Yesterday 4 of us went to this restaurant in richfield. We walked in and there was only 3 tables that had patrons, we stood in the doorway for 10mins. without any contact or verbal from the employees. Several looked at us at different times but just kept doing different things. Clearly not busy or stressed. Finally seated , we ordered and everything went downhill from there. One of the plates the burger was messed up and the person that ordered it waited 15 minutes while the rest of us were eating before her food was fixed after telling them twice. Service was totally in the toilet. Doesnt make sense when there was only 4 tables in the whole place that had anyone in them. This place has totally been going downhill for a long time, even before covid. With the place pretty much empty you would expect great timely service. Sorry to say we all won't be returning. Ribs were even cooked too much. Sad. We would recommend Frontier Village on north end of town to anyone looking for a better experience. read more

After driving all day, we stopped and ate at the only place close by to the hotel. Wingers was a very pleasant surprise! I ordered the special salad which was a chicken salad with mango, crasins, feta cheese and walnuts. It was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. The waitress was very pleasant and genuinely pleased that we liked our food. Another gentleman walked by and asked if everything was alright. I highly recommend stopping there! read more

This place is located between two hotels and by the Home Depot. The greeter was friendly and sat us in Brandon's section. He greeted us a container of popcorn and asked if we knew what we wanted to drink. We ordered colas and he asked if we where ready to order. We had never been to the chain and wanted to look the menu over and talk about our selections. Brendon came back with our drinks and asked for our order which we placed wings with two different sauces. He suggested fries or onion rings, we ordered the onion rings. THEN we waited for over 10 minutes. If seems the kitchen was backed up. Brendon brought out the order and left the table Five minutes later he brought out extra napkins but did not refill our beverages. While we were saying and talking Brendon came over and show use the dessert menu Mind you we are not half done with our food. He then proceeded to bring the check. We still had not finished eating and said 'NO RUSH l'll take the payment when you're ready'. Brandon's service was deplorable and he received a 10% tip which was more than he deserved. read more

I was excited to find this on our overnight stay. Unfortunately it was a typical chain/grease pit. I ordered the boneless wings and they definitely were good quality chicken but the breading had no flavor neither did the meat. The sauces we're mediocre. Had the sticky fingers chicken with the house salad, they will refill the house salad and fries too! The food was very good but the service made the experience great, Sherry was our waitress and she was fabulous! So attentive and happy we could not have asked for a better waitress. We visited twice in a week since we were passing through on a trip. The first time was almost our last. The service was horrible. The waitress definitely did not want to be there. Three tables sat after ours received their food before we even got our salads. Our main courses came out before the salads that we ended up cancelling. We constantly waited for drink refills and couldn't find our server most of the night. The manager was apologetic but seemed aware of the problems with our server. I must say thought, the sticky fingers and the wrap we did have were very good. A few nights later we stopped again and because the food was good decided to give it another shot. We were greeted by a bubbly server who could not have been more attentive. She never blinked an eye at any of our requests and we wanted for nothing as she continually checked on us. Again, the food (including salads this time) were great. It seems like the food here is good but the servers are hit and miss. read more

We stayed in Richfield, UT on the way to Capitol Reef National Park. Winger's was right next to our hotel so we could walk to the restaurant. Service was so-so. Waitress was slow, very slow, but very kind. Food was good. My wife and I shared a full rack of BBQ ribs. It wasn't meaty but still tender and tasty. Surprisingly they had gluten free french fries; which was great for our son since he can't eat anything that has gluten or casein. Their pale ale was good. If they serve on a chilled glasses, that would've been much better; but unfortunately, beers came with a room temperature glasses. read more

We came in on the 4th of July after a parade on a Friday, 11:30am. Politely asked if they had any specials and our server told us endless wings and steak fries Monday through Friday. Then she had to ask management and was told sorry she couldn't do that because it was a holiday. I thought okay that is okay I understand that. We were given dinner menus which have the higher prices. I ordered sticky finger dinner which comes with endless steak fries. I asked if we could get some fries to start. Again our server asked management and was told we had to have our order first. I refuse to give this store owner another dollar. Poor management and poor customer service. Stopped in because we were staying over night at the motel next door. Friendly service and tasty food. *If you love boneless wings, sticky was the way to go. *Def try the special sauce "creamy amazing!" Its there "Amazing Sauce" mixed with ranch. Its great with fries and wings. We ended up buying 3 bottles of the "Amazing Sauce" to take home. Def would go again if I came through Utah. read more

For being a little drive through place on a random highway, this place is pretty good. Place actually had a waiting list to get in. The dining area isn't very big, so it feels up fast. Employees are super friendly and helpful. I got the sticky fingers, only five, and only was able to finish four. It's super thick white chicken. Really good. The only thing I think is funny is when you're ordering wings, a half a pound is 5 wings, and a pound is 8. Not sure how the math works on that one. read more

Right next to the hotel I was staying at made it our dinner spot. They give u free popcorn, I ordered the Mahi Mahi and 8 wings. Was just ok, the fish was overcooked, fries were eh... the wings were nothing special. The waitress was extremely nice, that was worth 1 star! Lol... I felt so bad for her, she was a trooper. We chose Wingerz because of the proximity to the Hampton Inn, Richfield and was pleased with our experience today. As with any review, the experience is in direct relationship to the time, day and season. Our September 16th dinner at 4:45 pm was perfect for our visit as there was immediate seating, with a very attentive, sweet waitress named Ashley. Served with popcorn, we immediately put in our order. It took about 10 to 15 minutes to be served our dinner, but well worth the wait. The Cobb Salad was huge, filled with all fresh ingredients, that my husband and I split. There was soooo much grilled chicken among other usual additions...yum. We could have easily been satisfied with just that, but had ordered a Roadhouse burger also to be shared. Delicious and juicy cooked medium well, with great hot steak fries that stayed that way for quite a while. Large beer with more foam than I like and great fresh taste water (no aftertaste, yay) was our beverage choice. We got 10% off by showing hotel room key. Very satisfied all around. Guess the stars were aligned for a very good experience. read more

OMG! This was one of the worst meals I ever had. Steak was not tender at all. They advertised "Hand cut - USDA". I am sure the chef ended up in the hospital with a dislocated shoulder because it is almost impossible to "hand cut" this piece of meat. Salad had more water than dressing. Just want people to know about this location/chain in Richfield UT. I travel for business and have had plenty of wings i.e.. Hooters, Wingstop, Buffalo Wild Wings. Hands down these are the best ive had. I had the Rebel sauce and it was the perfect blend of Hot and sweet, normally I dont mix the two but man was it good. I also had the garlic fries and very good as well. Hats off to the staff. Kami a beautiful young women was a peach. She was very attentive and all around a good representive of what a dining experience should be. When i visit Richfield in the future I will definetly go back and try another menu item. read more
