I called them at least 15 times during the course of my 20 drive to the restaurant. Then I tell them the phone off the hook they just looks at me. They didn't apologize or even come up with some lame ass excuse!!!! Then I noticed they was having issues with the credit card machine ( as usual) so I asked before I ordered. The cook was like "yeah it's tripping right now" I turned around and walk way. Went down the street to Good Times. I received better service, good food at a cheaper price! I supported Kings Diner for a long time, 2 years or more but they've lost my business permanently. The food is good but the service is horrible so that makes it all NOT WORTH IT! Even the cashier at Good Times said verbatim " The service at Kings Diner is horrible". I personally think the owner or management need to fire all those ghetto hood rats and get New help.
