I Said as much money as we have spent at your store if you remake the order my daughter will come and pick it up. She said no we can't just give out free food. Ask to speak to the manager and she told me to call at 7:00am. Wouldn't give me her name.. my daughter called back later cause she is the one that placed the order and she works for DD so she was trying to tell her what she needs to do on her end so DD will stop sending drivers and Culver's telling them they do not have an order under that name. We are up to 6 different drivers because they get dinged if they go ver a certain amount of time to pick an order up. Long story short Culver's was not handling their end correct. My daughter ask her her name, she refused, then ask to speak to a manager She stated she was the manager and she didn't have to give her name.. ok so next after I eat something I'll be looking for a district manager to talk to. If you can't be honest and give your name you're not trust worthy and very unprofessional. She hung up on me and hung up on my daughter.
