We did everything they told us to do to get our deposit back and then after moving out they said the guy who did our paperwork screwed up and there's nothing we can do, just like that. As college students that's a huge blow to lose an entire security deposit. It also shows you can't take these people at their word, and that integrity means nothing to them. 10/10 recommend living anywhere else.

I'm writing this today to acknowledge the great efforts of the staff as they protect the residents against the corona virus. I was forced to find a hotel initially, as my room was not ready on the move in date due to the being permeated with the smell of cat urine. I tried to be as understanding and cooperative as possible with the delays. 30 days before the end of my lease, I stopped in the office to remind them that I would be making no changes to my lease, and moving out as per the original lease, in 30 days. I was advised that because I did not give them 60 days' notice that I was NOT going to make any changes to my lease, that I would be charged an additional month rent plus a $200 fee. I tried to speak to them to ask if they could advertise the room for rent and allow me to only pay for the agreed upon 4 months if another renter responded to the advertisement, however they were unwilling to allow me to stay with the terms of my original lease because I did not give them 60 days' notice that I was NOT making ANY changes to my lease. It took about a week for someone to come out to finally take the microwave out and get a new one in. Within a few weeks the fridge then takes a dump. The parking situation here became frustrating when we tried addressing the owners to put up towing signs because someone was in my spot and refused to leave. All we got basically from them was a "deal with it". It wasn't until we decided to threaten to break the lease due to them being in violation of the contract that they actually gave a rat's ass to do anything about it. Around the time we moved out to leave, had charged just late fee on rent that was never late at all. During post move out, they said we were eligible for a prorated rent because we left halfway through the month. Not only did we not get reimbursement of that prorated rent but now they are saying that we owe them over $400 after I basically spent the last 2 hours cleaning the inside of the apartment and left it in a cleaner state that it was in before we moved in. I have rented many times for many years in my life and this has to be THE WORST Management I've ever dealt with. STAY FAR AWAY!!
