Bayou Bone-In Wings and Turkey Burger
    Joshelyn ..

This is my brother's spot and it has now become my brother, mom's, and my hangout spot. We love coming here to hang out especially to watch Saturday and Sunday games. I always get wings and a turkey burger because they make a good one! Not many places can! For this to be a bar with most bar food being standard, the bar food is actually really really good. The wings are ALWAYS juicy, and fried to perfection and a definite must have. The wings come with celery and carrots which is always a plus for me (and my mom lol). The food portions are huge and you're going to be full, and if not, the prices are reasonable so indulge if needed. The drinks are great and their specials are the same. Lots of TVs, great service with great servers and bartenders, a real down-to-earth, chill environment. I see why my brother loves this place.

The tiniest chicken strips I've ever seen, with barely any flavor.

Sometimes I'm in the mood for chicken strips, but I won't be back here if I am. These were the tiniest, most flavorless little chicken strips I've had yet. Do better Wing Factory. Two stars for the friendly service at least, but overall I was robbed, lol!

My son is home from an Army training for the weekend. I offered to cook and he says, naw Mom, I want some wings. We called up my daughter to meet us a JR Crickets on South Cobb and when we got there, there wasn't anywhere to park, so we left and came here. We arrived on a Thursday night around 8ish or so and they were beginning a trivia night. I had so much fun. My kids are in their 30's so to see how our brains meshed together was the best a mom could hope for. We ended up in 5th place outta 12 teams and neither of us has done a trivia night before, so it was a great family moment. Also there is a 20% discount for military. USA USA!! I had something called hotyakilemon and let me tell you. Go with it. The waitress who was a pure sweetheart says she doesn't like the fries and suggested going with the tater tots. I, like the Leo I am, went with the onion rings. I was hugely disappointed and after eating tots off everyone else plate, I say get the tots. I also had the garlic Parmesan wings, they too were good , it didn't have any parm sprinkled on it so i guess its what people call a wet sauce. We ended up with a $87 tab after the discount for 3 wing combos, 5 beers, 2 titos on the rocks, a 4 piece tenders, and 2 margaritas. You'd have to do the math, but I think we came out with about average pricing for this sorta place and had a nice laid back time doing so.

The wings here are underrated, but man are they great, the service here is good and efficient. The chilli is awesome as well. It's always clean and and quiet when I come. I'll definitely be back

I really love ordering their fish and chips on DoorDash because it's the best! They have tater tots as well and they're delicious. We tried the blackened fish tacos and they were phenomenal. The Greek salad was so fresh and the portion was large. They provided all of the napkins, wipes, and condiments. The peach cobbler is to die for! Tons of peaches and lots of cinnamon! I'm a big fan of the wing factory and I don't even order wings most of the time!

I'll start by saying that hands down, Wing Factory has the best wings and sauces in Smyrna. Let's fight about! So, you are probably wondering why they have 4 stars instead of 5 if they truly have the best wings in the area...and I respect that call out - simply put, the service on my visits to the restaurant have never been the best, actually underwhelming to be honest. I have ordered delivery, pick up and dined in at this located, which is located on Cumberland Boulevard, near the intersection of Spring and near the Chuck E Cheese. My delivery and pick up orders are always absolutely perfect from the delivery time, to food quality to service at the counter or at my door. However, my dine in experiences have always left something to be desired. Every time I have dined in, we have sat in the dining room area and it always seems that there is just one server for the entire area, which isn't fair to them or the customers. I mean, there are easily 15 tables in that section - way too much for one person to handle! I will say that the server always does their best, so we make sure to take care of them appropriately, but we definitely feel like the restaurant sets them up for failure with that whole area! Enough about the service, you are here to read about the food - more specifically the wings! The cool thing I LOVE about Wing Factory is that in addition to selling by the number, they also have great combos such as the 4x4, which is 4 wings plus 4 tenders, tossed in your sauce of choice served with a side. In addition they have a 4 piece, 8 piece and 10 piece combo. The 8 piece is usually where I land with all 8 hot-lemonyaki. Y'all...the hot lemonyaki is where it's at!!!!! This sauce is sweet, sticky, spicy, warm and certainly delicious from first picking up the wing to the last lick of your fingers! If I am ever wanting a dry rub, I will throw half my wings to lemon pepper, as you can never go wrong with the classic! Side wise I am a full out tot man - but, their lemon pepper fries are nothing to shake a finger at! I have ventured outside of wings to the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. You can get it tossed in the sauce of your choosing and sided with what you desire, mine was clearly tots! Be warned, this sandwich is HUGE! It comes with two nice pieces of crispy and coated chicken breasts on a versatile kaiser roll. I added cheese to mine, only because I am extra :) Overall, I love Wing Factory and it will remain my go-to for wings and things. If you can locate this location, stop in - if you cant, have it delivered!

Stopped coming here for a while because I had moved. Well I'm back and the quality is the same! Upgraded my review to 5 stars for consistency.

    Size of bone in wings

Horrible So small that there is no meat. Short counted. Ordered crispy so absolutely petrified when they are this small. What a disappointment

NFL Thursday Night Football + Wong Factory = A Perfect Combo..... Wing Factory is on Uber Eats and proved to be a delicious treat. Food was prepared and delivered timely. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap with onion rings, inferno chicken tenders with fries, and a buffalo chicken wrap with a side of mac n cheese. The portions were filling and the wraps were delicious. Be warned that their sauces are indeed spicy hot but worth it. Check out my pictures below. I plan on visiting this place on a Sunday and chowing down on some wings with friends. Overall, this is a hidden gem of Smyrna/Cumberland area.

Great wings! Lots of options for those who love spicy, and those who like bland. Service is great but you need to go up and remind them. Trivia is fun! Big screen tvs football, wrestling and sports on focus.

Food: 5/5 We decided to try a leisurely lunch. The menu is not large, but it has enough variety to be interesting. Everything we tried was delicious. The smoked salmon appetizer portion was large, but the best part was the great flavor. I can see why this choice has been on the menu for years. The Vidalia onion soup will be a surprise for the non-Georgians who expect it to be similar to a savory beef broth like French onion soup. Georgia's onions from the Vidalia area are sweet and tasty enough to carry the soup without the help of a meat broth and the green pesto sauce offers a nice additional touch. The salmon on fresh salad was done perfectly. The panka-crusted cod with mashed potatoes and spinach was outstanding. Both were seasoned so lightly that the true flavors shone through. The portions were generous enough that dessert at the time would have been too much, but others can do as we did and take home one of the dessert choices. Next time we plan to try their sandwiches which looked yummy at other tables. Service : 5/5 Service was excellent from the pleasant greeting, through the entire meal. Our server, Clayton, couldn't have been more helpful with the menu, as well as being very efficient and amiable. He made sure our food was served promptly and our beverages glasses were full, and our requests were met quickly. Facility: The facility lends itself to the riverside experience from the canoe in the entryway ceiling to the flowers and bird feeders just beyond the patio tables. The white tablecloth ambiance informs you that this isn't a fast-food experience. There are tents set aside in a more private are of the garden as a lovely venue for special events Location : This isn't a quick roadside stop next to a 6-lane highway. Even though the restaurant is convenient to dine in an Atlanta suburb, the roads to the restaurant wind and meander for a short distance through one of the prettiest neighborhoods, with a canopy of large old trees, with lovely fences, hedges, and gates lining the road. There is courteous valet parking at the front door. The restaurant is not inexpensive but it is well worth the prices paid, in our opinion.

I'd understand if they stated it online or somewhere but they decide each evening whether or not they will take any takeout orders and then only way to find out is by calling. This is incredibly frustrating because you can't plan or count on being able to get food from there and with a menu as expensive as theirs that's just unacceptable, in my opinion. My impression is that they are stuck in the 1980s around when they opened and don't want to update the experience. Hence their post strict dress code and arbitrary takeout policy.

Coming into it, around early dinner time hour, it was fair to say a slow evening for a Saturday. This provided us a fair chance to be able to not feel rushed during this experience. Server and food runners were on point. Server knew the menu and what to suggest as popular meals and what his favorites were. He also informed us that food was made from scratch and the ribs were already sold out! Bummer as that would've been a go to choice! The restaurant it self seemed cleaned and a sleek look to it. We chose 2 fried chicken meals and steak and frite. These dishes were to brag about 100%, wish I could've met the head chef and supervisor on shift to let them how wonderful the food was and that the staff have great personality and professional! This chicken meals were beyond what could've fool me as a homemade chicken made by someone's grandma! The steak was cooked to perfection that could've melted in your mouth.
