Ok. So. I *USUALLY* love this place but ordering and getting food took so long it took about 2 hrs to get food. 2 HRS! Worst thing, the lady serving us didn't serve us first. SHE SERVED OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT LITERALLY GOT HERE ABOUT 30 MINUTES AFTER US. The only good thing about this place is the ambiance. I like the lighting. I like the giant TVs. But service took so long even I started to get mad. This used to be my favorite restaurant where I could just have laughs with my family. But now, this is lucky to be in my top 10. Two stars. read more

Worst customer service ever! Buisness does not run at certain systems and operations are the worst management is not good at all I would improve systems to have a efficient Buisness waited over 2 hours and still did not get food wasn't even able to get a refill there is a lot of people just hanging out there and the bar tender was all alone running around instead of them helping out! read more

If you want to waste your time, money and oh did I say time this is the place for you! We saw our waitress twice, to finally order our drinks and food at once and when our drinks were delivered. No refills, never checked in, never received our bill after asking an employee that sat on her phone. We then had no other choice but to go wait at the bar to pay. Bartender snacking away behind the bar. read more

My girlfriend and I love to get Togo orders from here as we never have to worry about not getting what we ordered. Almost always on time, and extremely friendly wait and host staff. Food is always fresh, and the restaurant is always clean. read more

Never again. WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. Awful. Took 15 minutes to see a server. 45 minutes for food. Not a busy night. Food is cold. Server has disappeared and we can't get drink refills. Food was poor. Would like to pay and get the F out of here but can't get the server to take the credit card off the table. Did I say never again. Terrible, just terrible. This is a one star review because you can't leave zero stars. read more

3rd visit in the last couple months. I don't judge by one visit so here you go. Each visit the servers are nice as can be. Food is decent as usual with this chain. Each visit took over 45 minutes to get food or ultimate nachos like I usually get. I'm sure management is the issue here and regrettably will not be returning. Wing etc is a much better option. read more

Boneless wings were served room temperate. Service was poor. The place was not crowded on the 4th of July and no wonder. read more

food was not cooked as asked ( not adding pickled peppers). did not include all the food that was ordered and was still charged.

Ordered on the app for takeout and it was supposed to be ready at 6:40 but wasn't ready till 7. And then when I get home my wife's order was completely missing... took an extra 20 minutes and still didn't get all of our food. read more

So so so slow. Lord help you if you decide to stop by for a "quick" bite and you have anything else planned for the rest of the day.

Service was horrible our server constantly just forgot about our table. after two hours we got up and paid for the drinks we got. apparently the kitchen "lost" our order. would've been nice to know before waiting that much time. read more

I was waiting on my drinks for 20 minutes and all I got was water. I sat and waited on my for for an hour and 30 minutes. And when I ask for a refill I don't even get one. I was at this place for a total of 2 hours and 50 minutes and it only took me. Then had to wait 20 minutes for my bill. You guys need to learn how to hire your workers or fire them read more

Manager has no sense of customer service and not sure if he personally knows how to hold a conversation. Two Sunday's in a row they have run out I food and for some reason it takes 45 minutes to cook wings at a wigs establishment with only 4 other tables around us. This place needs some help and training , they're lucky other restaurants arnt open on Sunday's or I wouldn't come here. read more

Would not recommend. The wings are good which is what they are meant for,but not the best. The burgers. Do not. I repeat do not get them. Gross. I ordered 3 burgers for my family. All of them were burnt! I could not eat them. And the alcoholic drinks were even worse. $80 bucks later, yeah never going there again. Prices are way too much and with gross food? Um no thanks. read more

Typical Bdubbs but small town equals small restaurant. The place is very open, you can see the bar across from the other end. They have an outdoor area which is a nice patio with good room for a larger group! As typical as it is the 3 stars are based off of the service. The waiters and waitresses were nice but didn't pay much attention to their tables, only when necessary. The place was pretty packed, I mean not all the tables were filled but the ones that were had people ranging from all ages and it was 10 pm on a Friday night so you'd think they would know to be on their game. I watched one of the waitresses sweep under a table for god knows how long and completely ignored the looks from the tables she was supposed to be waiting on. Our server spent more time talking to other servers and his buddies that came in instead of attending to us. We weren't able to get the bill until about half an hour AFTER we finished eating. When the bill came to us, we were charged for all our drinks twice. Halfway through our drinks our server refilled all of our drinks for us without asking. If I knew we were getting charged I would have said no, but he never asked or informed us just refilled all of them and charged us. So be careful with that! All in all, typical BDubbs but less than typical service. read more

Typical BW3 great atmosphere great wings. Had hot and they were just the right amount of heat and good size wing I'm usually good for 15 and I stopped at 9. Also I scored a deal for coming on a Tuesday, 60 cent wing night. Bonus!! The only thing they need to do is to put a sign up for the business. There are no signs visible from the street. And yelps location is wrong. It's on the other side of Lincoln highway by Kroger. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. Took our daughter there for dinner after her 5th grade graduation. There were 2 large parties and we were told a 10 to 15 minute wait. Which we agreed to. The hostess and a friend stood at check in discussing all the ways they could get drunk and the arse on one if their male coworkers and how they wanted "to rude that pony." I cleared my voice and gave them the best mom look I could because we were not the only family with children who could hear the conversation. Then the cussing began with Fing this and oh sh*t that. we asked them to watch their profanity because of the kids. We got a deer in headlights look like she didn't understand to which my kid saud, "they want you to stop swearing." We actually got attitude from her. Another server/hostess came over and took us to a table. Our waitress was nice at first. Took 10 minutes to get a drink. Our foid arrived and my daughter's hamburger bun was burnt black and she coukd not eat it. Were told they were having issue with their toaster. It was obviously heated and burnt on the grill. My dinner was so spicy rhat it could not be eaten. I sent it back to the chef. That is when our waitress became rude. She didn't ask me if I wanted anyrhing else. So I sat there sipping tea whilst my family ate. She never asked if we wanted refills on drinks or even came back to table. We had to flag her down. When are check arrived, the meal I coykd not eat was still on bill. I asked her to remove it. She ripped rhe check out if my hands and called me a bitch when she walked away. She returned with a corrected bill and slammed it on the table. I asked her if there was a problem? She responded "of course not customer us always right" and walked away. Asked to speak to a manager but he was gone for the day. Called next day and made complaint to manager. read more

Food is decent. A lot of space and TVs, like you would expect, how ever the service is horrible! Lunch time on a weekday, pretty empty, and the bartender is no where to be found. Took 15 min to order, and she spent most of her time talking to the only other local in the bar while I sat with an empty beer glass. Don't expect good lunchtime service here! read more

We come here once and a while for lunch for work and almost every time we have a bad experience! Waited for over an hour for our food and when it came one entree was incorrect and a couple items were also incorrect. This is my second bad experience at Bdubs. Both times Connor was my waiter and she was not only very rude but didn't get my order right either time. The first time my potato wedges didn't have cheese and I told her so she got offended. She then disappeared and forgot about us completely and we had to ask a amanager for our check. This time she only said two words to me and gave me old wings with barley any sauce and she didn't give me the fries I ordered and then disappeared. We didn't even get our wings. I have no idea how the food or service is in this restaurant. When my family and I entered the first set of doors the odor was pretty bad, when we opened the second set of doors the foul odor from the restrooms located to the right of the entrance doors was overwhelming. We waited a few seconds for a staff member but the dining area looked deserted. I could taste and smell the bathroom smell for several minutes after leaving this restaurant. I recommend a thorough cleaning or maybe even a bathroom remodeling, the smell is so bad, human waste may have gotten into the floor and walls. read more

Good wings, terrible bar service. I sat at the bar for about 10 minutes before I was even looked at, and then the bartender was just not nice, acted like she had an attitude. Won't ever go back to the bar there again, probably not even back to this location. read more

Went here last night and I have to say it has improved a lot since our last visit. The food has always been good but I wish they would bring back "Daytona" wings...that's the biggest reason we don't go as often as before. We used to at least once a week when they had Daytona wings. Now we go maybe once a month. read more

Usual chain location everything tastes as expected. Great beer specials. Just ate chips and salsa and enjoyed the atmosphere.

Great managers and consistent quality food. Honestly I have never had a bad visit here, and it's hard to say that about anywhere. kudos to whoever organized this new B Dubs. Just go here... read more

It got one star only because there is nothing lower. They were busy and when the waitress took our order she let us know that they were a little backed up and would be 20-25 minutes for the food. An hour later we asked if we were getting close. Was told that they were just playing it. In the mean time hadn't seen the waitress for drink refills or additional adult beverages. When the food came out she brought 5 of 10 orders. Still no additional drinks or silverware or ketchup or salt. A good 5-7 minutes later she brought the remaining orders and asked if there was anything else. YES, silverware napkins, drinks, carrots and celery. Finally got one of the managers to get silverware and napkins. When he asked if there was anything else I requested my beer again. He told me he couldn't give me a free beer. I stayed I did not ask for a free beer, I wanted something to drink with my meal. After that he walked around for a little bit and went and stood at the hostess stand. After about 10 minutes I walked over and gave him my hamburger and EMPTY glass, letting him know if I couldn't have something to drink with my meal I didn't want the meal. He never said a word. About 10 minutes later the bartender came over with a beer and said does this belong to someone at this table, it's been sitting on the bar for a long time. Don't waste your time at this place! read more

Decently good, just like any other place. Although I would recommend this if you never tried it before. I enjoy their burgers I am not a fan of wings though I know it's funny. But other than that, It's a great place to see high lights or game play of your favorite football team. read more

I have been going here census place: has opened and I have never had any problems with service on the food it gets busy at times especially during sports events but everything is always handled very well most of the time only once in awhile will there be an issue and then to use dealt with quickly and appropriately only bad thing is the size of the building does not allow for a lot of sitting. needs to be bigger. read more

Always love coming here with friends. I always have the best service. Our food is always on point.

We go here all of the time and we used to love it but I do have to say that the last few times we have been here well too say the least it was really terrible. Terrible service and the food was ok. It took at least 15 min to get our drinks another 30 min to get our appetizers and another 30 min after that our dinners. Mind you we ordered the appetizers and dinners at the same time as our drinks and they were not to busy. We had been there before when it was busy and we received our food pretty quickly considering. Needless to say we probably won't be back for a long time if ever at this Bdubs. read more
