Good service. Drink prices are great. We enjoyed the wings a lot. Overall a nice place. My only complaint is they charge $6 for a large fry. It's a small tray and when they brought out there were maybe 15 fries on it. We ordered another one and it was fuller, but still way over priced for the serving size. read more

This is the second time we have gotten food from this restaurant. Not happy each time. Tonight we ordered to have delivered. When our food came they had left out our son's dinner. When we called they had the nerve to laugh. My boy has no dinner and these people think it's funny! Oh and to top it off they won't refund us for undelivered food. I come from the service industry and usually have patience, but their attitudes are borderline racist every time we go in and they learn our Hispanic last name. Stopped in with the kids for a late dinner on a Thursday night. We have been to Wings Etc a lot and always return because the food is great and the service is excellent. We're always greeted warmly and everyone who works there is friendly. My daughters ordered a cheeseburger and a naked home wrecker (foot long hotdog plain instead of chili and cheese), and my son always gets the "Hugh Jazz" burger with bacon. It's huge, and one of the best burgers in town! You get a choice of curly or straight fries. I personally love curly. I've never had to wait for a drink refill. Ate here with the family (husband and 2 kids- 13 & 9). The staff was great. Our waitress never left us wanting for a refill or needing anything. We went on a Friday night and it was pretty busy so that was even more impressive. The menu is simple and straightforward. Very creative names for the dishes and description of each item was spot on. The menu produced a few giggles from each of us. We ordered some appetizers: Cheese sticks and fried pickles. They came out hot, fresh, and fast. So that was good. The cheese sticks were bland and the marinara sauce was cold. I hate that. The fried pickles were spicy (not prepared for that) and just ok. All in all..appetizers were just ok. We each ordered very different things. The 13 year old ordered the Cowboy burger and he raved about it. The 9 year old ordered the Great White Fish Sandwhich and it was HUGE. He raved about it too. I ordered the shrimp basket and the coating was so hard and crunchy that it hurt my mouth to eat it. Almost felt like eating gravel. Husband orders a burger which he said was good. Not awesome. Not horrible. Just good. We shared a slice of cheesecake for desert and it had this weird strawberry syrup on it. Totally unnecessary. All in all. A good experience. Reasonably priced and prompt service. Only a few of the sauces don't taste all that well, but they got so many flavors that you'll find something to enjoy. We have been here a few times. The service is never great, but today took the cake. Daphne was our server. She was definitely not the most friendly or outgoing person, but working in food service for a long time, that doesn't bother me much if they provide good service. We ordered wings and a wrap. The wings came out and she set them down and asked if we needed anything else. I asked about my wrap. She just goes "ok". My family continued eating and our server did not come back for some time. When she did come back I asked about my wrap again, and she just said "oh yeah it should be done, let me check." At that point my whole family was done eating. She then is gone again for a while and comes back and say sorry they delivered it to the bar. I then waited about 10 more minutes and she brought it out. She set it down and said she would take it off the bill. Oh hey I am really sorry about that or anything. Literally no emotion or anything. It was pretty disappointing. For the cost of food, I guess I would expect more than a story. I appreciate that they took it off the bill, but that is not what I expect just a simple follow through goes a long way. read more

The menu has the typical items found at a place like this, but it also has some great variations of those items. We went 30 minutes before they closed on a Sunday night. I was completely impressed with how cheerful the hostess and waitress were so late in the night. I apologized for showing up so close to closing time, but the waitress said it was no problem at all. All three of us ordered the dinners which were half boneless wings with their mild buttery sauce and half bbq ribs with the regular bbq sauce. The ribs were meaty and delicious and the boneless wings were perfectly prepared and juicy. My curly fries were crispy and not greasy and my cole slaw was one of the best I have ever eaten. This place is a gem to have in LaPorte. I have been to the place they call the competitor and this one has it beat by far. You get more for your money at this place than that one. read more

If you need anything there is a manager named Logan, he is beyond helpful with anything you ask for but he is very proactive out on the floor engaging with guest. I am a frequent customer and enjoy the food. The wait staff and bartenders are awesome but the management doesn't have a clue. When it takes more than a week to fix the smoke problem do to exhaust fans/filters in operative after several complaints with no answers there is a problem. All the good managers have left.
