The heII with this place; Been in twice and service was average and bad, respectively. Now I call to find they refuse to do take-out orders any way other than in person or online, so if you don't have a computer or access to one when you wanna order (i.e. driving), don't bother here. Yes the chicken is ok, nothing to rave home about, but what the heII does that matter when the customer isn't accommodated as any other restaurant would and always has in my experience. Order: Nachos, no jalapenos. Done. Thats what was turned down with an option of, "you can come in place it and just wait."... So I thought, "I'll wait.. til I get home and eat my Taco Bell Nachos which are cheaper and frankly about as good while I write a review explaining this BS". I went there to check the place out because it's new to the area. I sat at the bar and was asked fairly quickly what I was drinking. I ordered a beer. I had planned on eating dinner but was never asked if I wanted to see a menu. She took food orders from other customers at the bar but ever came back to ask me anything. I just saw her going back and forth. Finished the beer in 15 min, paid my tab and left. Went to the bar/restaurant next door and was served by an excellent bar tender and had a great meal. 0% interest in going back to Wings Etc. read more

Have eaten here on two occasions. Both visits were greeted with cold food and half table (4 people) not getting there food until others were done eating. Last visit I he manager "Bob" was a total jerk. Will not visit again. Spend your money where customers are respected. read more

Terrible...first thing was a bad smell (seemed like the floor treatment). Ambiance was messy, bathroom filthy. Bloody Mary drink was in a tiny "juice" glass with no fixins like pickle, olives, lemon etc. The wings were way overcooked and burger was tasteless. Server was ok but restaurant was a dump. I won't even give it one star. Ordered "JUMBO" shrimp, fried green beans and a side salad for take out. I've had better frozen shrimp...terrible...breading on green beans was so thick, they were terrible..like eating a mouthful of HARD breading...the only thing passable, was the salad...Once is enough...won't go back. read more

Took 10 min to get a waitress to take our order and we didn't get the right sauce or ranch even after asking twice, then she asked if we wanted to box the rest of our food up, we said yes - but she the threw our food out? Disappointed in the food and service. It was very hard to tell who was staff as they were all wearing normal street clothes including hats and sunglass. I witnessed two different groups of people leave when they were not greeted at the door. I paid $11 for a salad that was sub par. The fries were covered in pepper. read more

The waitresses have zero personality it's almost painful. I decided to give them another chance thinking maybe the waitress had a bad day but nope, not one waitress smiled or even attempted to be friendly. Food was pretty tasty, nothing great, good hangover food. read more

Ordered online and website said order would be ready in 15 minutes. waited 15 minutes went to the pickup the order and was told it was going to another 20 minutes. Girl at door said computer does not give the true wait time. No one is bothering to call and let people that order online know that the wait time is longer. They didn't tell me they charge you to put sauce on wings! I told them I'd never been there before! We talked about prices and their specials but never once did they mention they charge you extra $4.50 for the sauce? Now sure laugh at me for being angry about sauce, but $5 is $5 and for me to end up paying $20 for something that should have been less is rediculous. I didn't agree to that price, it was never mentioned to me beforehand and the hostess just stared at me and told me "they don't have to tell people (about the upcharge) and they aren't going to do anything about it." Literally I wouldn't have bought it if she'd said it beforehand because it was more than I was looking to pay! DEFINITELY something they should mention?! Because if you don't want to pay that then you aren't going to order that. Obviously they only look to make the purchase and don't care about you. read more

Ordered online and it was great! The boneless wings and BBQ sauce were so good and a great deal! Seasoning on the fries was excellent- my son kept stealing my fries. The chicken bacon wrap was "the best ever" according to my son. To-go margarita was the perfect addition! Can't wait to come back and enjoy the patio! read more

As a 20 year hartland resident I was excited to see a new restaurant open, however I must say my take order was quite an experience. Long story short got home with my order and was missing 10 pack of wings, drove back wth my (now cold) order and asked for a refund, I eventually agreed to a new fresh order so waited in the lobby. Now the crazy part! A young girl came out with my original cold burger, soggy fries and wings and told me my order was fine and said they would not remake it. So the restaurant is basically telling me that I ordered it so I'm stuck with it weather I like it or not!. Hmmm. I wasn't In the mood , so I left. Oh, as I was leaving she yelled out "it's called running a business!" 4 hours later and a ruined night I'm still in shock on how I was treated! read more

Boneless Wings were extremely salty. traditional wings had no flavor. tater tots were not cooked. Food was not good.

Just tried them for our first time, doing a day lunch date. We had neighbors that have been here and complained about the service, I now totally understand. The wings, I will say were pretty good, but the service was a shit show and we are talking at lunch time and maybe 10 other people in the place. Server at the bar could not answer a simple question about the menu. When asked if I needed another beer, my answer was "I'm good thank you", and boom another beer showed up (oh well). Also it took over 30 minutes for 10 traditional wings. Then they added a extra beer on our bill and the bartender struggled to remove it. So, basically good wing place with horrible staff. I really hope they figure it out, look forward to having a good local bar/wing restaurant. Wouldn't recommend if you have a short lunch hour and need to get back quickly, luckily we had the free time. read more

I hate to write a negative review of a local business, but after several negative experiences, I feel like it is necessary. Consistently we are met with less than stellar service, which includes long wait times and incorrect orders. Tonight was the pinnacle of bad experiences for us, and even though our group usually justifies a bad experience, we do not intend to come back. Tonight we stopped in for drinks and at about 10 minutes prior to close a waitress (that was not ours) came around loudly, and not politely, announcing that they will soon be locking the doors. At this point we had not been notified of last call or even received our bills. A few minutes later, again, the waitress who was not ours came around saying that she would be locking the doors in 5 minutes when we had just received new drinks and still had not received our bills. At this point we asked our waitress for the check. While she was running our cards the *rude* waitress came around for a third time telling us that we NEEDED to get out, when we still had not had our credit cards returned from our waitress. I feel bad because we had a very pleasant waitress that we enjoyed, but our group overall was treated poorly by this other person. We understand wanting to get home as people who have been/are currently in the industry but, it was not handled in the proper manner tonight. Accompanying tonight's experience with others, we don't feel great about ever coming back or recommending this location to our local friends/family/coworkers. read more

Not a good experience. Growing pains for this newer business still present. My traditional wings came super fried and half drenched in sauce or rub and the others just naked/plain, I had of roll them around myself to try to evenly get them covered. Sauces were ok, we tried several. Once we realized the bartender was not wearing their mask (it was under their chin) and delivering drinks throughout the entire restaurant, we decided to leave. We immediately canceled our beer order which hadn't been poured yet. Our waitress informed another employee (manager/owner?) and he walked by out table and made a snide remark that he would have to drink it, even though we didn't see it poured yet. That is what put the nail in the coffin for us to never return. You won't get repeat business this way and we can't support an establishment that doesn't enforce mask wearing of employees (we were also packed in like sardines at the hostess station). The only saving grace was a very nice young lady who was our server. read more
