Plus they paid before being told this so now they are stuck in a position to ask for a refund or wait it out. I told them to ask for the refund because it's a matter of disrespect to be told in an unapologetic manner that your food isn't prepared and wait longer. My father in law has a bad back and can't stand for long so waiting was not possible. When he asked for a refund the girl said she could not do it right now and handed him a slip which I guess was supposed to be an I owe you. They really need to work on their customer service and calculate wait times better. I will not be patronizing this location again.
