It was cooked perfectly medium the way I ordered it, nice and pink throughout the center and a nice sear on the outside. I was prepared to be disappointed and eat my leftovers instead, but I was so pleasantly surprised! The salsa was also pretty good. I'm a Latina so I would've preferred it spicier, but it had a nice flavor to it.
