we opened the box they were basically chicken jerky soaked in mild sauce.... cold/dry. When we got them home ( which is a couple mins away) found the issue. From pervious experience the mild sauce is more liquify when warm/hot. The sauce was very creamy and Cold like the wings. Very unhappy so we figured we would reach out to the store and give them a chance to redeem themselves. Called and informed them of the problem figuring they would fix it. They said the wings are not over cooked and they have to be cooked for 8 mins according to the regulations. And that their sauce is made in store and that is usually creamy. Seemed like someone new working there. When we had a problem before we called they fixed it and we ate our dinner later then usual. But tonight they didn't want to fix anything. So I kindly let the woman on the phone know we now need to find something else to eat. She basically said ok. So now Were out 16 dollars and have to find something else to eat. Way to go wings to go. Ordered two 24-count boneless wings via uber eats. Only one delivered. Called the store, spoke with the manager Onyx. They refused to do anything other than make me call uber eats. I even offered to come pick up the missing item if they would make it. Onyx got rude and refused. I went to uber eats and they refunded 33 dollars of a 43 dollar order. So the store lost money and I will be calling the franchise owner on Monday to complain and explain why they lost a customer. Good job Onyx. Way to manage. If I could give 0 stars I would. Place inside was dirty and that should have made me leave but my son who has a bad cold wanted Buffalo wings soo I but the bullet and ordered. Got them home in about 7 minutes. Batter was half cooked and falling off. My son bit into one and spit it out saying that the sauce was the most disgusting thing he every tasted. I am a vegetarian but was really curious as my son has never complained about any wings before. I licked one wing and understood. It was SOUR!! I called the store and the workers were rude and nasty. Did not want to waste my time to drive back to return them ( just trashed the whole thing) but please don't make the same mistake as I did! I guess I should start off by saying that I'm not necessarily a wing guy. In other words, whenever I eat wings, hot and spicy ones especially, my stomach hurts for days. But I don't know what it was, but Wings to Go's wings didn't do any damage at all. Last week, me and a few of people from work went out. I had only been here once or twice, but I'm telling you their boneless wings were amazing. I split it up (not sure they always do that, but they did it for me.) Half honey mustard, half mild. WTG climbs up to 3 stars for now... Burned again! I swore off wtg during the last year because I kept getting poor customer service. But I gave in to my wife's wishes tonight and not only did I wait an extra 25 minutes for my food pickup (almost an hour total) but the store charged me a couple dollars more than the receipt they sent me after ordering online. I am rating this location a 0 out of 5 stars. We just received our delivery order and were very disappointed: The wings were cold and inedible. We ended up throwing out 30 of the 40 wings. The order came with 2 tiny containers of blue cheese for 40 wings and was only enough to dip 8 wings ( any lover of wings knows the blue cheese makes the wings). My suggestion would be there needs to be better adult supervision and quality control in this (Feasterville, PA) facility. When we went in the store to place our order, there were literally 10 teenagers working and 1 adult on a Friday night. On the plus side, the delivery man was friendly. I ordered for a 5:30-5:45 pickup. Arrived to a huge line out the door. I'm in the restaurant biz for the record. They were busy but clean, organized, pleasant and, given the insanity of the game day rush, I got my order in a timely fashion.
