My yep fam! If you've been following me you know it is very rare that I provide low ratings to the places I try, but this time is different and I have to keep it real. Yesterday I decided to try a new restaurant. I looked at a few of the reviews but couldn't really get a sense of what the consensus was ( I normally stay away from these locations) but I was like " let's give it a try" if you've been following me for awhile you know my motto. I always order the basics, if you can't get that right, I probably won't like anything else. I decided to order a combo ( lemon pepper), it came with fries and a drink. The guy that took my order was nice. I must say, my time here, the service was always pleasant. They have a number of drinks you can choose from. A few of the fountain soda choices were out of order. They also had fountains with fruit punch, lemonade and another drink. There was a restroom inside but that too was out of order. So the food. At first glance the food looks good. The first fries I ate here really good, hot, firm and good like most crinkle fries. As I moved to the middle, they were hard so I didn't finish them. I then ate a few of the wings. The first two were great. As I got to the middle the wings were dried out and tough, like they had been in the grease to long.. couldn't eat it. I paid 13.99 for the food, but couldn't enjoy it. I wasn't able to finish it. The drink I got from the fountain was flat. :( I really wanted to like my first experience but I didn't. Will I be back ? Love the wings here. This place is located in the Delk Square shopping center with a few other shops like a Metro PCS store and a barber shop. I usually get the 6 piece, hot + lemon pepper, fried crispy. I think they charge a small fee for all flats. I usually pay around $9 for the combo which includes a canned drink or a fountain drink. For COVID-19, they aren't allowing dine in and the employees wear masks. They also have a fiberglass window up to protect the cashier and the customer. They need an online ordering system though and I'll give them an additional star if they get up and running. read more

This is unquestionably the worst Touchdown wings of them all. I have tried the touchdown wings in Hampton, Douglassville, Fairburn and now this one. Hey, I like touchdown for my wings. I was in Marietta and decided to pick up some wings on my way home to the south side. I placed my order and paid the little extra for all flats. I get home and the wings are not all flats. They had placed the drums at the bottom, hidden under the flats. I called the restaurant to complain about the drums I were given. I cannot believe the rude man that answered the phone. He looked up my order, acknowledged the order and admitted that he made it wrong but refused to offer a refund or make it right. He then hung up the phone. I called back and he hung up again. All of this because he refused to take ownership of his mistake. The customer service at this place is horrendous. I will continue to get my wings from other touchdown wings but it will be a cold day in hell before I give any money to this location that lacks basic customer service and thinks it is okay to be rude to paying customers. Got my order lady was rude as hell and didn't understand what I was trying to tell her, kept ringing my order up wrong, the fries were gross and soggy the tenders were dry as fuck and had no type of flavor. $50 for 2 meals?! First time I had the wings they were good, second and third time they tasted weird like the sauce buckets hadn't been cleaned. When they first started selling Philly egg rolls I was excited cause they were good and a decent price, but now whoever makes them doesn't seem to care as they taste unseasoned and don't have the same amount of meat and cheese. Was recommended by my roommate and was astounded how good it was. My father got a philly combo and lemon pepper wings, my roommate had the cajun wing combo, and I had the hot wing combo. We all loved it! My father said the wings were the beat lemon pepper wings he had in a looooong time. I tried one cajun wing and it was delicious. Then I tried my hot wings. I gotta tell ya, it was delicious! And it was HOT! Holy crap it was the perfect amount of spice. Great job all around! The cooks made great food, and the lady at the front did a great job taking our orders and others' orders as well. Just left this establishment and had a horrible experience. I was overcharged and simply asked for the cashier to check my check and everything went left. WHERE TO BEGIN???? Today I ordered a 2 piece Whiting combo to go for lunch and upon opening the box what I found was absolutely inedible. The fish was bad and smelling, the actual meat itself was tan and stringy. And even the fries couldn't be salvaged as some were incredibly undercooked. Today I wanted to get some wings so I ordered the spicy teriyaki and the honey bbq. They told me it would be 15 mins. When I arrived I had to wait an additional minute or two. I get home and open the food to eat it 7 minutes away. The wings are hard and old. Like they just put sauce in wings that were already sitting there.
