We ordered garlic Parmesan strips and shrimp, both were just Parmesan. The strips were over cooked and hard dry. We also paid for extra ranch and didn't get them. This particular wing Daddy's has been on a steady decline. If you want wing Daddy's, go to a different location. This is the 3rd they've done a sub standard job for us so we won't be returning to this location. read more

Was here last week. Sat at the bar and ordered a Shock Top and some boneless wings, with Cajun sauce. I ended up getting regular wings instead of boneless. I decided to go for it since the only reason I order boneless is because I end up wearing most of the food otherwise. I couldn't really identify the sauce as "Cajun". I think they may have gotten the sauce wrong as well, it tasted like a regular hot sauce. The wings were lying in a puddle of sauce, I guess at least they weren't stingy with it. Seriously WTF?? Before I go on my rant, I do want to say that our waitress Yvonne was awesome and she is not at fault. Myself and two coworkers had lunch here and for the most part the food was good and Yvonne gave great service. Where things go wrong is when the manager on duty comes to our table after we are done eating and tells us that their credit card machines are down and if we have cash to pay for the meal. Well none of us had cash on hand and let him know that. Instead of providing and option the dude books it and doesn't come back. He then leaves is waitress in an uncomfortable position to ask us to leave our id's with her and go to the ATM. We honestly should have just gotten up and left however we are not scum bags. We helped the waitress create a cash app account and paid her that way. The fact that manager had to put his employee in an uncomfortable position like that is ridiculous. He should have just comped our $24 dollar meal and called it a day. You're in the service industry buddy! You need to give a better experience to your customers and employees. I have come here on multiple occasions and have had poor service. Last time I was here I didn't even want to eat my food because it was cold and unsatisfying. But we came back again tonight and I'm not sure if something is up but keep up the outstanding work! Food was quick and fresh, waiter was always checking on us, multiple managers walking around helping out and being friendly, and our server even let us try the sauces which has never been asked before! Recently due to circumstances regarding COVID-19, Wing Daddy's is doing major takeout and I personally go one wednesday's to order the $1 strips in increments of 5. Like almost 2 weeks ago I ordered 15 strips for my family and when I came home, I only had 12. So I thought I'd go again for the $1 strips but this time ordering 10 for me and my wife and we only had 9. Very disappointed. read more

Used to come here back when I lived in El Paso so when I came to visit for the holidays this Christmas I was craving some of their wings. The service used to be on point and the food used to come out hot and fresh. Used to is the main focus here . It must be under staffed or under new management cause this place really sucks. I mean that in the most sincere way possible I waited 45 minutes for a 20 piece order of wings. The waitress kept on telling me they would be out soon and I finally had to just get up and say I was going to leave. The worst part was they where not even packed and the people that where there where mostly drinking and trying to hit on the waitresses. I told the manager I was leaving and to cancel my order but he first wanted to tell me that wings usually take long to make and that i should wait for my order like it was my fault. I let him know I wasn't in the mood and told him I had no interest in waiting almost an hour for my order he immediately was upset and told one of the waitresses to try and sell my order to another table. This particular location has some serious organization and management issues I see it only getting worse for them and feel sorry for the owner !!! read more

I've been to 2 I've these wing daddy's locations, wanted to give it a try because I love wings. First time I ate here I got sick, years ago. Decided to try it out again, and I'm sick for a 2nd time from this restaurant. Service was horrible. Our waitress didn't bring us the "sloppy fries" we ordered, and she charged us for them on our tab. When we told her we never reccieved them, she didnt even appologize. Called in for carryout and arrived when they told me to. Place was SUPER LOUD, packed and a crowd was gathered at the door. (Friday night). Told them I was there for carryout and they went and checked. I waited 25 minutes and was asked 3 more times by different servers/bar if I needed anything. Finally told them to forget it and I was almost to my car when one of them came out and said my food was ready. So I went back in and it took another 10 to get the food and pay for it. First time at Wing Daddy's and I have to say, the food was awesome. BUT...a big BUT...the waitress was HORRIBLE! Never checked on my friend and I, never even spoke a work just nodded her head and continually walked away and didn't even acknowledge us when we asked for something. Really Disappointing used to go to this location and after my visit on 11/16/2013, will no longer do so. We sat at the bar and was really pleased that the Amber on draft was actually cold however, bartendress took 50 minutes to get us our nachos and never acknowledged us again. I've eaten at this location several times experiencing great customer service and quality food. But lately that has gone down. They're Chipotle raspberry wings are always the best. But that is the only thing that has been good so far lately. On my last experience, we went in, the restaurant was semi full. It was a Saturday so normally there's the usual college football crowd. When I sat down I asked for a shock top and was given that without any hesitation. We ordered fried pickles which seemed pretty dry. Then we placed an order for 30 wings and it nearly took him almost 20 to 30 minutes to serve them to us. If we weren't having such a conversation I wouldn't have noticed how long it took the wings to get here. At first we had a manager come up and says our wings were on their way. We kept up our conversation and we're watching the games on TV then my wife told me to to see what was taking our order so long our waitress comes up and tells us I'm going to go ahead and get your food. Montwood location by far is the worst horrible service waitress always get orders wrong, take forever on refills and bringing food. STAY AWAY from this location. I use to love this place the portions have gotten a lot smaller so its not worth the hassle. read more

The food is delicious but the service is terrible. The waitresses are more worried about talking to each other and not so much about their customers. I had hot wings and I had to wait over 10 minutes for a water refill. You have to pay $.69 for ranch which is ridiculous. They hardly have any high chairs which really made it difficult to eat. I wasn't able to find the Lee Trevino location on yelp. That location is the best store I've been to here in El Paso. My husband and I sat at the bar and had excellent service from the bartender. I believe her name is Vivian. I have to say she gave us a better dining experience then most restaurants! The food and drinks are great!
