I have had better experience at this one compared to many other one that I have been to. My wings are always crispy and warm and never to much sauce on them(which seemed to be issues at other ones I have been to) my service has been good the couple times I have been there. Overall I think it a great environment and a good location to go to, I recommend heading over there to drink a cold and watch some march madness. read more

The guacamole was old and brown. We found a chunk of chicken in the guacamole and server said " I wonder how that got in there". Food is not very good and service leaves a lot to be desired. I have been here 3 times and each time they let me down. No reason to go back. read more

Service is not very good! Management horrible! Asked waitress what the special was and she said tenders. Everyone ordered tenders. When bill came it was well over $100....asked why then manager came out and said its not tender night its boneless wing night. Sorry. General Manager will call. Never heard from him/her. The management was TERRIBLE! I was upfront about having some dietary restrictions. I ordered a Southwestern salad (with no cheese or tortilla strips) mainly because of the avocado - because I can't eat dressing. My salad comes with no avocado. When addressed, the waitress said that they were out. I explained that I ordered because of the avocado. We waited a very long time for our food and didn't have the time to wait for another meal. The manager came and explained that the avocados are not ripe. He did not offer to take anything off my check. He basically had the attitude of "too bad for you." My lunch companion's food made her ill. Poor management. read more

Server was very friendly and very attentive to our needs, and our food came out quickly. However, our food came out TOO quickly because my wings were still bloody in the middle. We were not there during a busy time so I don't see why the cooks would've rushed to get the wings done (which still doesn't justify undercooked wings). The server was very apologetic and my wings were refired (well done this time), and she also gave us 2 cards for 5 free wings for our next visit. You have the best barbecue sauce and your boneless chicken wings always taste the best. Hands down, the bleu cheese is the best ever!

Went to visit a good friend from when i was in the Army, and he said he wanted me to try this place. Food was ok not the best, the service from the waitress was the worst after taking our order, she comes up telling us that her shift was ending soon and wanted us to get the check and tip her so that the other waitresses or waiters won't get it....sorry but if you want that tip you have to earn it not demand it. Second great experience eating here. In and out in 30 minutes. Had new cauliflower "wings". A little spicy for me but I dipped them in the bar bq sauce and it was tasty. Let's begin by saying they were out of most everything we wanted. Only a 1/4 of a glass of Pinot Grigio wine was all they had . Except a moscato. Yuk. Then out of merlot for red. Now to the food. No wedges and no baked potatoes. We asked about the soup , told it was a pre-packaged potato. Yuk. Ordered a whole wheat quesadilla, arrived cold with little ingredients. Both experiences I've had there have been unsatisfactory. The fries were soggy. The nachos were not good. I wasted so much food because it tasted bad. At least the waiter was prompt and the water was good. read more

We waited a long time for our food. At least an hour. It is a new restaurant and it takes a while for things to run smoothly. When our food finally came out, the tray fell and everything shattered and spilled onto the floor. Not a big deal. It was not even our waitress' fault. The tray was set down crooked for her by another waitress. We were absolutely not mad. Things like that happen sometimes. It is no big deal. The annoying thing was we were promised a discount on our food by two managers, multiple times each, and ended up receiving the full bill. We did not ask for a discount. We would not have minded paying the full amount. The fact that we were told we were going to get a discount and received nothing was annoying. Do not say anything at all if you do not intend to follow through. That is terrible customer service. read more

Horrible service. They act they are doing you a favor to refill your drinks, when it's her job. Set for 10 minutes with no beverage. One of our group ordered an expensive mixed drink and they didn't have all the ingredients, instead of telling here they just brought it out and said nothing until she was confronted. I visit this location on average three times per week, I ordered the Buffalo chicken nachos, they arrived at the table with very few toppings on them, the resturant was busy and I thought this may be the reason so I asked to speak to the manager, the manager comes to the table and explains to me that all other times I have ordered this item the portion has been incorrect but this is in fact the propper portion.....i send them back.....i ordered the open faced cheesesticks which are amazing but by the time I get around to eating them were cold after dealing with the nacho issue. I ordered a Bella Burger and upgraded my side to the Bacon Mac N Cheese, the burger had 0 mushrooms on it, yes you heard that right....the burger was sent out without the Mac N cheese, I had to wait a lengthy time for it, a guest at my table ordered classic wings and classic buffalo sauce, they were very dry. I apologized to my guests and let them know that this was an isolated event and I had never had this type of issue, to top it off I receive tons of emails about a Bengals cup and see them being passed out all night at the resturant but when I inquire about mine I'm told "we are out, read the sign it's while supplies last" I'm very upset with your company right now. Your manager could have handled this all last night but showed the worst attitude i have ever seen, very unprofessional and not caring. If you do not care I don't care. My family and I visited for dinner to celebrate my sisters 11th birthday. Ambiance of the restaurant was comfortable and as expected for a Wings joint. We were seated quickly as there was no wait. We were promptly greeted by our waitress, Haylie, that suggested us beers and non alcoholic beverages. She also told us it was Lids Eat Free on Monday's! She offered appetizers and we ordered the fried pickles and chicken egg rolls. Appetizers were great and pickles were crisp! We ordered wings, of course, in different varieties of sauces. Food was brought to us and we dug in. Our waitress stopped back with timely refills and asked how we were doing. The manager on duty, I believe his name was Kevin, asked how we were doing. After we finished, Haylie, along with other co-workers came out and sang Happy Birthday to my sister. The chocolate lava cake was amazing. We were very happy with our visit and will definitely come back to celebrate more birthdays. read more

My husband and I, who live just down the street from this restaurant, have been there twice. The first time was right after it opened, and it was not a good experience. Newly opened, we decided to give them a break. Tonight we went in and ordered the Cobb Salad and an order of boneless wings. The Cobb salad arrived, by the way it cost 9.99, and it looked ok. We split the salad, and found that the ingredients were very skimpy, and the avocado was missing. When I asked the server about it, she said, "Oh ya, they ran out of avocado". I commented that i probably would of chosen something else had I known. Server just said she was sorry. The Manager came by to see how things were, and when I mentioned the missing avocado, she said, "Oh ya, we ran out of avocado yesterday". Anyone who likes a good Cobb salad knows that the avocado, the tomatoes, the eggs, the bacon and the blue cheese are what makes for a good Cobb. If the ingredients are skimpy, and one is completely missing, then it's just a tossed salad that you paid $9.99 for. The boneless wings were ok, but nothing special. So, a third visit we will probably not make, as we can get wings at many other places. Disappointed...again. read more
