About 3 years later the cord broke. ProLift gave me a charge of $501. To replace the same part they did before. He actually charged $502 to my card. Pro Lift is a rip off. I looked at the thin cord he put on my garage door. He told me using this oil on it at the beginning of winter and the beginning of summer would help prevent it from breaking. Our garage door opener is 21 years old but still works perfectly fine. They were the ONLY company that didn't try to upsell us on a new opener simply because of its age. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to come by, and we really appreciated it! From start to finish, they were timely, professional, and great at communicating. I can't say enough about A-Team Garage Doors. We had gotten a couple of quotes from the 'larger…read morebrand companies' and put the project on hold based on the prices we were quoted. Then we found A-Team when our opener broke, and the person that came out for repair suggested we have them quote the doors. When I got the quote, I was very skeptical. The price for doors of the same visual style was 50% less than the other quotes I had. I then did a side by side comparison of the door quality, and the thickness, backing/build and r value were all better on the A-Team doors. We pulled the trigger and were quoted 6 weeks. 6 weeks later - almost to the day - the doors were delivered to A-Team, and they were ready to install them immediately. They came out that day and installed both doors in a matter of hours. These were not cheap doors - and we were in-part paying for style... faux wood metal doors with window panes and proper insulation ruggedness for 8,200 feet. One of my biggest concerns was whether they would look like wood or would the pattern repeat and be obvious. Not only did they look great to my eye, but I just got the best compliment from my neighbor who asked, are those wood doors? Just what I wanted to hear! A-Team truly are just that. Don't hesitate to reach out to Patrick or John... they're the best!

I had been let down by multiple other companies who failed to fix the problem after multiple visits and hundreds of dollars. So I called All Metro and explained the problem to a gentleman named JR. He immediately dispatched a tech named Juan out that same day and he told me "I can fix it; no problem". And he did! I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend them for any residential or professional needs. This extra service during just a sales call was incredibly nice and appreciated. I've had my new door for about six weeks now and - seriously - I rarely leave reviews but I am simply so happy with this door. The installation tech was amazing: skilled, efficient and respectful of my property, leaving the job site clean. The door itself functions very well with features that exceeded my expectations: battery back-up for power outages is on top of my list, but other small conveniences such as the automatic overhead light (which my cat appreciates) and its smooth and quiet motor. While the mechanical features were integral to the door product itself, it was the excellent service that made Boulder Garage Door a stand-out. Recommended.
