Truth be told my review is based heavily on the outstanding service that my family received when we went here for lunch and I think that goes beyond any dish I can order or any booth I can sit in. It was our first time coming to this location as it was the easiest for us and my niece and were able to order some easy lunch specials. From 11 to 2 they have lunch specials and then after that is happy hour until five I believe but they also have their menu online which is great to see beforehand. We ordered the crispy onion burger, the warm pastrami sandwich and the chicken clubhouse and they all came with fries. The dishes were flavourful and filling. Good portion and price was average for the specials (14-19$). The place is kind of more casual and its nature and half of the seats were filled with males drinking so they have a mixture of booth seating and table tops. There was only one server at the time and she was definitely working so hard and kindly to get everyone what they needed. The owner also came out and assisted, but in particular, he was so very kind to my niece and just very empathetic towards our table. I am so grateful for genuine service and anyone that takes care of my family wins my loyalty.

Came here with B to have wings on a Wednesday night and omg this place is so busy. The restaurant looks big from the outside but the inside is quite small. They have a Wednesday Wings deal $10 for a 1 lb of wings with a purchase of a drink. The wings were on the smaller end and they were dryer. We ordered the following flavored wings: Maple Bourbon Louisiana Sweet Outback BBQ Texas Dry Rub. I had to order a side of sauce because the maple bourbon and the Louisiana sweet was awfully over cooked and dry. The flavor of the wings are still there. I prefer the Surrey Wings location over this one. The parking here is kind of brutal. There is only one entrance/exit. The service was great here and they definitely deserve a shout out. I didn't have to wait long for water or for my dipping sauce which I ordered after the wings arrived.

Came here for happy hour and to get out of the heat. The happy hour menu is okay. We got the wings and fries. It came with 5 wings and lots of fries. We also got the calamari which was decent. There was a small container of sauce. The air conditioning in the place was either broken or couldn't handle the heat wave as it was only a little cooler than outside. Ordered drinks to try to cool down but that didn't work. There were a few people out on the enclosed patio but it is all glass so it looked more like a sun room as they were sweating like crazy. I couldn't understand them being in an enclosed glass area. I think if their air conditioner was working properly, it may have been a more enjoyable experience.

I am not very familiar with bar settings so I don't have much to compare it to, however I can comment on the food and service. The food was tasty. There were a lot of choices on flavours for the wings. We chose Honey Garlic, Chicago salt and pepper and Calgary outback bbq. They were all very tasty. wait staff were friendly and ambience was ok.

Unfortunately this will be another "what not to order" type review -- which of course comes with the caveat that every restaurant will probably have a flop and you should not consider it indicative of the rest of the menu. Just be wary of ordering this particular thing. Sriracha Lime Chicken Wrap ($10 on lunch specials menu; comes with simple salad or fries, or salad upgrade) -First of all sriracha to me means spicy. The "spiciness" here is a very faint buzz in the mouth. -Where's my lime? Didn't really detect anything lime-flavoured. Maybe it was in the sauce (?) which was suspiciously like some kind of creamy salad dressing you can get in the supermarket. Ranch maybe? -Chopped up chicken -- not technically bad, but it does make it hard to estimate just how much chicken you are getting. I did open up one half the wrap so you can look at the picture and decide for yourself. -We specifically asked that the fries be crispy, and they delivered. Really, really, decent fries. Overall, this felt really mediocre. Additional points taken off for absence of sriracha and lime which should have distinguished this wrap from "just a chicken and lettuce wrap". Service was good though -- friendly but not overly familiar, and they checked in on us a couple of times as they went about the floor.

Wednesdays and Sundays are half priced wings, making it a very busy place on those days. It is such a neighborhood place that I bumped into friends and colleagues who live in the area. Another friend thinks this place has plenty of eye candy. Go figure. There is a patio which is lovely during warm weather, but I think you need to request for that. The drinks were ok, I had the frozen bellini but it was too so-so. A bit too sweet for me but maybe ok for others. The spicy garlic fries from the happy hour menu looked plain, but it was actually a bit spicy. Guess you just should not judge it by appearance. We ordered wings - westcoaster (lemon and black pepper --nice but sour), Calgary outback BBQ (the best of what we ordered and had another round of it) and New Orleans BBQ Heat (a bit spicy, not bad). A pretty nice place to just kick back and have wings with friends. Parking can be challenging as the lot is small and usually crowded, be careful when backing out or making turns in there. Street parking in the neighborhood is available.

Liked the whole vibe of this place. The cocktails were okay not that great but wings tasted great and the variety they have for wings was amazing. Everything was hot and server was nice. I deducted one star for their cocktails. Have beer if you want to have alcohol at this place.

Been craving for some wings and ordered deliveries from here. The Disappointment hit so hard when I answered the door, saw these poorly packaged 3 little boxes in a plastic bag. I ordered mozza cheese sticks, Louisiana style wings and Chicago S&P. NOT JOKING!! They were cold, small skinny, stale, dry and terrible. Cost me 50 dollars before delivery fees & tips. They came in the box as small as my fist. I knew those wings and mozza sticks had must been sitting around there for days before someone dumb enough to order them away. Waste of money and disappointing NEVER Again.

We had come in on a Saturday night for a birthday dinner. We sat in the corner of the restaurant. The server was accommodating and was able to split us into two tables so it was more comfortable for our big party. We ordered a variety of things to share, including: the Westcoast Tiger Prawn Linguine, Fire Dusted Calamari, and Cajun Chicken Quesadilla. Of course, we had to order the wings too. We got several different kinds to share between the group. Overall, the food was pretty good. It has your typical bar atmosphere. Lots of TVs around to watch sports, and they had decent drinks.

Ordered thru uber eats and was really looking forward to it but we were extremely disappointed by the amount of food we got for $83! We also paid for blue cheese which we didnt get.

Half price wings Wednesday and Sunday

Great place for wings (go figure). It's a casual atmosphere, and they're usually playing sports on the TVs. Service is okay. Friendly but nobody went out of their way. Wednesdays and Sundays are half price wings with the purchase of a drink. It wasn't super clear whether everyone had to order a drink. We asked and the waitress said if we ordered a couple pitchers for 8 people that's good enough. We ordered 10 different types of wings and they came mixed on 2 plates. They weren't labelled or anything, but we mostly figured out which were which. I ordered a single Bobby wing to try. I had one years ago and it was painful, but I've upped my spicy game since then. There's a waiver to sign before they'll bring your wing, and you have to eat one before they would bring you a whole pound. Yes, it was spicy... roughly the same level as the 2X Korean ramen challenge. It was bareable though, and the burn fades pretty quick. You should try it ;)

Tried the Greek Steak ($13), as recommended by the waitress. Not sure how they make steaks in Greece, but this was literally a steak served on top of a pile of fries that had "Greek salad" ingredients (like tomato and cucumber) mixed in. There was a blob of tzatziki plopped on top of the steak too. I was scratching my head for a bit. One bite though, and I was sold. This was some seriously good steak. Special mention. One of the most tender ones I've had in a while. The tzatziki works really well here too. I enjoyed every single bite. Beautiful. The Greek salad fries worked out really nicely as well, in terms of flavour. A bit of feta cheese sprinkled in would've added to the "authenticity" and the flavour, but maybe they're trying to keep costs down too. I also had a pound of their wings (forget which flavour, it was a mix of Buffalo sauce and something), but they were quite good. I wish the pricing were a bit more competitive. I will definitely be back to eat this the Greek steak again, and maybe try another of their specials. Upgrading my review to 4 stars.

Not cheap anymore. $12 wings with required drink purchase means you pay around $35 for one person. That's pretty average.

Went on a slow Sunday evening. Waited a good 10 minutes before a server came by-no big deal as we…read morewere likely saving money not being on the casino floor! The server was pleasant. Ordered one order of Ebi Prawn platter and one order of the Southwest Salad (that includes chicken). The server took our order and asked if we wanted Chicken or Prawns. I said chicken. The food arrived a short while later but with a double order of chicken. My wife was about to comment and I told her it wasn't a big deal, so she backed off. The Ebi prawns tasted yummy but the salad was absolutely gross. We took no more than 2 bites and told the server when he came to check in how everything was, that it tasted off. He said "I'll let the kitchen know". He didn't ask if we wanted anything else and to be honest, nor did we suggest an alternate as we were completely put off. Now here's the clencher.....when we got the bill, not only did he charge us the full amount, we paid for double the chicken! Feeling uncomfortable asking for a lounge manager, we simply paid and left. In hindsight I wish I hadn't left a decent tip. The server, although pleasant needs more training on the lounge menu (I've seen him work in the adjacent Noodle Bar area) and needs help in how to handle problem situations or at the very least call the manager. Aside from drinks, that'll be the last time we ever go there!

You know that scene in Matrix 2 with the old man who talks really fast, and there are 100s of TV…read morescreens behind him? Well, Schank's is like that but with sports playing on those TVs and less the old man. Feel like being a cheapskate on [ insert sport ] night? Follow the below steps: 1. Go to Schank's; 2. Order a $5 dollar platter of fries and $4 bottomless pop; 3. Every time your server asks you, "are you doing alright?", tell her: "could I get a refill?" 4. Repeat the above steps 3 more times until the game is over. If you're disciplined, you'll have paid $13-15 bucks to eat AND watch a pay-per-view event. The great thing is, the servers won't give you attitude so don't be stingy on tipping. *NOTE: check in here with your Yelp app and redeem a coupon for a free game of mini golf.
