I've been here now a couple of times and I got to say this is the best place for wings and tenders. The meat is so fresh and not greasy at all. If you have lucky children they will be sure to like the chicken tenders. The workers are always friendly the couple of times I've been and on the phone. They were also fast at getting my order together. Always fresh. The place is small, but there is a couple of chairs to eat there, but definitely more a grab and go. read more

The quality of the chicken is excellent and clean! They were running a promotion where you could get six wings and receive six additional wings for free. I ordered the Hot Honey BBQ and Awesome Sauce, both of which I highly recommend! They also offer a hot sauce called "Hot AF," which you should definitely try on the side; it has a nice kick to it. read more

Ok so let me start by saying the service was good. The ambiance was welcoming and clean the food however...I DO NOT recommend. My husband and I tried several different items on the menu. The fries were the only edible items but they lacked seasoning. We had cheese fries and garlic parm fries. We also ordered the OG sandwich and it was definitely refried and old. I mean we could smell the old grease as soon as we picked the sandwich up. The taste was HORRIBLE. Definitely had to spit it out. We also tried the honey bbq wings, sweet chili wings and chicken n waffle wings. None of the wings were seasoned and none of them were freshly fried either. Unfortunately, we can't recommend Wing Snob to anyone and we won't be back. It's a shame because the service was good. read more

Service was good, but honestly everything was decent BUT the WINGS ! The cornbread is by far the best side on the menu, really really good. Tried the OG sandwich and the chicken was ok, tasted refried and it was a pretty small patty compared to the bun which is kind of disappointing when you look at the picture on the menu wall it looks like a pretty big sandwich. Wing Snob is our go-to place for wings, we've never had a problem with the food, always hot and fresh. Occasionally during big events they WILL be busy and sometimes the eta is off, so plan accordingly. Most of the sauces are good and honestly their "boneless" chicken wings are damn near chicken tenders size. read more

Owner and staff are super nice and they really do have better wings then anywhere else. Usually when you get a boneless wing anywhere else it feels like scraps but here you get nice big pieces and I love their dry rubs. Alongside that their fries are one of the best and their corn bread is super good too! I recommend this over and over again. read more

I love the set up and that they have gluten free options!!! This is a huge win, I'm hoping they add more sauces for those of us who eat gluten free. My mom LOVED their wings when she had them and she would never lie about food. I guess I'm a wing snob tho and here's my reasoning: Mango Habanero sauce consistency was A1, the spice was non existent and I could truly taste the mango. A lil more spice would be nice. Buffalo sauce had its normal flavor BUT the only kick it had was due to the amount of salt in the sauce. There could've been more sauce on them, I wouldn't have complained. Ranch was watery but not so watery that all of it drips off the wings, it held on pretty well. I'll be back because the wings were cooked PERFECTLY. Sauces could use some work. read more

This is the best wing place in Michigan. From the wings to the customer service, it's better all around. The guy who took my order up front today, Sebastian, was very nice and very patient with me as it was my first time. He recommended me very good flavors which were awesome sauce wings and garlic parm fries. The boneless wings were huge and juicy and the fries were amazing with that garlic parm. Horrible experience at this Wing Snob! This would have been my first visit to a Wing Snob since it was highly recommended by a co-worker as a great place to get wings. I work in West Bloomfield, so I was going to go the closest location to me in Southfield. On the App, it shows the 10 traditional wings cost $10.99. ok fine, sound about right. I got in my car asked Google for directions to the closest Wing Snob, and for whatever reason, it took me to this one in Commerce instead (about a mile farther, but that's fine). I figured all the WIng Snobs were the same with the same menus-guess not... When I go to order the 10 wings I was told it would now cost $15.99...33% more??? are you kidding me. I showed the manager woman the App to prove my case, showed her the $10.99, she acknowledged it, and she absolutely didn't care, and said they must have different prices in Southfield. This is shameful! I literally PROVED to her the published price from another Wing Snob in the area and she still said too bad, so sad. I immediately left angry and told her I would not be back, and she said sarcastically, ohhhkaaay. Wow! Unbelievable bad service. read more

Staff puts the snob in Wing Snob. Despite stating product availability over the phone, they won't accept "wingday," or any orders over the phone and their online service isn't working. We tried ordering on 4 different devices, and got same message, "product not available at this location." When I called, the woman at Commerce store told me "tough luck". To start, the customer service and the owner Joe makes the experience very pleasant to start. Staff is very welcoming, and passionate to deliver excellent, fresh food & most importantly that delicious desert! Now for the food: 10/10. Every time I go, I try to try new flavors but it is hard because the ones previously tried were so good!! Not even to mention the same flavors and more are available on the delicious fries. At first I thought getting take out would ruin the taste of the wings/fries, but they surely don't. Food is fantastic. Tried this out today as I love wings. Sadly, I will never return. Ordered in house and waited. People were nice and even gave my kid a free piece of cheesecake (thanks again!) but this place just isn't good. First off, EXPENSIVE. 10 tenders, side of fries, three drinks and 10 wings =$50! Next, sauces are so subpar. Garlic parm tastes like straight melted butter and greasy. Tangy bbq is eh... orders the jerk sauce on my traditional wings but didn't get that sauce for some reason. The ranch is watery and dill flavor heavy. Honey bbq is gross. Just subpar all the way around. Tenders were undercooked and soggy. They throw the fries in with the wings so those are extra limp and soggy. Tried to use some sauce at home to make my wings taste better; bad mix there too. Wish it was better but it's not. This is my first time visiting this wing-snob location and it was a great experience. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the owner of the entire company and the owner of this location (Ray). Both gentlemen were very friendly and had plenty of respect for their customers. Mr. Shounia (owner of wing-snob) talked to me while I was waiting for my food and asked if I have tried their new chicken sandwiches. I chose 3 sandwiches off of the menu to try. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the sandwich and the quality. The bread was soft and buttery, the chicken was crispy and juicy, and the sauces were flavorful. I had the Texan, Buffalo ranch, and what I believe is the original with slaw. We also had 30pc wings (mango habanero, lemon pepper rub, and garlic parm). I usually order my wings well done but these wings were perfect. The seasoning and sauce amount was nice and the wings were super crisp and juicy. I also ordered a large sweet corn. The corn was not a winner. It had a canned taste to it and was just not enjoyable. Overall the experience was great and the food was great also. Definitely coming back read more

Ordered & paid for 60 wings the day before Super Bowl. Pickup time was suppose to be 530. Arrived & walked into complete chaos. There was probably 50 people waiting for their food. I finally got my food @ 630 only to find out when I get home that the order was wrong. read more

I ordered on a friday evening, and the staff was super nice, so I thought that was a good start. However, when getting into the food the wings were just not good. They were SUPER dried out, tough, and some pieces tasted like old chicken. I kept thinking "maybe I just got a bad wing" but they were all like that. I was bummed that as pricey as it was they just weren't worth it at all. The french fries were fine, but that kind of doesn't matter when the wings suck, you know?
