Most recently, I let an individual know I found a fairly large selection of products that were outdated by more than five months. The response I received was "I'll have to let somebody know tomorrow." They didn't even ask what specific brand or product it was, as I had told them a general item just to see if they'd show an interest in correcting this. They didn't. They recently remodeled the store, and it's a shame that a nice building like this is run in this manner.

We had chipotle bacon on a stick for an appetizer along with sausage and peppers and smoked chicken wings. For dinner we had pulled pork (amaze-balls!), smoked turkey and beef brisket. For sides we had corn on the cob, mac n' cheese, cheese potatoes (with bacon, amazing!) and homemade corn bread with honey butter. I thought I was going to bust out of my dress, I ate so much food. Everyone I talked to was raving about the food and going on and on about how it was the best food they had ever eaten at a wedding. Bill had his smoker on site so that the food came out fresh and he had amazing staff who kept the pans filled and the food hot. One thing I loved about Bill's set up was that he used a lot of marble and pedestals to create a beautiful buffet. This avoided the plane-Jane hotel pan look that you get with some other catered buffets. As far as price goes, Bill's pricing is very competitive compared to some other caterers in Grand Rapids.
