Frankly, the service was better than the 2017 review but please we should not have to leave the table and walk into another area of the restaurant to find our server to ask to have our water glasses refilled. And, the kid from the land of the dead whom I at first thought was a customer lost attempting to find his parents was actually an employee. Someone at my table suggested I ask him for a refill of the water as he slowly walked by in a half stupor but I said "If he worked here he'd at least remove the completed soup bowls from our table (They remained until the entire meal was finished.)." I discovered later when he returned to clean a table top that he actually was an employee who might have been trained to notice diners in need of water or he could have actually said "Good evening, I have noticed your water glasses have nothing in them ... might I refill them for you?" But, then again perhaps its institutional policy.
