I generally really like Wingers, which is rare for me and chain restaurants. Unfortunately, the location did not represent well for the org. It's not in a busy area and it was pretty empty when I at there around 2PM on a weekday. The food was decent, although I'd steer you away from their standard buffalo wings pretty hard. Just a tip to Wingers and any other restaurant: you're not just supposed to use straight Frank's Red Hot sauce or Durkee on your buffalo wings. You're supposed to add butter and garlic and maybe some Worcestershire Sauce and Basil. The straight sauce is way to vinegary. I ordered their bottomless chicken fingers lunch special and a diet coke. I was traveling so I was kind of in a hurry but the service was so slow that I was going 10 minutes between visits from my waiter. He was a friendly enough guy but if you order something that comes with refills, this is unacceptable. Maybe this is a policy thing for them to keep people from momentum-eating a lot of their stuff, but it's crap either way. I finally flagged him down after a long stretch during which he'd apparently completely forgotten about my last refill order and told him to pack it to go. He told me that he couldn't per policy. He reevaluated after I pointed out his poor service and asked to talk to a manager. In the end, I got that but it was a bad experience and I think I'll avoid this location on future road trips. read more

This review is for breakfast only. We were given a coupon by the hotel, for a free breakfast/drink per person at Winger's. Honestly, I was really impressed! Since we were on a long road trip and drove tons the day before, I woke up starving and craving pancakes. bacon and eggs. Well, that's exactly what they had on the menu and it was all really, really good! They even added fresh fruit. The wait was long, but only because a large group of Canadian tourists arrived right before we did and placed like 12 orders of food. Just bad timing! The waitress apologized and was really polite. If you're passing through, I highly recommend stopping here for a big (but not overly large) breakfast! It was perfect for the long day of driving ahead. read more

I have been to many wingers but the one in Moutain Home,ID is probably the best customer service that I have ever had at a Wingers. Amy full of energy, bubbly personality and the greatest customer service. Amy is the type of person that you want for the face of your business, I was just passing through never have stopped at this wingers but I am glad I did. Chicken was very dry, was given incorrect food and the server refused to bring the correct item, didn't bring water to refill our glasses until we were about the leave. We had already sat for 15 minutes with empty glasses and no server even paying us any attention. Very poor experience. Won't be back. read more

Travelled to Mountain Home, ID to visit some dear friends. They wanted to treat us to breakfast and we decided Wingers was the place to go. We arrived at 1030 about 30 minutes before lunch. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Everyone ordered their breakfast and I asked if I could order off the lunch menu. The waitress was very accommodating. I ordered the Fowl Cow burger and it was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The food was reasonably priced. I will definitely come back to this restaurant again. read more

We entered the restaurant and were told 5-10 min wait. Almost 30 min. Later we were seated. While waiting we counted about nine empty tables over half were clean. I ordered a margarita on the menu. I was asked what is that? I pointed to it on the menu and was told sorry new menu. I then watched the wait read attempt to make the drink she had never heard of before. I was Disappointed when it arrived. We ordered and waited almost an hour for our food to arrive. I ordered salmon tacos. They were cold. My husband ordered sticky tenders and garlic fries. They brought regular fries. They were like warm. We asked for garlic fries and they arrived like warm and soaked in grease. Super soggy. Not edible. While the staff was short, I can understand wait times. But poor quality of bringing Luke warm food to the table after that long of a wait. We also had to ask for water. We ordered to go last night and all but one item was incorrect. Ordered a cowboy burger with onion straws which were an upcharge and got a plain bacon cheeseburger with French fries. Ordered a side of rice, not in the bag, ordered the cake pops with bourbon sauce and got cake pops with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The only item correct was the plain wings! We really had a great Experiance at this restaurant. Just being off the highway, we were expecting something more divey. We were pleasantly surprised at the clean and safe feeling establishment. Everything was in great condition, and the staff was extremely friendly. We got seated immediately, and our waitress was with us within moments. We had a larger group, but she was more than willing to assist us. All of our food came out just as we ordered it and tasted fantastic. We travel from Twin Falls to Boise A LOT and we finally decided to stop at Wingers for dinner. We had a really great experience here on 2.13.15. We were seated quickly and our waitress Amber took really great care of us. It was quite busy, but we never once had a slow or "need a refill" moment. Thanks Amber for being so attentive and kind. The pancake deluxe breakfast and trash hash are worth the wait. The pancakes have a light and unique flavor, one I found to be very good. It's not your typically floury pancake, and the lightness is nice. Eggs and bacon were cooked to perfection. The trash hash had generous pieces of bell pepper, and the white gravy was excellent, thick, flavorful, with a hint of pepper. The sausage chunks in the hash were large, too. I had an over-easy egg on top, and everything melded together for a great breakfast with that oozy yolk running through the hash. Service was okay. The hostess seemed quite unhappy to see and seat us. Just not her day, I suppose. Our server, by contrast, was attentive and friendly. Food took a little longer than I would have liked. Pancakes typically crank out quickly, but ours apparently needed some extra special love. Luckily, there are several TVs (no sound), and I learned from a petroleum company while watching Fox News that coal is a really super clean energy source. read more

When we first arrived the restaurant they brought out popcorn?? That's a very weird starter to place out. So we ordered chips and dip. The chips were stale and the salsa was just bland. Our waitress brought out our starter and the food was terrible the wings were rubbery almost has if they were microwaved. I ordered the chicken rice bowl and there was more fried onions than rice and it was cold. Our waitress brought our food and was never seen again. I had to get up to the bar and ask for refills. 5 star food, 4 star service, but ZERO stars during this part of the COVID-19 pandemic for providing a safe atmosphere and facility in which to eat. I asked for one of the partitioned booths but was led to an open table instead.
