HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My check-in time was scheduled for…read more3:00 PM, but when I arrived at 4:00 PM, my room was not ready. I was initially told to wait, and when I returned at 4:15 PM, I was informed there had been an issue with another guest and that it would be another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, this delay extended significantly, and I did not receive access to my room until approximately 5:23 PM -- over two hours past the guaranteed check-in time. Traveling with a child made this delay even more difficult, and this level of inconvenience is unacceptable, especially for a stay that was LESS than 24 hours. My interaction with General Manager Nicole Jones was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and rude!! When I inquired about compensation for the delay and inconvenience, her response came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which only added to the frustration of the situation. To make matters worse, when I finally entered the room, it was not in acceptable condition. The carpet had visible stains, raising concerns about cleanliness and calling into question why the room required such an extended delay! Between the delayed check-in, poor room condition, and lack of appropriate customer service from management, I will NEVER be returning to this location.

I feel badly even writing this next part about our actual stay/room...but it has to be done. My hope is that improvements can be made so that others don't have to go through what we went through. We walked into our room and here's what we found: The toilet seat was up and there were old pee stains under the rim and old poop stains inside the toilet and a pubic hair on the back of the bowl. The toilet seat was also dirty, as was the tank lid. There was a spider crawling behind the towels. The bedside tables had sticky residue on them. The alarm clock looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and was covered in dust. The bathroom door looked like it had dripped coffee dried on it. There was old hair in the bathtub. The bathroom countertops and trim were covered in a film of dust and crust. I ended up getting some cleaning supplies from our car and cleaned our room!!!! I almost couldn't stay there but we did not want to cause trouble. Also, we didn't trust that if we asked to change rooms that a new room would be any better. This is not the kind of thing that's random in a hotel; this is major problem kind of thing. We have never, ever, ever endured this type of dirtiness at a hotel and it's going to take a while to get over it.

I couldn't believe this place has been updated! The bathroom was awful! Couldn't believe what it looked like barely and room to open door to go to bathroom, shower/ tub old and to me looked dirty. Not enough towels and they were bad too . The mattress had plastic on it or a mattress cover like plastic on it. The curtains wouldn't close all the way so it let light in. The view from window looked gross and unsafe. The walls in the room needed cleaning! So I can only imagine what the carpet needed. The employees I came a cross were nice enough. I would not recommend this place at all! We checked out of this. No refund because bought through Expedia. Stayed 1 of 4 days.

I work for a major Pest control company so I know what they are.

I've been staying at the Country Inn and Suites in Lagrange, GA almost every week for several…read moremonths. This is a really nice place to stay. The guests range from construction workers to business executives, but all of the long term and frequent guests get to know each other and socialize together. As a frequent traveler and visitor to the Lagrange area, I enjoy staying at a place that feels like home. The general manager (Donnie) and his team really go out of their way to be accommodating and to make their guests feel special. The hotel isn't fancy, but it's extremely clean and comfortable. Any issues or concerns are addressed promptly and I've never known of a security issue or problem. If you are visiting the Lagrange area, either on business or pleasure, I recommend the Country Inn and Suites. Just don't take my room! I'm going to need it because I'll be back soon.

I had the room for 7 hours was sleep in it for 3 hours it was 3 o'clock in the morning when I noticed I was being bitten in my sleep and i I woke up called the front desk they basically said they could just put me in a different room. They had no comment on the bugs and bites. I say please have someone come with you to check the room before you accept it. I have pictures and videos. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

It's also about a 10 minute drive to the great wolf lodge. There is not a breakfast buffet , but if you pay for. Breakfast add on with your room, you are able to get breakfast. I stayed two nights and got yogurt parfaits both days for $13, which was kind of wild. The room was clean and updated. The only other downside was the train that runs through the night, and cars racing. It was hard to get a good night sleep. Not the hotels fault, but something to keep in mind. One night my tv was glitching, but it ended up fixing itself. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

Our last visit we had a minor cleaning issue, however, we were still comfortable. This location is right in the center of LaFayette Square, so shopping, dining, a park, and entertainment are all within 5 mins walking distance. Parking is FREE in a garage attached to the hotel. There is an on-site sports bar, and other amenities such as a pool, and gym. The staff is always helpful and pleasant, which is important to us as a family. We really enjoy visiting this hotel everything we come to LaGrange!
