As a local, I used to always get KFC at this location, it's been around 5 years I stopped going, last time I went it took around 35 minutes for the food to be ready, the prices are definitely more expensive and sometimes their chicken is raw, if you are only having sides, they are good. read more

The service was so slow that we left without placing an order. It took 10 minutes for them to take the order of the guy in front of us. 10 minutes later he was still waiting and we left. The staff was prioritizing the drive through over the walk ups. read more

KFC Mountain Home provides poor service, horrible food and is extremely expensive for its' limited menu choices. Drive-up order frustrated by worker and manager who became rude and surly when asked specific questions about what came with posted menu items. Unable to read the posted menu due to weather-fading and lack of lighting. Fries were stale AND cold. Coleslaw was stale AND bad-tasting. Mashed potatoes were COLD and very peppery. Biscuits were COLD and stale. Chicken marginal quality. Two 'combo' meals cost over $25. This is the last time I take the time to spend our money at this food location. Disappointing and sad given our desire to spend our money local. read more

Chicken was old, fried twice, dried out. The biscuit was cold and stale. Didn't receive any honey, butter or hot sauce as requested. Better off going to Albertsons for fried chicken. So much better and faster. This isn't the first time I've had the same experience at the mtn home KFC before. Today was my last time. read more

Disappointed in Mountain Home KFC today. Ordered the 10 piece feast thighs and drums and was shorted three pieces of chicken. Only found out when I came home and took everything out to plate. Needless to say they aren't picking up the phone. Attention to detail and quality control for the staff. Retrain retrain retrain... Won't be coming here anytime soon. read more

Normally KFCs don't open until 1030am at the earliest but this one is open all the time! What a dream. Fast service and a great start to my morning :-) Also attached to a chevron so you can fill up on your gas before heading out on the road. read more

Nothin like some old bird to make the gut rock! Asked for extra crispy dark meat, got extra old mystery meat lol then when the total of my bill was different than what was posted on the menu I was told "guess that's inflation". Lol lucky the little fart had a cute smile or I might have argued. I would recommend continuing down the road for something better. read more

Worst KFC ever! They are usually so rude when you get to the drive through like you're a PIA to them. I'm not crazy about paying someone to be rude to me the minute I arrive. My friend orders a meal with no drink or cookie and asks to add a biscuit and they always charge for the extra biscuit and makes sure she knows there's no discount for the drink/cookie exclusion. Last time we were there we ordered 4 meals with no drinks or cookies and still got charged for the biscuit. Every other KFC she's been to swaps them straight across. They're still coming out on the better end of the deal and they then have a happy customer. read more

Ive had to wait for my order but I was ok with it because my food was hot and fresh. I would rather wait for my food and have it fresh than get it in a couple of mins and it not be good. Every time my family decides to go up to KFC, our experience is enjoyable. The staff is quick to get our order or help us find what we're looking for. They make sure we have what we need (sauces, forks, etc) and check in if we stay to eat in their store. If something needs cooked, their staff communicates a reasonable time and offers alternatives if we prefer. Once we get our food, it's delicious! It is served hot and has great flavor. We have our favorite orders and they never disappoint! read more

these shiesty rude ppl put any entire bone in thigh on my chicken sandwich and i almost broke my tooth. and i know exactly who gave me such poor terrible service its the same woman who's worked there for years and not one single thing about this place has improved. she was rude and impatient and we were the only people there. then we asked for two kinds of sauces and they only gave use one we asked for. honestly i've had so many bad experiences here but today biting into a bone and discovering it was a bone in thigh was horrible it was the only thing i'd been craving all day. just don't waste your time. not only are they going to be mad at you for ordering they'll intentionally give you something you didn't ask for. if i could give 0 stars i would. read more

Horrible customer service!!! I was ordering food and the gentleman taking my order had probably the worst attitude towards me for no reason!

Would give zero stars if I could. This evening at 5:09 I pulled up and ordered the 10 piece meal in crispy. I was told crispy wouldn't be ready for 15 minutes. So I go with original. I get to the window. Pay $30 for my meal. Then get told the timer was read wrong and it will be three minutes and to just pull around. I assume it's for the crispy like I had originally ordered. I pull around and wait about 15 minutes. Nobody comes out. I finally call the store after watching a few cars go through and just let them know I'm still waiting for my food. Katie said she walked out and didn't see me, and that she guesses she can bring my food out. She was very irritable from the time I ordered, spoke with her at the window and called and got her on the phone. She rudely hands me my food. I get home and my order is wrong and I wasn't given my half gallon of lemonade. I call and ask to speak to a manger, Katie answered and said she is the manager. I asked for my money back because the experience was terrible and my food was wrong and missing items. She said I'd need to come back and bring my wrong order to get my money. I said I'd like to speak with someone else. She very proudly gave me her "Boss's" number which was actually FAKE!!!!!! I will never go here again and have reached out to the corporate office!! I can not believe I was given a fake phone number. Truly disgusted with my experience with Katie. If that is her real name. Probably a fake name just like the fake number. Not impressed. read more

Worst service and help I have ever had from a food service establishment...called in and preorder chicken wings...no sauce no spice nothing correct...spent $48 for dinner for 3 st a drive through and they could not even get a pre order correct...I move families into Mountain Home...they will all be told "DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT OUR KFC"....there service and care SUCKS!!! I came at 8:30 through the drive through. The staff was so nice. They were quick and my food was fresh. What made it a really great experience is I didn't get my sauces but when I came back around and asked they were so nice, apologized and gave me extra sauce. Thank you! read more

I'm sure everyone knows what KFC is, but sometimes you're in the mood for that great tasting greasy fried chicken seasoned with the Colonel's secret 11 herbs and spices. This whole commercial area is set up for interstate travelers, so the facility is attached to Chevron and it's pretty clean and new lookling. read more

5 of us went into KFC at 9:15pm (close time of 10 pm per the website) and the employees said they were "out of chicken." Literally, this is a Kentucky Fried Chicken. It's not a big request to ask for chicken at a KFC! Anyways, they started making more chicken, then proceeded to totally mess up a 20 dollar fill up and a 5 dollar fill up. 6 chicken in an 8 piece fill up, no coleslaws, no mashed potatoes. Yikes. I've worked in the service industry for 10 years and this has been by far the worst experience. Whoever owns this particular KFC should be embarrassed. Took 10 minutes for the kid in the green shirt to even acknowledge the line. Took another 20 minutes to get our food. When I went up to ask, green shirt kid turned and walked the other way. And to top it off, it was the WRONG order! read more

this is the WORST KFC EVER. i can't tell you how many times ive been in there when they've actually told me that im going to have to wait ten minutes for chicken because they dont have any made. this is KFC!!!!! thats your sole purpose for existence - to make chicken!!! what the hell are the employees doing all day!?!??! also... i had a friend that worked there once that told me they used to go get rubber bouncy balls out of the game machine in the lobby and bounce them all around the kitchen. one time, one landed in the fryer so they LEFT IT THERE and it dissolved and then they cooked chicken in it. i have never ONCE had a satisfactory experience with this particular kfc. the sad thing is, i still eat there because its the only one within 60 miles and i LOVE kfc. read more
