We've eaten here twice before and it was good both times, but one thing we noticed is if you order the chicken sandwich with no spice, it's basically flavorless. When you order it mild, it's super spicy but packed full of flavor so we choose to go with mild when we get the chicken sandwiches. Tonight my husband went to pick up an order (this would be our third order) and we ordered the buy 6 get 6 boneless wings deal and 2 chicken sandwiches in mild heat. When my husband got home (after the restaurant had already closed) we both took a bite of our sandwiches only to notice they're completely flavorless. So they must've given us the "no spice" option despite us placing the online order for MILD chicken sandwiches. And they're closed now so we can't go back and get new ones, we can just toss these in the trash and spend more money getting something with actual flavor. I'm extremely disappointed and we won't be disappointing. The ONLY reason I pay the ridiculous price of $10.50 PER sandwich is because the mild flavor is so good and flavorful. So to receive an absolutely flavorless chicken sandwich with little to no coleslaw on it knowing we spent over $21 on these is incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, the order took 20 minutes longer than the quoted online time. We were given 2 free chicken sandwich coupons I guess as compensation for the insane amount of time it took, but I won't even be back to use them now that I know it most likely won't be made correctly anyway. Also, the cashier argued with my husband stating he was lying and did not order a drink because their system on their end "wasn't showing a drink" on our order. My husband showed him his phone screen with his order clearly stating a drink, and then the cashier MAGICALLY found the drink listed on the order on his register after that. The wings were also cold when we tried them. They were probably sitting there while they were making chicken sandwiches, although those were cold as well. Overall an extremely expensive lesson to never visit this establishment again. Definitely want a refund. read more

We placed an order through the wingzone site, since the offer was for free 6 piece with your order online. We had ordered delivery through DD previously, loved the food, but were trying to use the merchant site instead. The merchant engaged an Uber driver to deliver our 83USD meal. Order was supposed to arrive with Angelica C. as the driver. Time went by, first 30 minutes, then an hour, then 1.5 hours and we called the driver (no reponse) then called WingZone, where two staff members were sympathetic (sorry, but happens, we cant reorder and cant refund) and helped where they could. Referred that they had contacted their manager who told them to get to Uber. UberEATS didn't help the order originator (WZ) and yet, they told me to call UberEATS and explain. 45 minutes on UBER chat and two agents later, UBER said that we would have to be logged in in order to help (what? We were logged in on CHAT with them) Of course there is no record of our order (since we had not place the UBER delivery order - it was WZ.) so UBER refers me back to WZ. The 83 dollar lesson is that there is no recourse or replacement or service given. Meanwhile, I find that the reverse lookup of the UBER driver is a fake scammer number. And, no ID is required to just walk up and say they are UBER for this order. The manager has since stepped up to help the customer. Meanwhile the order was delivered to some thieves. read more

We went to this location on Super Bowl Sunday about an hour before game start. We were thinking it was going to be packed and there would be a long wait. We received our order in less than ten minutes. All customers were quickly taken care of. A pleasant surprise for efficient and excellent service on Super Bowl Sunday. Idk what they did to all the sauces but the options are very limited now. I rather go back to wingstop across the street. I tried a couple samples of the new sauces and they stink had to get regular bbq. Th reason i like wingzone so much was because the diversity of sauces u can get, that weren't like other wing places. Just tried this place for the first time today and I got the Louisiana lemon pepper and the garlic Parmesan and honestly these were some salty wings , so were the fried pickles. The only flavors we enjoyed were the Thai chili and liquid gold wings. The service was good and the vibe was there the only problem was the salty food. read more

As for the Wings we tried a few flavors. There was no difference between the Buffalo Bliss and Buffalo Ranch. I really enjoyed the Garlic Parmesan flavor. The fries were cover in powered sugar. Was not a fan of that. read more

Ordered online and the pick up time was way off. Arrived on time and staff said 5 more minutes, it was actually 15! No real apology for the wait. Finally get my food and the bone in wings weren't fully cooked, slimy inside. The sauce was separating in the bottom of the styrofoam, was it just thrown together? Either way not a fan. The fries were fresh but unfortunately they tasted like the funnel fries minus the sugar, do you guys not cook them separately & use the same oil? Tasted like I was eating at a carnival. Again not a good look for a new wing spot. There's a wingstop under construction across the street, may need to just wait for them to open. Wings are ok. I got a dozen bone in extra hot. If you like spicy hot you will be disappointed, they are med-hot at best. Texture is also just ok, wings should be crunchy while also being wet with sauce. These were slightly moist and had very little crunch left.
