This location has never missed the sauces, I always get them when I add it to my order. I'd also like to make an honorable mention that the food is always neatly placed in the bags, and the bag is always sealed with a sticker. This is perfect. Today I actually ordered at the register, and the woman read back my order not only as I was telling her what I wanted, but after it was all complete too! She triple checked that she placed in the order as I asked. Portillos does this at their drive thru, and it's an amazing reassurance for the customers. It's always pretty cold inside which is actually nice, because it's summer and I've never been in a colder restaurant before! The inside is always kept clean, especially their drinks station. The only thing I always find odd about this location is that they don't have a garbage can, so if you eat inside you have to throw away your garbage outside, which is shared by the neighboring Dunkin.
